I'm giving this establishment 5 stars based on how polite the lady I spoke with on the phone was to me. I asked a ton of questions. And even though they couldn't accommodate my needs, she tried her best. Eventually she offered to put me on a waiting list for the large 10 by 20 unit I required. The grounds were secured with a fence and gate. And they had security cameras as well. ** Note: that due to COVID-19, you could not enter their offices at the premises.

"Our clean, state of the art storage." is not clean what so ever. I left my things there for 4 months. I had boxes of expensive cake tools, molds, pans, and a few clothes, and i went in to grab something to find a multitude of spiders, dust, dirt, and rat feces in my unit. I ended up vacating, and as i was checking the inside of my things, there was even MORE rat feces inside the boxes that they chewed through! I lost over $150 worth of equipment riddled with feces and that were chewed, and the staff is 0% helpful there. I would never recommend these units to anyone.

Do not use them unless you want your belongs back. You won't! Only if your name is on the documents. If you can't pay you only have so much time before it all goes into an auction and bam it's all gone. Pay your bill. Good luck is all I can say. My name was not on any the forms when my husband signed the paperwork. So, when my husband passed away we lost everything from the auction of my heart. My things were stolen and where sold everywhere! A lawsuit is against my beliefs so.

I first used All Star Storage in the fall of 2012 to store a vehicle for the winter and then again last summer to some household items and added a second unit again to store my vehicle for the winter and have been very satisfied not only with the monthly charge which is quite reasonable but the help and serve I receive when renting the units. The folks there are very friendly and helpful. Thank you All Star see you again in the fall.
