The service that AA Racks and Shelving has provided has been incomparable to any other rack supplier that I've come into contact with. Jose was amazing and very easy to work with. He was very responsive and accommodating. The material was delivered timely and the quality is great.

The only place to buy real US MADE RACK. Just stopped here today after being screwed over by another rack company who sold me import/fake rack and these guys are LEGIT. I'm not well versed in the racking industry and Genie helped and informed me throughout the entire purchasing process. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful! I will be back!

We ordered racking for our warehouse, and first time, they delivered wrong stuffs. and Genie is great manager and fix the problem right the way. Now very happy customer and we are going to sell used racking from our old warehouse. Aceon-bright inc

I called to see if they had three Gorilla racks. Jeff said they did and I went to pick them up. He couldn't find the racks. They only loaded two and a half used, disassembled racks into my car. I called them five times in the following three months, and each time they said they'd send the missing parts. I spoke to Jeff (who originally sold me the racks) twice, and Marcus (who was said to be the supervisor, although he denied being a supervisor) twice, and a man who had difficulty understanding and spelling basic words once.

Each of them promised to ship me the parts the next day. I still have not received anything, nor have I gotten my money back. The workers there are incompetent clowns and the customer service is surly. Do not try to buy anything from this so-called business, it only encourages them.

AA Boltless Rack and Shelving changed ownership and is under new management. The entire management has changed, including most of the staff. The current customer service and sales staff all have average of 10 years experience, and can help design and deliver projects professionally. There are samples of shelving, racking, forklifts, and mezzanine systems on site, and things are easier to find. Go by and see the upgrade.
