We got a random call from them today and rather than listening to us, the agent repeatedly pushed for him to "help us" as we already went with another company and expressed multiple times why we would not be going with them. After refusing to acknowledge what was being declined and said over three times, the agent again simply spoke over us to be heard and we told him no, we were not interested, goodbye, and hung up. Immediately after, the agent called us a second time. He is lucky I did not catch his name when my partner answered the phone, I would be calling to report.

EMS was responsible for building crates and uncrating of glass items/pictures and a pool table. Although one of the pool table slates was broken, Dominique at EMS arranged for a professional service to come out, replace the slate and reassemble the table to verified original great condition. This was at no charge to me and was done without a lot of hassle - namely, they accepted responsibility for the damage and made it right. Things can get broken during a move, and the slate happened to be my broken item, but it was their willingness to correct things that was appreciated. Dominique, thanks for making what could have been an unpleasant, drawn-out process a very simple matter - 5-stars because you all stepped up when something went wrong.

Completely agreed the previous review that the EMS is the worst moving company! They damaged my desk and asked the tech teams to come back and forth multiple times only to identify 2 missing parts. Turns out more than 10 parts are missing and they dragged the entire assembly service. They do not willing to take the responsibility and blame the damage to other third party! Avoid this company.

On the New Jersey end of this service, the technicians have failed to turn up to two appointments - no phone calls, no nothing. The folks that call me seem to have no idea what is going on in their business. After the first missed appointment, I got a phone call the next day, where the woman had no idea the technician didn't show. She just "didn't have it checked off her list." No apology, no acknowledgement that someone had to stay and wait.
She offered another appointment on the Saturday (Saturday!). I said that was fine, but didn't want to waste an entire Saturday waiting. Guess what? No technician, no phone call. I called the same number, left two messages. nothing. Then, I get a phone call this morning from someone wanting to set up an appointment with me. who also seemed clueless and disinterested that this was upcoming meeting #3.
It seems I have an appointment. but no actual confirmation ("we'll see if the technician is available"). So. This is supposed to be an executive service for an executive move. yet they have no problem asking this executive to miss hours of work. Here's the thing. People make mistakes. Businesses make mistakes. That's ok. I judge a business on the way it recovers.
This one - no apologies, no acknowledgment of inconvenience, no assurances. They didn't even offer me a clear number to call. I had to ask, then they gave me 3 different numbers. When your business has one job, you'd think. ugh, I hate complaining. Oh yeah - and one of the TVs was broken. One woman told me I could open a crate but don't power on the TV without them.
I opened one crate, broken leg with the leg in a bag and signs it had been dropped. Guess what? Because we opened the crate, they aren't responsible anymore. So. not that I had a choice, but don't recommend them if you do.

THE WORST company I have ever delt with. They provided a contract to me when arriving 5 hours late in the middle of the night to pick my stuff up, fed me a bunch of lies, my stuff was to be shipped to my destination and was never shipped I made several calls and finally got a date it was to be arrived and then was never contacted and arrived 3 days late with several damaged items.
When I contracted executive movers they said they were not responsible for any part of the moving even though they were the ones I paid and sign the contract with. I strongly recommend NOT using them.

Executive Movers Services were the spot of sunshine in an otherwise horrible moving experience. I called them to get help preparing a Miele washing machine for our move (it requires a special transportation kit). They mailed me the kit, were incredibly flexible about leaving the machine running as long as possible, before the move, and then sent a couple technicians out to do the kit installation.
It turned out that the kit was the wrong one for my washing machine. Fortunately I was able to find a kit from a previous move. The technicians installed it and the movers loaded the machine. I installed the machine in our new home and it worked perfectly (on a previous move, this was *not* the case!) The correctly installed transportation kit did its job and the machine was up and running shortly after we arrived.
On hearing about the mixup with the transportation kit, the folks at EMS were not only concerned, they insisted on refunding the money for the kit. I'd agreed on a fixed price to get the washer to our new house and, especially after the experience with the rest of the move, was quite content with what I'd paid, since the washing machine was in place and working.
I was really touched that they were willing to refund part of the money, anyway. I would *definitely* trust these folks to help me move, again. Heck, I might call them up now and then, just to say "hi".
