We are the closest storage facility to the University of Michigan campus (approximately 1.2 miles south of the DIAG) and easily accesible from both Packard Street to the West and South Industrial to the East. We are about 1/2 mile south of Stadium Boulevard.

BEWARE! Everything I had in storage here for several years came out smelling of must! And when I asked for some adjustment to my storage fees so I could get it cleaned I was told by the young lady at the desk that it was "probably wet when you put it in." (For the record, my items were NOT wet when they were put there.) When you walk into the storage space from the garage area you are immediately surrounded by musty air.
Take heed of what your nose is telling you and GO ELSEWHERE! ~~~~ NOTE - I AM ADDING THIS in May 2022 IN RESPONSE to the owner's 6-month late response to my initial posting! Just because I didn't sign my name and you don't recognize my Google Account does NOT mean I was never a customer of yours. So please don't accuse me of lying, on top of everything else.
In fact, I paid you a LOT of money for ten years to store my items. Everything I said above is true, including asking at the desk for a monetary adjustment to compensate me for cleaning the things that were ruined (certainly a complaint in my book) and being brushed off by the girl at the desk. I'm not sure how you can call yourself the premier indoor storage facility in Ann Arbor, but I now store things at Climate Control Indoor Storage on South Maple and have NEVER had anything reeking of must when we took it out as was true at INN STORAGE. I will repeat my advice to others to take their things elsewhere if they cherish them and want them to come out of storage as they went in - clean and fresh.

Great deals for students needing somewhere to park during the school year. Not too far out of the way if you only use your car every once in awhile plus it is very accessible from the bus routes. The staff are amazing, incredibly friendly, and super helpful. When I accidentally killed my battery in the middle of the winter they were there to help me jump it and I was on my way within 15 minutes! I highly recommend them.

In terms of prices, i don't know. This was a safe storage as far as I could tell from moving my brother out of Ann Arbor. We couldn't even pull our truck into the garage that the doors open into. It was a small facility and a little bit of a labyrinth once you got inside, but they have a lot of dollys and hand trucks to help you out. You can't pull up more than 2 moving trucks at a time though, so if it is busy season, get there early.

Reasonable student rate, lowest I can found locally. I saved boat here in a 1-year rate. The boat got sold before the 1 year period ended and they refunded the money at the 1-year rate, not at a higher one with a short period. The owner is nice and tell you where, what and how to fish in local area. Recommended!
