Affordable Self Storage

Poor customer service, likes to yell at customers, still receiving bills after 7 months of moving out of unit. I get told I can't believe I called complaining about a bill. When they're unit ruined my furniture. Covered in spiders. Bugs and mold. yup definitely use this place!

I have been a patron for many years. The customer service is excellent and the facilities clean and well kept. It is a safe place to store your items.

Very clean facility. Spoke with Kari on phone and in person and she was very helpful.

You can just never get a hold of this place. They only have one in the office and apparently she's almost never in there because the phone never gets answered. So how do we get a hold of them when we need help or to make a payment.

The facility was clean and we did get our deposit returned. However, they had an "Out of Order" sign on the restroom for over three months. When a customer is unloading a truck or cleaning out a unit, it is not convenient to pack up the truck and go find a restroom. There should be a restroom available to customers. Also, I did not like the dog in the office area.

Dropped off a uhaul truck and they charged me a cleaning fee and even charged me a late fee on the cleaning fee before I even knew I had a supposed balance. I swept that damn truck myself before dropping it off and it hasn't rained in weeks so mud was impossible. This marks the third time a drop off location has charged me a cleaning fee I'm done with uhaul and all affiliates. I'll just pay a little extra for the smaller companies services.

Be very careful! We have some of our items at Affordable Storage and need to contact them as we no longer live in Cleburne and need to change payment methods. No one has answered the phone for the past three days and their website/contact information is no longer valid. Not a good sign.

Have been with Affordable Self Storage for almost 2 years now and they have been great. They have always worked with me no matter the circumstances and have always provided fantastic service. We will never use any other storage facility in Cleburne.

I was very pleased with my experience at Affordable Self Storage. The facility was very secure, clean and very accessible. I also had a very good experience with the employees. Always very nice and very helpful with any and all questions I had. I would definitley recommend using Affordable Self Storage and would/will use again if ever need be.
