Secure Storage

I cannot give a more positive review for a business. From day one, the staff has been so friendly and professional. I had a storage unit for 18 months and not once had an issue. When I initially set up auto pay they were more than helpful because their site was a little hard to navigate. On the last day of using their facility, I was able to to cancel my account via a conversation from 6 ft distance due to the Coronavirus situation.

I was not charged any late fees even though it was my error of not giving a 5 day notice. I was told that they were more interested in my happiness than a late fee. Geez, when does THAT ever happen?! I am absolutely delighted with my experience here and wish all businesses operated in the same manner as Secure Storage of Lockport. They treat you like family which is so appreciated by me!

Excellent for your storage needs Reasonable prices and good selection of sizes of storage units, Easy access, Clean, they keep some pallets that your can use in your unit to keep boxes off the floor Better security than other storage facilities in the local area.

We had reserved a moving truck with U-Haul. The day prior to the move, U-Haul informed us that our truck was only available at a location much farther away than we were reasonably going to travel. Luckily, I recalled an ad for Secure Storage in the Lockport Legend newspaper. I called Secure Storage with the last-minute request of renting a moving truck for the next day, and they were able to accommodate me right before they closed for the day! Dealing with a local business was so much easier than dealing with a big corporation!

I knew exactly who I was going to deal with that morning, and what to expect. The representative was friendly and gave us all the necessary information. Everything went smoothly. Very helpful and friendly local business! And we saved a bit of money than if we had actually used U-Haul.

I have not rented but have had interaction with the owner and staff. Professional, kind, honest, hardworking, what else could you want from your storage provider. If I needed storage I would come here, most people do as they rarely have anything available. Put them in your book, and call them when you need storage. Secure Storage is A++

We were planning to purchase a home in Lockport, but had to sell our Lisle home first. It needed to be cleaned out, but we had no place to store everything. Thank goodness for Secure Storage! We rented one of their largest spaces and filled it to the brim.then, rented a second one! Tom Drake is one of the nicest people to deal with; and you can see he takes pride in making Secure Storage a safe, clean, convenient place to leave your personal belongings.

After four years, we finally have our new home - in Winfield (yes, wrong direction). Our belongings were happily waiting for us when we arrived to collect them. Thanks, Secure Storage! Kathy
