All American Auto Transport

Judging from all the 5 Star reviews, I guess they just didn't care about me as a customer. They made my dad who's nearly 70 years old back the car off of the truck! Not only was this dangerous but highly unprofessional and unexpected. My car was also damaged during the move. After being strung along for nearly a month, I decided to give up in trying to get my car fixed.

My car is extremely rare and I can not express how horribly disappointed I am, that I chose this company. Don't make the same mistake. -For the record the damage done to my car was 400$- -I noticed there was a response to my review. My response is below- I pulled up my email records (I keep everything) to see why they said I didn't submit documentation of what happened regarding the damage.

I did, twice. With pictures as well. I also had to follow up several times over the course of 5 weeks since I never received follow ups. If you claim I never did this, that explains why I never got a response from you. After tremendous back and forth they finally offered 400$ for the damage - in a "shut up and go away" tone over the phone. I turned it down because it was INSULTING after everything they put me through.

It is also true that I didn't bring up the drivers "request" for my dad to back the car off the truck. I thought it was weird and unprofessional but I let it slide because nothing bad happened to the car, my dad or the truck driver. This also had nothing to do with the damage done to the car during transport, which was the topic of conversation. It was only after my awful experience with customer service that I decided to share the "full experience" online. Look, their response to me says all. I'm not some unreasonable customer.just a highly disappointed one with tremendous regret for using them to transport my vehicle.

Got my car so they kept it a from March 2 to March 17, then tell me 16 days guarantee. I had to Uber to it 30 miles away and MY MUFFLER WAS HANGING OFF! They did fix it so I'm happy about that. But that was frustrating for them to have my car for so long. 2 stars for not bringing me my car within a week, and destroying it in the process.

Have used their service twice to ship between the Bay Area and NYC suburbs. They have a secure storage lot that makes for more pickup and delivery flexibility at least on the Bay Area side. They also include transportation to the airport or car rental locations in the prices they quote if your pickup or dropoff point is their location. Had a great experience in both cases.

I used Presto Moving for my move, they don't ship cars but they referred this company and I'm so happy they did. I called Ashton, he explained the process, gave me a fair price and followed through on his promises. Thank you!

I used All American Trucking and Transport to move my 2017 Corvette cross country. They were very professional and communicative. Rachel was amazing with booking and made the process so easy.

Hannah and Kayla were very responsive and communicative, often. The delivery at the end of the trip, in Portland with Diesel Auto, that was used by them, was perfect as well!

I used All American Trucking to ship a car from Minnesota to Texas. From the start, I was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They kept up great communication regarding timing of the pickup and delivery. Once the car had been picked up, the driver AJ was fantastic with updating me on his progress and expected delivery. He was so friendly and courteous. My car arrived safely without a scratch on it! A big thanks to the team.

I got a quote from this company through Yelp as you can clearly see in the picture I've attached. As soon as I reach out to Patrick he claims that was the wrong rate because it was early in the morning when he gave it to me, (whatever that means!) so when I call him then he raises the quote by $800! Bad business. I would not recommend doing business with them if that's how they operate.

I was apprehensive about using a broker to arrange auto transport, but All American had been recommended to me, and the trucking company I had hoped to use was not available. All American hooked me up with Sunrise Express, who transported my Subaru from Seattle to Austin. All American communicated proactively and kept me apprised of progress (thanks, Winston!) Both of the drivers with Sunrise, at pickup and drop-off, were pleasant and professional. All American didn't give the lowest bid, but I had a good experience and would use them again for the peace of mind.

Cars came covered in acid rain which caused permanent damage. Driver told me "don't worry about it, it will wash off" so I did not note it on the paperwork. Now they will not reimburse me for it. I feel personally misled by this shady company. BEWARE!

This company is fantastic! I would give them 10 stars if possible! This was my first time shipping a vehicle and sadly, I was "stood up" by a shady broker. Fortunately, All American was able to come to the rescue at the last minute. They seamlessly shipped my car from California to New Jersey. Their driver arrived as scheduled to pick up the car. I was kept abreast of my vehicle's progress toward it's destination.

The truck driver contacted me a few days ahead of his arrival and again on the day before he arrived. My car was unloaded from the truck exactly at the time the driver had scheduled and in perfect condition! I can't say enough positive things about All American Trucking & Transport and specifically Frankie Chiu, who was my contact in their office! Should I ever need to ship a vehicle again, I would most definitely call All American!

Thank you to Alexandra for helping coordinate my car being shipped from Los Angeles to Chicago in mid-April 2020! I was referred by Robb & Messer Moving & Storage and the process was incredibly easy and the car was delivered within a week. I was also quite surprised at how cheap it was compared to what I thought it would cost to ship a car cross country. Thank you for your help!

Patrick Connor was very dilligent and efficient at every step of the way. I needed transport at the last minute and he was able to accomodate me. He and Stephanie Bellone kept in constant communication with me during the move and followed up afterwards. There was not a hint of shadiness in their dealings with me. I am fully satisfied with their service and recommend that if you need to transport your vehicles across country, spend the money and go with All American Trucking.

