Brookline Transport did an excellent job for me. They showed up at a house I was selling on time, packed belongings and disassembled 2 Ikea beds (no small task). A few months later, they again showed up on time at my new house, carried in all the boxes, put furniture in place and reassembled an Ikea bed. As I unpacked all the items they packed, I was impressed with the quality of the packing. The boxes were marked extremely well. I am a satisfied customer!

Great experience working with the team! I had horrifying past experiences with movers and did lots of research ahead of time to narrow down my options. Utilized Snap Moves, which proved to be very convenient. The movers who came were efficient and thorough. Worth every penny! Service: Interstate moving

This was a superb, professional crew. Our art and fragile items were carefully wrapped, transported and placed in our new home. Every aspect from packing to unloading (Everything- a whole houseful) was handled quickly and carefully. They were courteous and friendly in addition to their competence. Their speed made the move less expensive than we had anticipated. We recommend them without reservation.

I had to ship an antique bedroom set from New England to the Gulf Coast. 3 movers from Brookline, an agent company for Mayflower, came to my house and carefully packed each piece in my front yard, as requested. The pieces included a large dresser mirror that is very fragile. When the furniture arrived at its destination, the recipient reported to me that "The furniture was so well packed that it took me 4 days to upwrap it!" Thank you, Brookline, for taking such good care of these family heirlooms. I can highly recommend this company.

We were extremely satisfied and happy with this company! Their service was outstanding and professional at all times. They were very careful and conscientious with our furniture and other belongings, and took great care in wrapping and moving it all. We needed to store our belongings in storage for several weeks, and I was apprehensive at first; however, as I watched them work so diligently, I felt very secure. My furniture and other belongs were delivered to my new home safe and sound! Great crew, great job! I recommend highly!

Brookline Transportation did an outstanding job moving my family and scientific laboratory halfway across the country. George and Sara worked with us every step of the way and found us cost savings. The moving crews were punctual, efficient, careful and professional. BTI is the best in the business!

My move last Saturday was ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING. The three movers were extremely efficient, friendly, careful, and hard-working. They go they move done fast and before it started snowing yet again. I can't say enough positive things about the caliber of people they are and the work they performed. I'm going to recommend BTI/Mayflower to anyone who needs a mover.

When shopping for carriers to transport a car from Massachusetts to Texas, I was quoted a wide range of prices. After reviewing the bids and speaking to George Rohlfing, I made the decision to work with one of the highest quotes as George assured me that the service would be top notch and if any issues arose, BTI and Mayflower would handle any issues or concerns. Sadly, this turned out to be nothing but a bold faced lie.
During transport, the driver called and asked if I had seen the car prior to pickup. As I purchased it on Ebay, I had not and indicated such. The driver then implied that the car had many "bumps and bruises". This seemed suspicious, so I contact George to inquire as to how I should handle a car "IF" it was damaged during transport. George was very defensive which was the first red flag.
After calming down, he told me that I could not refuse delivery as the car would then be taken back to a warehouse and I would be charged for storage until pick-up. He told me that upon receipt, I could then file a claim with Mayflower. Upon delivery, I noticed damage to the car. I provided George and Mayflower with photos, documentation from the pick-up (the garage observed the driver make contract with the truck and my car), and their own document which indicated clearly that no dent was observed at pickup (despite numerous other observations).
In the end, Mayflower refused my claim because I did not fill out the their paperwork according to their procedures. The paperwork is ambiguous at best and no where does it say "to be completed by recipient". The driver mislead me saying that I would sign the document and then file a claim. George too mislead me as to how I was supposed to file a claim and handle the issue.
When it came down to taking responsibility as he had promised, he did nothing of the sort. Even IF Mayflower had not mislead me, the simple fact that no dent was observed by their driver or their agent in the notes at pick up, but a dent was then observed at delivery means that Mayflower should take responsibility as George promised. No only did I pay much more to utilize George's services, but I did so because of what George promised. He didn't even attempt to keep that promise. I would steer clear of BTI-Mayflower and George Rohlfing. Period.
