Lock-It-Up Self Storage

If I could rate them a 0 I would. I received a call from the location on Telegraph Rd in Toledo, Ohio telling me that another customer had ACCIDENTALLY cut the lock on my unit. Said she's dyslexic. I don't care if she has 2 empty eye sockets. It was wrong. I had to make a police report because Lock It Up refuses to tell me who she is. Their video cameras are extremely faulty because the Detective said she couldn't see anything. ALL I WANT IS MY MERCHANDISE BACK.

Why are they protecting a thief? I wonder if it's not an inside job because last week I called and the same woman that called and told me my unit had been broken into informed me that she was instructed NOT to discuss it with me. I don't understand all the secrecy so off to court I go and they will end up paying for my things that were stolen and attorney's fee and cost of court. IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING YOU WANT TO KEEP, DO NOT STORE IT WITH THIS COMPANY. THEIR SECURITY CAMERAS ARE EXTREMELY FAULTY AT BEST AND IF SOMETHING SHOULD HAPPEN TO YOUR UNIT THEY YOU'RE OUT OF LUCK. This review is aimed toward corporate. If I could give them 0 stars I would! They do not care about their customers livelihood what so ever. This virus has majorly effected me, currently I am unemployed and although I did not give a 10 day notice they are still charging me $25. What in the actual F. $25 is going to make or break your company? There's other bills that on the priority list and I'm sorry but a notice was not more important than a loved one passing away, and making sure I have a roof over my head. I will never use your service ever again. You all do not care and today was my proof. Wow! You should be ashamed of yourselves and re-evaluate your core values as a company.

Hmmmm sign says gate hours 7 till 9 here at 7am gate won't open and no one to be found.an hour lost wages wth

Good service and security the on site lady does her job to the T and will call you if she sees something strange or to tell you that you forgot to lock your storage 5 start rating

I first rented a unit from this location in 2016.ending renting 2019. Kim has gone above and beyond the requirements of her job title. Stephen worked Evenwith us from time to time when we had questions. after having to come to a settlement Kim has been more than helpful. Will definitely recommend to anyone needing storage.

Thank you for the exceptional service when my husband and I came in for a storage unit. We were treated with respect and dignity and felt that the staff was glad to have us rent with them. I really appreciate the help that we were given.

DO NOT rent a moving truck from here. They have no skills in customer service. They are rude and hard to deal with. The woman who helped us is named Karen and she was unhelpful. When we asked her questions she acted irritated and mean. We had to almost walk out before she would start helping us and answer our questions. From the minute we walked in, I could tell she didn't want to take care of us. She is awful. Trust me you DO NOT work with these people.

This is just a small, little lot, where they rent Penske trucks with a storage facility attached to it. Why I am even reviewing the place is because of the amazing quality of the customer service. The people behind the counter, we polite, knowledgable, and patient. The trucks were clean, the grounds are well lit. I was only in town for a few hours, so I needed my truck quickly.

My flight was delayed coming in, so I was not going to make it to the place before it closed. When I called and explained my situation, the counter worker told me to take my time and she would wait. I could not believe it, but they stayed open just for me. Penske will be my go to company from here on out.