I utilized All American Trucking and Transport for a move from California to Alabama. Patrick was excellent! He explained the process perfectly. I was then contacted by Stephanie who kept me informed of the driver's arrival and drop off time. I was never left wondering. I had no issues. I inspected my car before the driver departed and there were no damages. I will refer this company to all my family and friends in need of vehicle transportation. Professional and reliable. Making the move from Los Angeles to WA has been super stressful--packing of all my things and then deciding on how to transport my car. I reached out to several companies but went with All American because I like the professionalism from Lupita on the phone and via email (some people are too pushy and it scares me off). She was helpful and friendly and reassuring.

My car got picked up in LA on a Sunday, got text alerts along the way shortly thereafter. Got a call on Thursday that the car would be delivered that afternoon. Come noon I get another call (am loving all this communication, btw) that my car will arrive in 30 minutes. Some 23 minutes later my car pulls up to the delivery address. Car arrives in amazing shape, just as I left it in LA.

All my possessions were in tact and the car works smoothly. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Am happy that I have my car and am happier I went with this service. Thanks y'all!

We have used these folks for the past three times we shipped our Lexus 350 from CT to AZ and back. They are terrific. On time and great coordination and communication from the customer service reps throughout the transport. Frankie Chiu is the guy to call to get your vehicle pick up order in, and he will assign a customer service person to assist during the transit process.

So happy with the great service I received using this company to transport my SUV from Los Angeles to Orlando! The communications were great throughout the process with Lupita and the dispatcher Riana. We did get lucky as the estimated time was 4-16 days and the SUV arrived in Orlando in only 6 days! Saving us money on needing a rental while we waited that short wait. I'd highly recommend this company. The price was real fair and the process was stress free from contact to delivery.

I shipped my car from Long Beach to Florida with All American and everything went flawless from start to finish. The whole process of shipping a car is a bit confusing but they did a very good job at explaining it. They gave me a three day load window and kept me up to date as the truck got closer and before pickup. The driver was very nice and, surprisingly, got my car to Florida in 5 days! I was already there waiting for it and the car showed up just how I left it with the driver when he picked it up. I will use them again if I need to ship my car.

I moved from NYC to the LA area, and my car got here quickly and it was a wonderful experience. I went on a trip and wasn't actually in the area to take my car when the driver got here, so they were able to store my car in Downey until I arrived. Everyone was so nice from the driver, to the employees, to the guys at the office in Downey. I would highly recommend!

I shipped my car in 2015 with another company (that shall remain nameless) and it was a terrible experience. After having to move to the East Coast in August of this year (2019) for a few months I had to ship my car again. I was referred to All American Trucking and Transport by a family friend and it was AMAZING! I called on a Friday, panicking because I was leaving the following Tuesday, after originally thinking I was going to drive.

All American picked up my car on Monday morning and it was in Boston, MA by Sunday evening. They kept me updated throughout transport with text messages. The driver was courteous and patient. I figured he may be running late and I was not home yet to give him the keys as I was stuck in traffic, and when I got there he did the inspection and loaded my car on the truck. I will 100% be using this company again when I go back to LA!

I recently used All American Trucking and Transport to get my vehicle from Kansas to California. Frankie Chiu was instrumental in explaining the process and getting the vehicle set up. I had exceptional customer service from Frankie, Stephanie (who was my in route contact person) and the drivers. The drivers were very professional and careful with my vehicle. I would recommend them to friends and family. And if I ever need to ship a vehicle again they will be the ones handling it.

I had a great experience with All American. My parents were moving and we needed to have their cars shipped back down to southern california from northern california. I had never shipped a car before and this company made it so easy. The customer service reps answered all my questions and kept me up to date with tracking. They are very efficient with their response times, which I really appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends!

If you are looking for a trustworthy company to transport you car, I did a fair amount of research and ended up using All American Trucking and Transport. Be aware there are some other companies out there trying to use their name. This my first time shipping a car, and it was from coast-to-coast, so I did a fair amount of due diligence in identifying a company that had good reviews from real people.

I must have spoken to about 15 different companies, some claimed to be half the price, however as soon as I looked them up and read their reviews, I found that they were all about bait-and-switch and previous customers had horrible experiences. I even went to BBB to check them out and found again some really discouraging information. I ended up choosing All American and paid a couple hundred dollars more, but they picked up the car on schedule and it only took them 6 days to get the car delivered to me. I would highly recommend them.

DO NOT TRUST THEM! We used All American Transport Inc in Burlingame, CA to move our two cars from Seattle to Miami. I had used Reindeer Auto previously but I'm from the Bay Area so I thought I would give them the business. Communication prior to our move was good: pricing, quotes, timing. We chose a 1-day pick-up in an enclosed container for my wife's Tesla and a 3-day pickup in an open container for my Toyota truck.

When moving Day came the local agency was West Coast Auto Transport Service from Spokane, WA. They picked up the car without incident. On delivery day for the Toyota the driver called at 6pm saying he would deliver at 9pm. I suggested that would be too late. He begged and pleaded and explained he needed to go to Tampa the following day. I finally relented and received the car in the dark.

The following morning, I was able to inspect the car to find a huge dent to the rear spoiler of the truck. I've taken it in for an estimate- $1,400! My car isn't perfect and has a lot of small chips & scratches but is otherwise in good cosmetic shape. When I contacted All American to explain the situation, they first claimed that 'forensics' would dictate that the damage could not have happened as it was 'asymmetric'.

Then after I encouraged them to contact West Coast Auto Transport to find the person who picked up my car- they declined and denied my claim for damages. They then suggested I contact my insurance company. DO NOT TRUST THEM! Do yourself a favor- find another company to move your car!
