If you are thinking about using Sunbelt Self Storage in Plano for your storage needs, don't look anywhere else. Carol and Keith are absolutely amazing people to work with. They go above and beyond to help get you exactly what you need and are just wonderful people to deal with. From the very beginning, they are extremely professional and helpful and feel like they are a close friend or family.

The place itself is extremely clean, well kept, and safe. I knew my belongings were going to be safe and cared for there. Anytime I needed anything or had questions, both Carol and Keith were easy to get in touch with. When it came time to move out, they made the process very easy and smooth with no issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone in the area needing a place to store your belongings. You are in good hands with them. Their customer service is amazing and they are extremely helpful! Their pricing is also quite affordable! I've stored my belongings in their units for 2 consecutive years and I always feel comforted knowing that Carol and Keith keep the area clean and safe. An amazing service for college students as they have 5x5 and 5x10 floorplans available. Anytime I hear anyone is looking for storage, I immediately direct them to Sunbelt Storage!

This facility was GREAT! For over 10-years, I was webmaster for the largest Self-Storage facility in all of Central Texas (just outside of Ft. Hood), so I know a little about Self-Storage facilities. And I have to say - knowing what all goes on to manage a self-storage facility, this is one of the best facilities I've EVER seen. Super clean - looks brand new - management was fantastic - both Carol & Keith were very helpful, friendly yet professional, took their time with my needs, very accommodating!

I HIGHLY recommend this Sunbelt Storage in Plano - and since (as I learned) several other Sunbelts are managed the same way - I would assume ANY Sunbelt facility is going to be just a great! I am sad about one thing - to have only been able to give them a 5-STAR RATING! (because 10-STARS weren't available). GREAT JOB!

This place is great. The facility is clean and well maintained. Customer service is really nice. Carol is really friendly and helpful. She even helped me move some stuff out of my storage unit!

Carol Carr and staff located at Sunbelt, Plano Pwky were extremely helpful, supportive, overly accommodating, friendly and reassuring. We loved this place! Again! It's our second time using them, and we will again should we ever need another storage unit. Their customer service is always exceptional, the property is ALWAYS neat, and their pricing is always fair. We never were treated like a number. They have great reviews for a reason.

I love this place so much it is kept very clean and most importantly you are not just a number they care about you and the space you rent. Love Carol the manager she is so wonderful to work with. Keith is just as nice making sure you are taken care of.

I've had storage units in the DFW area for 15 years. Sunbelt Self Storage has been my best experience to date. Carol is wonderful. The property is spotless and well-maintained. Prices are competitive with the market. I had stored a vehicle here (in a 10x20) for over 2.5 years and recently sold it so I closed my storage account. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Highly recommended. The manager Mike was outstanding. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The grounds were very clean and well-kept unlike the majority of storage facilities. I couldn't have been more pleased with Sunbelt Self Storage.
