For the price to receive, inspect, assemble, warehouse, deliver, install, and remove waste - this warehouse is the worst. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. - First, they charge to receive and inspect every item that crosses their dock door. Which would be fine, if they actually opened the box and LOOKED at it before shelving it. This just simply doesn't happen [Response every time: "We don't have the staff to do that"] [But it's on your bill!] - If a piece of furniture comes in flat-boxed, there is no way they're going to assemble it. [Response every time: "We don't have time to do that."] - When delivering (expensive!) furniture, they literally unload it, unbox it, and look at it for the first time. in the middle of the street!
God forbid there is any damage to the piece! Then it goes back on the truck and they charge you AGAIN for bringing it back! - If a box is received with obvious damage, they will send you picture of the box and let you know what THAT looks like, but will fight with you when you ask to see what the piece of furniture looks like INSIDE the box. - If you're waiting for a whole delivery and a piece of furniture has been sitting there for a couple weeks, the manufacturer now won't accept a return because they SIGNED FOR IT, stating there was no damage.
Who's responsible for repairing or managing the solution to this problem? Well, it won't be SLFT because they clearly don't care. I can go on and on and on and on about how irresponsible, unprofessional, inattentive, discourteous, and underserving this company is. Extortionists who over promise and under deliver. Like I said, ZERO stars.
