Condor Moving Systems did a great job handling my long distance move. They arrived at both locations on time and got right to work. They accommodated all requests I made regarding where items would go in my new home. They were professional, and the cost was right at the lower end of the estimate I received, which was less than half the cost of other estimates I received. I would absolutely recommend Condor Moving Systems if you need the service.

We used Condor Moving Systems recently for an inter-city move (2 hours distance) of a five-bedroom house' worth of furniture. Two trucks and a pup trailer needed due to the driveway, in a rural area. We could not have been happier with the five men that moved us. Absolutely the best. They cost a bit more than the big movers, but I was happy to pay the extra in this case.

The moving team was very fast and careful. Nothing broken or missing so far. We challenged them by moving out on a weekend and moving in a couple of days later. No problem! And they did it just before the virus shut down. We can highly recommend Condor Moving Systems.

I have moved 5+ times, and have had bad interactions with other moving companies, even the big name ones, however, Condor Moving Systems did a great job. Arrived on time, did a walk through with me, to allow me to show any specials items, then wen to work loading trucks. We had our move over 2 days, and on the second day, they arrived at the new house, and on loaded and all boxes and furniture are in the proper place. They did a fix priced and had no additional fees. Job well done. We will be using them again once our new home is completed. Thanks team.

The service from Condor Moving Systems was excellent. Everything was moved very quickly and a piece of furniture that wouldn't fit through the door first time was carefully taken apart. Everything, including the subsequent drop off at the storage facility happened within around 2 hours. Both gentlemen were polite, easy going and good humoured and I knew my furniture and boxes were in trustworthy and experienced hands. I needed the delivery quite quickly, was able to book easily over the phone and was offered a slot within less than a week. Thanks!

AWFUL MOVING COMPANY. Condor was contracted for my move by my broker. I was wary about them because of the bad reviews but my broker promised me they've had no issues with Condor. WHAT A LIE. Not only did Condor accept a job they couldn't do, they were awful at communicating and following up. Their staff isn't required to be vaccinated but I was doing a NYC move which had a mandate at the time.

Their movers couldn't even ENTER my condo minus one person. I ended up having to have condo staff help move stuff because they only had one qualified person who could move my things. Additionally, they lost SO MUCH of my stuff and damaged a ton of things. They even lost a bike tires (who needs 1 bike tire?). They also charged an extra fee to downsize to a smaller truck in the city which I was NOT informed of ahead of time.

Furthermore their COI did not meet my condo's coverage requirements. I am not sure WHY they accepted this job if they did not meet the qualifications for it. Their mover was also TERRIBLE, kept asking for more money but barely did anything to help the move. He also didn't even bring a toolbox so he couldn't even help re-assemble furniture which is PART OF THE JOB. The staff at my condo took care of 90% of the move. AWFUL MOVING EXPERIENCE, go somewhere else!

We had a great experience with Condor Moving Systems, We had a difficult move with a million flights of stairs and our apartment gate was broken in the morning. They still managed to finish the job in less time than we had been expecting. They hustled literally all day. We would absolutely use this company again and will be recommending to anyone and everyone.

Do not use Condor or Providence van lines. I don't even know where to start. We hired Providence Van lines who just hired Condor as a sub contractor. Quoted us for 12,800 and we ended up paying 19,311.94 for a move from Texas to Washington. Complete run and dump. We first tried to explain that they would need to drive in a certain direction to get the truck in the driveway, which they did complete opposite and refused to go around.

They then charged us a $750 fee that was only payable by cashiers check before they would unload due to needing another box van to unload the big truck to then deliver. Asked for receipt, they had no way to give me one. Called corporate and asked for the receipt and they said they never charged us. Fortunately for us we took pictures proving we did what they asked.

Still cannot get a receipt from them. Boxes not even stacked, in the wrong rooms and damaged. We're missing ALL or our hardware for beds, tables, desks, you name it. Let me rephrase that, WE'RE MISSING ALL of our hardware. We physically watched them drop our 2k washing machine out the back of the truck. Missing weights to my bowflex, couches have tears. Worst mistake of my life hiring them. DO NOT USE CONDOR or Providence van lines.

It's been over a year and I'm still angry. To start with we use Northern Moving Systems and they immediately sub the move to Condor Moving Systems out of Texas. Don't use Northern Moving Systems that was my first mistake. I didn't pick Condor Moving Systems they pick it for me. My phone quote (my second worst mistake) from Northern Moving Systems was roughly 7 to 8 grand from Denver to Phoenix Az.

It cost me over 13,000 dollars. Of course Northern Moving Systems is out the Picture NO responsibility. Condor moved our contents into storage somewhere in Denver CO. We needed 3 months of storage for our contents and had a delivery date set and they were 5 days late, not there problem. Moving contents into our new home was run and dump. Condor sub out a truck out of Las Angeles to pick up our furniture in Denver CO and delivered it to Phoenix Az.

Two labors off the street somewhere unloaded our furniture running and dumping. Most of the damage was done while packing or moving from the ware house in Denver. An unbelievable amount of items broken, damaged and or lost. We made several calls to Condor to see if they could tell us where they stored our furniture in Colorado. We thought that possibly by mistake a number of items were left in Denver. Condor had no idea or information on where our furniture was or where it was stored, unbelievable.

It took nine (10) months to receive $200.04 for lost, broken & damage furniture. It took me a over a year to post the truth of how Condor botched our move. Please don't use Condor Moving Systems. I need to get over it but it's hard to except such carelessness with your furniture that took so long to acquire and hard saved money to purchase. Good luck with your move but don't use these guys.

Moving can be a real pain and I was not looking forward to my move. I have to say that Condor Moving Systems really took all the stress and work out of moving. They arrived on time and were ready to get working. The employees were efficient and careful with all of our belongings and our move went smoothly.

The worst moving company we have ever used! We used them for an out of state move in August of 2021. Here we are 6 months later and they are still missing 2 of our boxes and the drawers for our bed set. Our furniture arrived completely destroyed, they destroyed some of the boxes in the process and decided to throw everything in a black trash bag. They give you the run around to file a claim and an employee there named Nisrine was very rude and unprofessional in her emails.

We literally just got all new furniture 15 month before our move and they destroyed everything! They charge way too much to end up delivering destroyed items. Save yourself the stress and spend your money else where.
