I highly recommend Pasadena Moving and Storage. Tom provided exceptional service and was flexible when my schedule changed unexpectedly. He is a man with a heart, just as he presents. His movers were neat, careful and professional. Even my most precious pieces arrived in one piece. On the final delivery, after 3 months of storage, a team of two efficiently unpacked in a short time, led by Mario Anthony Guitron who was especially organized and careful in the delivery and inspired confidence that he knew his job and performed it well. I would not hesitate to use Pasadena Moving and Storage again.

The movers were great and very careful with our furniture and were thoughtful and creative about how to move our belongings. All three had a great attitude and went the extra mile to make sure everything was in it's proper place.

Pasadena Moving & Storage is AMAZING! They helped my mom move from her home of 45 years in Arcadia to OC. Tom, the owner, came out before the move to assess my mom's belongings and gave a fair quote. The day of the move everything went smoothly. These guys work hard and treat your items like they were their own. One of the movers has been working for this family-run company for over 20 years and is still positive and happy with his job! That says a lot! They took their time to wrap everything carefully, no damaged or broken items! A++ all the way! Highly recommend!

Friendly, professional, and careful with our boxes. They got the job done quickly and efficiently and organized our boxes thoughtfully during drop off. Also, very helpful with any extra questions we had. Our furniture doesn't show any signs of wear from the 2 years we had it in their storage. Looks exactly how we left it. I recently had PMS help me move from Pasadena to northern California. All aspects of the move were a positive experience. The price was reasonable, Tom S. was so helpful and professional, and the team of movers I had could not have been better. The movers were courteous, efficient and took great care with all of my belongings. Great job all the way around.

I have worked with Pasadena Moving & Storage for close to 10 years. They have helped me move locally and across the country. Each time they take the time to walk you through the process and make sure you understand how things work. They always do their best to ensure they understand what's important to you in the move and that you get what you are looking for. They have been in the business for a long time and will stand behind their work. Moving can be a stressful experience but they do their best to make it as easy as possible.

We contracted this company to move our office from Duarte to Azusa, Tom previously came and I did a walk through of EVERYTHING that was going to our new site, I set up the time date for our move based on his quote. His movers came and started loading our stuff. Tom showed up to our Duarte office and after seeing our inventory which he previously saw, and I MADE PERFECTLY CLEAR IT WAS TO BE TAKEN!

He started saying he quoted me incorrectly. My boss asked him how much more would it be if he gave us the wrong quote, he said I don't need this, instructed his movers to unload our items and stormed off our site. This company was a reflection of extremely unprofessionalism and I would never reccomend this company AT ALL. If you come to a site and everything is disclosed on what is being taken for the move then quote accordingly, and if the manager is asking you for a price to work out the difference why would you be so unprofessional and leave the job, you lose money, and you show the type of person you are.

I used PMS 8 years ago and had a great experience. Imagine my surprise when my move this past weekend was horrible. I'm so angry it's hard to be polite. The team started out by complaining that there was more work than they expected and continued saying it all day. At my new place, they dumped the boxes, most of them upside down, in the living and dining rooms and then couldn't figure out where to put the furniture.

When they left I had to dig a path through to get to the bedroom. They broke the door of my TV cabinet and admitted it. Supposedly I was to get a call today to arrange the repairs-I didn't. Also, I told them I'd pack and bring some things but they did it when I was preoccupied with other tasks. So, I've opened or emptied every box and missing are my TV remote, DVR player, cable boxes, laptop, a box with meds I'm supposed to take daily and a wooden desk organizer that held season tickets to the Pantages and Ahmanson theaters. To add insult to injury, their phone system cut me off. Though I'll try again.
