Can't really rate them I called for an estimate, so I'll give them 2 stars for great customer service. Great customer service they were very polite and nice one the phone and got my estimate quickly. The only thing is they are very expensive but I did call around to other movers for estimates and they are all expensive. Needed to throw that out there didn't want people thinking they were the only ones expensive.

I rented the storage through online. In the email it says to call to get the hrs. Apparently setting a unit online doesn't work. Upon calling I spoke to Alyssa who was suppose to email me a contract. Nothing came to my email. I called and spoke to a gentlemen who said she qent on vacation and will do my contract up when she comes back. On July 19 my bank card was charged and still no contract.

I had to physically make a appearance and call while I was outside to find out why they charged my account when I've no contract yet. As I was sitting in the lot I received the email. August comes, the company now tries to take money on the 12th, call me the 27th I believe to tell me my payments late. I pay it the following day and three days later im charges fifty bucks late fee.

The lady I spoke to wasn't sure if my card could be refunded so I said credit my account and she would fix the issue. Sept comes, no payment goes through yet they want to charge me a 50 late payment and yet to still charge my account or fix the payment date my contract was signed on July 19th not the 12th 3 charges of late fees and I'm only on my third and 9 days in my third month and 4 payments they claim they've tried making.

They were so very helpful. I can't thank them enough. Had my daughters wheelchair and knee scooter stored there. Coming back to college from the Chicago area traffic was bad and we were running late. They kindly kept the gate open for us so she would have her mobility aids for classes the next day. This was above and beyond helpful. Wonderful customer service thank you again!

Critical: Value Similar as others estimate was way off when we hired them. They couldn't explain the math. I was never allowed to talk management. Crew was okay, but can't make up for lack of customer service at the office. Avoid them if you can. Services: Moving-related storage, Moving-related packing

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness Not open when supposed to be and not climate controlled there like it says it's way to pricey for what they offer they don't even shovel in front of bay doors so I had to carry my stuff through the snow and couldn't get my stuff out when I needed to Service: Moving-related storage

Very nice storage unit. Have had my unit for a couple of years and none of it has gotten ruined. Tempature controlled.

Mullens handled my move from the apartment that I had in graduate school to storage. It has been 14 long years, but they will also be handling the transportation to my new house. Hopefully this will be a forever move, but if it wasn't, I would certainly consider Mullens for my future moving needs.

Horrible. I ordered a set of furniture from Amazon. The shipping company was NSD Shipping, and shipped on Aug 30 from Seattle, WA. Apparently it was then delivered to Mullen Moving & Storage Company as the local transit station where it would be unboxed and delivered to my home from there. I received a phone call on Wed, 9/11, from Travis stating it would be delivered on 9/12 between the hours of 12-4.

I called on 9/12 at 9:30am to verify the delivery only to be greeted with hostile voices on the receiving end while questioning my reason for calling. I responded with "WOW! This is a very snotty company!" The woman on the other end said she would let Travis or Todd know I called and would be home for delivery. 4:00 came, no delivery. I called to receive once again a rude gentleman who claimed "Yeah, we aren't delivering that set today" and proceeded to not give me an explanation as to why they weren't delivering, but to lie and tell me they called me. NO, they did not call me and proceeded to tell him I took the day off to be home for the delivery and would be filing a complaint to which he then responded, "Yeah, ok, go ahead".

I then called NSD Shipping, explained the situation and then was told that Mullen had not even updated the information about the delivery properly through them. Luckily they will be getting me my furniture and hopefully will not use this local company any longer for their point of transit. I am absolutely appalled at the attitude and lack of respect shown to me by this company. Again, I want to reiterate that I did not hire Mullen, they are a transit station for NSD Shipping and do not care about their business practices. Be warned. If they can accept money for delivery from Amazon/ NSD Shipping and not do their job well, they will do the same to you.

Hired Mullen to move us across the city. Talked to Mike. Very friendly, polite. Scheduled our move for 5/31/19. Went out and signed the paperwork. Job was estimated for 3hours. Had to give our banking info, and we were told they would put a charge in for 50% as a deposit. Instead, they put the charge thru for MORE than the estimate. Also, we were never told they charge a 4 hour minimum!

We have NO complaint about the crew that came. They did a good job, and were friendly and professional. When I called to complain about the over charge, I was told I had to talk to Mike. Naturally, he was not in! I left a message for him to call me, didn't, hear from him. After 3 days of calling him, I finally talked to him. He couldn't find our file, but would call me back that afternoon.

Naturally that didn't happen. Next day, he wasn't in the office. After we went out there, ( he wasn't there ) we talked to the operation manager who agreed that we were owed a refund. It was settled the next day. I would certainly never use them again or refer anyone to them.
