Highly recommended! Insurance One did a great job at finding me a great rate with good coverage. They shopped my policy around and were able to find me a rate that I wouldn't have found on my own. They also did a good job at being able to filter the coverage that I needed instead of being sold services / coverage which don't offer much value.

The service at Insurance One was outstanding. I received the information I requested within hours and ended up selecting them for my policy based on a good rate and excellent service.

I emailed regarding a property they have for rent asking about appliances, pets, and scheduling a viewing. I was emailed back a bare response from Scott Szoke about the appliances and pets but nothing about viewing. I asked again about when I could view the property to which he replied it's by appointment. So I wrote back again pointing out that it's the 3rd time I've asked about viewing and he had yet to set one up with me and that his "over 25 years experience" wasn't showing.

He actually responded that I should "check [my] attitude." I feel even more sorry for whomever owns the properties he's responsible for as he refuses to show to willing renters.
