My husband and I are in need of a local storage unit as we wait for our home to be built. This property is not too far from where we will be staying and so we thought, in spite of the sketchy neighborhood, we'd give this place a chance considering how great the reviews and rates were quoted with the online Rep Samantha. Needless to say, upon arrival, my husband, daughter and I were welcomed by Ms. Coleman.

Her professionalism was impressive and she was very honest with us regarding our storage needs. Unfortunately, after deliberation, this location with the neighborhood being so open to theft, we decided to pass this up. However, Ms. Coleman was sooooo wonderful and she was very kind. Her energy was positive and she needs to be in the corporate office. She was very knowledgeable and I wish her the best with working in that neighborhood. She is obviously the reason this place is still open.

Worst storage ever they don't take care of their items at all or customers don't waste your time coming here

I've been at this facility for 3 years and in those 3 years I have nothing but great things to say. Great rates, convenient location, and great overseers of all of my precious belongings. Mrs. Virginia and her husband are the absolute best! Thank y'all for all that you do!

Great customer service, great prices, has air-conditioned units. Had absolutely no problems here.

This is a great place. I have used them for about five years. I moved to this location from one that was not "climate controlled." What a big difference. Sometimes I need to work at the unit for thirty minutes or so. In the Texas heat, that used to be a killer. Now, I just drive up. Park very close, and work away in comfort. Very secure. I once lost my keys, but the managers took care of me. Great service.

I've been using Self-Store for years and have been extremely satisfied with my unit.or I should say "units." I've downsized then upsized and just in the last day or two downsized again and Virginia and Chris have been great through the entire process. They even gave me a new unit just a few feet away so moving my "stuff" from one place to another took only a short time.

I use an air-conditioned unit and have never had an issue with it plus I've seen the exterminator truck come around many times to keep all the critters away from all the units. I definitely recommend Self-Store and its fair prices for all of your "stuff." Thanks Virginia for all your help.

I want to let you know that I really enjoyed my experience with this location. I had a lot of questions and the manager, Eurydice, was so nice, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I have referred several people there and I make sure to tell them to ask for Ms. Eurydice. She is definitely an asset to your company.

Eurydice made my experience exceptional! She made renting a unit painless, seamless, and enjoyable. I was in an urgent situation when I called, and Eurydice took care of everything so that all I had to concentrate on was taking care of my move. She was pleasant and professional, prompt and efficient, and most of all she obviously cared about helping me.

I recommend this storage location for several reasons: it is clean and well cared for, it has on-site employees that make sure everything is safe, and the staff are very helpful and care about the renters.

Ms. Coleman was exceptionally helpfulI, helping me decide on the size needed she was very attentive and showed much concern. She has a outstanding people friendly attitude. I truly submit a high rating due to her personality most of all.

After a tour of WAY too many storage places; we picked this location. It felt so safe because Virginia and her husband made me feel like I was just adding a garage to my own home. We have been here a year and never a problem!

Virginia and Chris are THE BEST! I have had a storage unit at Self-Store @ Midway for like 15 YEARS. I have been there through several management changes and they (Virginia & Chris) are the BEST OF ALL. Anything you need, and I mean ANYTHING---they will do everything they possibly can to assist their customers. I have refered several friends to this location and they have all been extremely happy using Self-Store @ Midway. The facility is safe, clean, well-maintained and at a great location. This is a great choice for long or short-term storage needs!

I love the couple who run this facility and live here too. They are so kind, accommodating and really funny as well! They alone are the reason I will keep storing here and tell people about it!

I wanted to pay my storage bill on line and need help setting up my acct. I call office at Tyler Street Storage and was help right away with my problem, Very good customer service. I ask what was her name she told me Mrs. Coleman. Thank you very much for your help.
