Quite honestly I would give this place zero stars if I could. The "older" lady at the front desk with "black/gray" hair was extremely rude to my friend and I who came in ready to do business and purchase a 10x20 storage unit. We had gotten there over a half hour early to when the closed and the website said nothing about the last time a customer was accepted.
I kindly told her what time it actually was and she proceeded to talk to me as if I were stupid. I will be telling my offer friends who were looking for a unit to absolutely not do business with you. What a sad excuse for a business. I wish I saw the other reviews about how unpleasant this woman is and I hope the business reviews her employment. Can't imagine how many customers she loses for the company.

Very well-maintained facility! CLEAN! Friendly staff and convenient hours. Loaded security system with cameras and a key pad locked gate. Inside the facility there's plenty of room to move trucks, boats, campers, etc. in and out. Truck rental service, mobile attic, moving supplies. If you're thinking about moving or need some extra space to store something, MECSS is the place to call.

I called to reserve a small storage unit and I gave the lady my CC to "hold" the unit. When I was done packing I realized I didn't need it so I called back to cancel. The lady tells me there is a $25.00 cancellation fee. I called her at 9:15 am and cancelled that same day at 10:50 am, ON THE SAME DAY! That's less than 2 hours! She never explained I would be charged, all she said was she needed my card to "hold" a unit.
I asked if that could be waived since I only called her less than 2 hours ago and she said "no". Ive been ripped off before but never this bad. Please keep in mind if you're planning on renting from this place that you are 1000% sure you will need it or they will rip you off like I was. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
