Simply because it's seems everytime you go here something is inoperable. When you pay for your storage fee. You shouldn't have a problem accessing the storage. It is always something wrong with the facility. The gate might broke. The Elevator for the heavier things doesn't work. The door might be broken at the top you can't open the door because it's jam.

Jesika provided excellent customer service. She explained all of the options and showed us several storage units and locations. She was very thorough and really energetic about the process. She reviewed the entry and code process. We used this facility last summer and had no issues. The security at the facility is very good.

BEWARE! My unit was broken into and many of our valuables are now LOST FOR GOOD. Appears to be an INSIDE JOB as so many other people who have stored their belongings have had their units broken into. When I asked for the security camera footage the crack ho manager told me the "cameras weren't working". Also they keep a dog in a shit covered area right before you pull into the storage unit. What scum bags, liars, criminals. May karma continue to be a pain in her fat a$$.

Mice ate and or ruined a majority of my belongings. They said they'd start an aggressive mice removal program one week ago? Nothing has been done. A mouse scurried out the second I opened the door. This aggressive program obviously should've already been in place the whole time. What has been destroyed was of sentimental value and cannot be replaced. So unprofessional.

Just moved in and Albert at the Palm Springs location made the whole process go as smooth and easy as one could hope for under the current conditions of quarantined life. Like the fact that someone lives on site for added security and the small lay out, single story design makes for a quick pull up to your unit simple and fast. Only the first day but so far so good!

I think it's a very clean place the size of the storage unit is adequate for what we needed Albert was very helpful the price was right and it's very close to where we live in mountain gate. I'm glad I did a search online and found Devon, it's so close to where we live I think it's a good deal for the price and the location couldn't be beat for us. Staff was very friendly and the place seems to have good security. Remember your code or you'll get locked in!

This review is long overdue. I sold my home when the pandemic was at its peak. The state of California was not able to conduct any face to face transactions, so the majority of the business we're closed. After calling seven places, I received a call back from Albert. He thought outside the box. We did everything via text and email; there was no contact.
He even left my lock inside the unit with a zip tie that was easy to open. And send me the code once my initial payment went through. I was impressed by his quick thinking and professionalism. He also taught me a business lesson that I will never forget. The other places that I called wanted to do business with me but lacked creativity. Albert is an asset to this company, and I hope that the owner appreciates him.

I've had this storage company for about 6 years and if it wasn't for the fact that it's 2 minutes from where I live I would go elsewhere. They've gone through several attendance in the office. Some real losers. The guy they have now was once nice, but now he's becoming a real jurk. Not friendly and he suppose to open the hallway storage at 9:30 am and that doesn't happen. They keep raising my bill and I can even get in my storage on sundays.

We have rented several units for our business during the last few years. Ever since Albert became manager, the entire property has become even better. It's very clean and well maintained. Very nice general manager who lives on property - I guess he is new to this location. Exceptional customer service. I feel my things are safe and I feel safe when I am there. If I could change one thing. it would to have later hours. And availability on Sunday - but this storage is an excellent value and beats all storage prices in Palm Springs and surrounding area.

Just rented a storage unit and just loved the new girl that works in the office now. I believe her name is Yvonne. She was so sweet and really went the extra mile to get me squared away there. I was VERY happy with the more then fair pricing on their units, the way you can drive right up in front of your space and unload etc. The only thing I was dissapointed with was the condition of the pull up door on my unit.
It really was too difficult to pull up and down and needs to be greased or reconditioned or whatever they do to make those doors glide easily. My strong boyfriend could barely do it without fear of back injury as we are a bit older people. You have to struggle with it, which you shouldn't have to do. Yvonne said she would report it and get it fixed for us but no word as of yet. Therefore, only 3 stars. Sorry Yvette!
