I'd be happy to fix the review, once I find out why I'm missing some of my things. It's the strangest thing ever. Iv been chasing Jack for answers. I'm missing approximately $10,000 in my Mother's China. I've seen from previous reviews that they do not fix their problems. So beware. I'm just warming- up. Iv hired at attorney. This isn't going away! I'm Michelle Mercer-Caminiti Grand-Daughter of Charles D. Schaffer who was the founder of the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce!

Employees were very polite but boxes containing mixed contents were sparsely labeled and incorrectly placed. MANY boxes worth of home goods were left on site for me to move. Packers came insufficiently prepared and ran out of materials. Dining room floor was gouged and company has made no effort to ameliorate any of these concerns after two previous emails.

We moved early December and the entire move was EXCELLENT! The staff was very professional and the office scheduling team did a fantastic job of working out our packing and delivery issues. Probably 16,000 pounds moved 100 miles and only 1 dish broken.did we really need that dish. NO! We would highly recommend GLAMOUR!

I have never paid for movers before, so I was a bit taken aback at the price, but the service provided was superb. Our dream team, Billy, Dennis, Jason, and I am so sorry I forgot boss man's name, were beyond reproach. They were fast, careful, and courteous almost to a fault. It was a pleasure working with this crew and I have no hesitation recommending them to others. Guys, thank you for helping us move into our dream house!

We needed a quick move. I called Glamour Moving and Storage, in Westminster, MD and spoke to Dee, who was very nice and was able to accommodate our request. M.J. Called the day before the move, to confirm. On moving day, the team arrived on time! They were professional and very efficient (not to mention very nice guys)! In no time, our move was complete, with absolutely no damage.
The men were careful and very helpful. The cost was very reasonable and offered senior and veteran discounts. We would HIGHLY recommend Glamour Moving to anyone considering a short or long distance move. Thank you to the entire team!

Moving is very stressful and trying to find the right moving company can also be stressful. After talking with other movers I decided to call Glamour Moving after receiving a post card from them in the mail. I am so happy that I made that call. From the first phone call with Dee to the end of the moving day, everything was exceptional. The group of 4 men who moved us were professional, energetic, polite and friendly.
They hustled all day long. They never complained and did everything we requested. It was a long day for everyone but the crew stayed upbeat until the end. In additional to the great moving experience, the price was awesome and came in just as was estimated. Thank you Glamour Moving. I am telling all my friends about you. I will definitely use you again!

I can't say enough about how awesome our crew was! We moved nearly 16,000 lbs out of state. They worked so hard, were very careful with my most precious furniture, very polite and professional. We had three littles while they were loading and unloading some and they weren't even phased by them. Thank you to everyone! Would recommend them over any other company, any day.
