We just bought our first Cobalt from Greg and team at Dri-Port. We could not be happier with the customer service and boat. Greg was incredibly patient and knowledgeable throughout the process. This is anything but a fraudulent claim as they want you to believe. I remeber very well going to court! CAUTION! Do NOT buy a boat from here. Put a deposit on a boat in the fall for delivery in Spring. When I called about taking delivery, I was informed that they had sold the boat. I asked why they had not contacted me and when they were planning on returning my $1,500 deposit.

They said that I could have contacted them and that they did not plan on returning my deposit since they kept it all winter, I eventually got my money returned only after going to Small Claims court. Luckily my friend is an attorney and represented my for free. This is not a fraudulent review. as they claim. We then had to place a lien on their banking account.

They used to be off Hwy. 44 just east of Eureka. Do Not Buy here unless you figure in attorney's fees. I noticed another review regarding Greg being lazy. When I attempted to talk to him he sat with his feet on his desk and they tried to tell me that he wasn't in when I could see him through am open door. I have bought and owned 9 boats and this is the WORST PLACE I ever dealt with. Highly recommend Kelly's Port (bought two boats here).

I was very disappointed in the service provided at the parts counter. The service rep was rude and not willing to help in any manner. I was told to contact customer service due to the age of my boat (Cobalt 1994). Asked for the number and was told they couldnt give it to me and I can google search it for information. Totally poor customer service.

Greg was very helpful and informative to both my wife and I while we were shopping around before the purchase. He was very patient and never pushy. During the purchase process he answered all of my questions and kept me up to date all along the way. He devoted a lot of time during the delivery and after to demo and explain everything. There was no pressure and Kevin's only focus was on getting us in the right boat. We wanted our boat on the water a week from the day we purchased to enjoy the 4th of July on the water and they did everything to make that happen. We love our boat and we got an exceptional deal. We love Dri Porte.

Have called multiple times for questions on boat and boat repairs. Got my boat repaired once and ended up getting the same repair fixed by another boat dealer. They treat you like your so beneath them and they are royalty. Bought some wakeboards and life vests from them and they never acknowledged us or helped us. Customer Service is a joke. Keep driving and head to Lewis Boats! They are really nice and don't have there heads up there -**!

We had been looking at many different companies when a friend referred us to Dri-Port Marine. We actually had a deposit on a boat when we went in just to see what they had to offer. There was ZERO push from Greg. As we continued to ask questions and were told honest answers- we were shown a boat that fit our needs better than the one we had a deposit on - we made a deal.

I very much enjoyed that we were dealing with a family company. Greg - an owner - and team were great! We received a low interest loan and they made all paperwork very easy! Greg delivered the boat- took a ride and showed us every detail that we needed to know. Believe what they say- they are transparent - which I admire! You will not be sorry. Very happy boat owners! They understand service and honesty!

Great Dealership! This is the second new Cobalt that I have purchased from Dri-Port and I couldn't be happier with the Customer Service. I've worked with Greg on both purchases and they have always been very competitive on the pricing of the new boat(s) and the value on my trade-in(s). The few times we have needed service they have done an impeccable job. I would recommend Greg and the Dri-Port Crew for anyone interested in purchasing a high-end boat. I'll see you again in a few years when I'm in the market again!

Took my 1989 Classic Supra 3 event ski boat in for a new transmission. Dri-port replaced it at a cost of $3800. The day after I picked it up, I took it to a local lake for a tryout. Transmission worked great for about an hour. the wind picked up - so I headed to the dock (Supra is a very, very low profile boat and doesn't handle waves well). Transmission locked up - boat lost power - and swamped in the waves.

The boat ended up getting beat up on the large rocks on the dam - then sinking. Turned out - Dri-port routed a rubber transmission hose right next to the prop shaft coupling - and it wore through in the first hour - draining the transmission of fluid - and causing the lock up. Boat sank - and was retrieved later that day by a professional salvage company.

I was able to dry her out - flush the engine properly, and get it running again - but serious fiberglass work is now required, upholstery, electronics, flooring, etc. (she was just rebuild a couple of years ago). Dri port acknowledged the poorly routed hose - and replaced it (took 4 weeks) at no charge - but refused to acknowledge any responsibility for the sinking (and associated damages).

When I picked up the re-repaired boat - they refused to offer a written warranty for the work - did not hook the transmission back up to the prop shaft - nor fasten the transmission cooler system. I was told - if you have a problem in the future, bring it back. MAYBE we can help you out. I did not ask for a new boat - just some help in bringing her back to where she was prior to the sinking. Dri-Port would not even provide an estimate on hull repairs. I expected more from what appeared to be a high class dealership. I'm sure my new attorney will expect more also.

Dri Port made our first boat purchase flawless. They were kind, professional and honest and exceeded all expectations. They were patient with our questions. They helped us select our gear and then delivered the boat with it thoughtfully tucked away in appropriate compartments. Our experience with DriPort was far superior to any car buying experience we have had!
