Ace Storage operates four self-storage facilities in Morris. With over 300 units of varying sizes, we provide our customers with many storage options. Located at the intersection of Lisbon & Gore Roads, this facility has over 170 units of varying sizes. The facility is fenced, gated and has cameras. Located just mile west of our 620 Gore Road facility, this facility has 38 units of varying sizes. The premises has cameras for security. Located south of Morris just 1 mile south of the Illinois River, this facility has 48 units of either 10'x30' or 12'x30' sizes perfect for boat storage. The 12'x30' units have dual doors to drive thru for easy drop off and pick-up.
We either mail or email monthly statements to each tenant around the 15th of the prior month i.e. We accept checks and money orders, and can also accept ACH, debit and credit cards, which can be processed in the office or online through our tenant web portal. Monthly statements will be mailed or emailed around the 15th of the prior month to all customers with a balance due.
You will need to purchase renters insurance from an agent, however some homeowners and renters policies cover storage. Contact your insurance provider to find out more. Contact us and tell us you will be moving out (advanced notice is not required). You will be responsible for the unit rent until we have been notified and the unit is vacant.
