Boxes will not be picked up if they've gotten rained on. Good information to have known beforehand. Would've been 5 of 5 stars.

The two man crew that unloaded the truck, were absolutely great. They were courteous, quick, and careful with all the boxes.

The crew was very kind and respectful. We are thankful to have had them, we have moved many times with many different moving services and so far this has been our best experience!

Excellent crew who were responsive to the care of our household goods. They were diligent in their work and committed to ensure we were satisfied with their delivery and setup. I highly recommend Golden Services!

Based on my experience in these years as a member of the armed forces, our objects are treated as garbage for those who pack and unpack our possessions, on December 2 they delivery me my possessions and I have to say that the level of disrespect was so insulting, Seeing an employee of the company Golden Services LLC, play with my things like toys and when I told him that this is not a toy he laughed in my face, I felt so Insulted that not even funny and I told the supervisor or Crew Chief and it was like talking to the wall. so when do we hold our employees accounted for!, was only one of the employee that was real respectful, I will blast there names but is no point by doing that, just remember treat people with respect even when they rude to you!

Threw my American flag on the ground. Lied on the paperwork stating that we disassembled everything, took minimal brakes (probably paid by the hour) even though they practically took half the day off. The packing team yelled and argued around the house. Sloppy packing, had to be reminded to pack things. Had to stop the truck because they forgot stuff.

They then forgot other things that we had to mail to ourselves. I am pretty sure a couple of them were high. Check the paperwork and dont let them tell you that they will fill in parts. Read it all. Luckily, only minimal damage. The big islander guy was very hard working, I did not get his name. Kudos to him

Stay away, do not hire. I hope the Army drops their contract. Opening boxes on the back end is like a bad Christmas. Threw my American flag on the ground! Broken, poorly wrapped items, damage. Boxes were completely mislabeled, boxes ended up all over the house in the wrong place at the new house. The movers were just a bunch of lazy employees. READ THE FINAL PAPERWORK! THEY CONFIGURE IT TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE THEY DID EVERYTHING RIGHT RIGHT.

Also stated that we, the owners, took everything apart, we did not. They take many long breaks (probably paid by the hour) and do not document. Used and destroyed our toilets, abused microwave, and really could not stop talking about going to party and get wasted that night; It was close to the weekend. I am just surprised they didn't take my guns, had to force them to inventory them. Stay away.

Very friendly movers! They got the job done quickly and with care. We have moved several times being a military family, and this was by far the best experience we have had with movers.

Best moving crew w/in the US I've ever dealt with. Respectable, fast but necessarily slow, and cleanly. Highly recommend!

Golden Services has done two long distance moves for us, and both have been great experiences. If you need a mover they are highly recommended

Golden Services delivered my house hold goods on time. Great communication and follow up. The team of 2, that delivered my belongings (20,000 pounds) were professional, efficient and were very careful to not damage my property. These guys were awsome! One of the best deliveries I had in the many moves of my military career.

Timely and professional movers. I liked that the guys felt like they were able to take an actual lunch break and didn't seem to be pressured to work through lunch to meet some productivity requirement from their management. They were respectful of my apartment and kept things clean and didn't bump anything into the walls/corners.

The movers were very polite and professional. They took extra care with packing and loading any breakable and valuable items.

The workers were excellent and very Friendly. You can tell they actually care about there job and know how much it means to the families they're helping move. I'd recommend them to everyone moving.

My item was delivered in excellent condition and on time. The delivery crew was professional attired and they provided great care unloading my item from the truck. Highly recommended!

A friend of mine referred me to this company after he had a good experience with them. After talking to them on the phone and a survey of my home, my wife and I decided to use them for moving our furniture into storage for a future move out of the state. The movers arrived 10 minutes before the arrival window (8:30-10:30). I had everything boxed, but they moved everything out of the house in 2.5 hours!

I was very impressed.they did a lot of work, very quickly, and very careful and friendly about it. They were careful moving furniture through the doorways and didn't damage the floor or any boxes. I offered to buy them lunch, but they were finished and gone before 11 o'clock! I would use Golden again!
