I used this company to move. They showed up late, the truck wasn't large enough to fit all my belongings even though they said their truck was big enough on the phone, they didn't have a appliance dolly and dropped my washer and broke it. They never paid for breaking it nor did the owner return my calls about it. This company is the worst. I would not refer anyone to them not even to pick up trash. I ended up spending more money to get a uhaul to get my remaining belongings moved. I wish I could give -10 stars

Interesting that a year and a half later I just received a response on 3/23/2022 that Erik was reviewing my complaint and issues with his team haha. Set up a time 3 weeks prior to moving out of our storage unit on 12/1. Confirmed pricing and additional cost should we need extra hours. Confirmed credit card required 5% premium but there was no additional fee for check or cash. Called on Friday 11/27 spoke with Erik and he said we were good to go for 12/1 @ 11:30.
At 11:40 I called Erik to ask where the movers were, he said he'd call me right back and let me know. 12:00 no return call. Tried to leave voice mail but his mailbox was full. Texted Erik at 12:10, called 12:20, 12:30 he never picked up or responded. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from his business. It's now 9:17PM no return call, I'm convinced he doesn't care

Excellent Hauling team! I spoke with Erik the owner and he was very accommodating and very professional and he was willing to help knowing I was on a limited time frame. His team Chad and Link were both on time, helpful, quick and thorough.very polite and professional. I would highly recommend Erik's Hauling and junk removal. If you need someone who's dependable and keeps their word, and does an excellent job and treats you right this is who you want to call!

From the first call I made Erik was responsive, up front with details and price, and delivered exactly what we discussed on time and professionally. We called him to help with an estate clean-up after a family member passed away. Not only did he agree to work on a Sunday evening so that we could be cleared out in time, he was pleasant, efficient, and got the job done in record time.
He offered some suggestions on items that he thought could be of value to us if we salvaged them and was willing to take them if we didn't want the hassle. After reading some of the negative reviews, all I can say is that I am super pleased with the service Erik and his team provided and can easily recommend them for anyone looking for a total clean-out scenario like we needed.

I'm a contractor and I move every year. This year my movers canceled on me last minute on a Sunday. I frantically called around and found this place. The only place that answered. Erik said he could have guys out to me next day. They showed up on time, they were polite, they were professional, they loaded me up in less than an hour and unloaded me in less than 2 hours.
Whole thing was done in under 3 hours and my stuff was pretty heavy with 38 steps that they had to go up. I was all in by noon and was able to unpack whole rooms afterwards before bedtime. They were so efficient, I'm still kinda floored at how fast it all went. The pricing is totally on point too. I'm so impressed with them, I highly recommend using Erik's hauling they really came through for me. Ask for the three Chad's. they are A-mazing!

Erik was a godsend! My husband passed away suddenly and I found myself having to sell our home. When the specialty "oversized trash" truck I scheduled didn't take my items, I contacted a different junk hauler who also stood me up. Erik took my last moment call and was at my home a few hours later. He hauled away everything from the front curb AND my back porch in the dark! Because of his service, I didn't have to cancel the scheduled real estate viewings. Thank you Erik!

We had multiple friends and coworkers recommend Erik's Hauling and Moving so we didn't even bother getting other quotes; We just hired them. I should've known what we were in for when the man who answered my call didn't even ask for my name, just my address and phone number. I told him it was a large three-bedroom house with a LOT of contents to move.
He told me it would be a three-man job and gave me a quote and we scheduled for the following Saturday. On Saturday, the movers called me while enroute and asked a bit more about the job. When I described it, they said it sounded like a three-man job and there were only two of them. They then called me back and said they had double-booked the day and would only be able to perform half of the move that day and they would do the other half the following Tuesday.
Since that's insane, I declined and asked them to do the whole move on the Tuesday and they agreed. On Tuesday, they showed up, again with just two movers. I showed them all that needed moved and they called their boss to tell him it was a bigger job than they were expecting. He told them that I had lied to him and "undersold" the job. They then told me that they couldn't do the move that day, but they would come back the next with more help.
At this point, we had only two days before we had to be out of our house, so we didn't have much choice and agreed. They came back the next morning with three guys and worked non-stop through the day with a majority of the move going to a storage unit and rest going to a temporary apartment nearby. They seemed to be doing decent work, but we later realized that nearly every single piece of our furniture was scratched or damaged, including the two antique pieces that we discussed at length about protecting.
We had provided a mattress bag for our new mattress, but they said it made it too hard to move and assured me that it would be fine without it. They then dragged it up the concrete steps and across the filthy porch of our temporary apartment. The move then ended up costing significantly more than we were quoted. We later visited the storage unit to find our belongings haphazardly stacked and piled.
Most of the boxes marked "fragile" were on the bottom of stacks of five or six boxes and crushed. We haven't been able to open them yet, but it's pretty clear that we will have a lot of damage. Many of our plastic totes that we used to move were cracked or broken. Pieces of disassembled furniture are scattered all over the unit. I cannot begin to properly describe just how unhappy we are with this company, but we will surely tell anyone who asks just how bad they were. Steer clear.

These guys were a life saver! They moved us into our new house and when I tell you they saved my life they did. I pointed and they put my furniture where I asked and in the correct rooms. They even help remove some old furniture the old home owners left. They were the most curiosity professionals in the business. They were on time and had no issues moving any of my fragile items or any of my larger items. I can't recommend them enough. If I ever move again I will certainly be using them.
