Amazing service and inexpensive. Darren and Justin were great. They did not rush, but definitely were working quick to finish timely. They took care of all my items and I would definitely use their services again!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I cannot express this enough. Dealing with them or for that matter the "owner" Kelly is like playing a game of where's Waldo! She's never around, she doesn't return emails, she doesn't respond to damages done to your items with urgency. It's been about 5 months since our move and I am still trying to get some sort of settlement for the damages done to my items. They don't carry enough supplies to cover your items, they are not careful. It's been a headache to say the least! If I can offer some advise, Don't use this company.

After lots of quotes we decided to go with this company and we were so hopeful and accommodating but in the end we were very disappointed. Our move was supposed to start at 1pm and didn't start until almost 5pm, we had to extend the truck rental, push back additional moving help and didn't get the job finished, we had to continue the next day on our own.

They shorted us 15 mins of work because the lead guy was a bit chatty with us, very nice, but we would have much rather got 15 more minutes of moving help. His guys, very young men, kept checking their phones and one even started flirting with a neighbor during the move. After all was said and done we should have paid the $40/$50 extra to secure a company with better time management and more help to accommodate the workload they scheduled that day. Would probably not recommend

Do nut walk, but RUN from these. I mean WHY is this ripoff company even still in business? Don't people read reviews BEFORE hiring a moving company? If there was anything less than 1 star, that's what they would get. I used them in 2016, not knowing any better! Gave them a terrible review afterwards, but too late!

Robert and his team came to our house on time, they were really nice, and helped us with the unpacking, and even offered to assemble some of our furniture. they whole process was quick and efficient, and very orderly. Thanks guys!

Horrible experience. It was a waste of my money. I moved on 7/31/21 and it took 2 movers 8 hours to move me from my 3 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom apartment. The younger mover kept on taking multiple breaks throughout the day. I ended up paying over $800 for no reason at all when it good have taken them no more than 3 hours. I will never recommend this company to anyone. If I can give negative stars I would. I will be writing to their corporate office about my experience.

Great company. 1st time using a moving company. I would definitely use them again. They moved all my stuff in to my 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor while it was raining within an hour. Highly recommend them. Ask for Jerry and Nick. Again awesome job guys. Also great prices and time when they were available. Thank yall.

I hired this company to move half mile down street from one bedroom to two. Everything was packed up and ready. The workers arrived late, they milked the clock taking their time although everything except bed was ready. It took over 5.5 hrs to move bed and dresser, living room set, two tvs, kitchen table with six chairs and some boxes. My husband even started carrying boxes down bc worker Chris was procrastinating. Here's the kicker they have you sign a contract when they arrive putting you ina bind and tell you cannot move items until signed.

Do not sign contract as is or else you will end up Iike me. The rude mover who was swearing in hallway forgot to pack my washer and dryer. They dropped my practically new washer down stairs bc they were negligent and did not strap equipment. When reported to owner she refused to call back to address issue. She hired a shady lawyer who tried to attack my character bc her worker lied.

They damage over $600 value washer and get off paying 60 cent per pound. This company is a rip off and the owner obviously have negative ratings. I ended up paying them $547.50 and now at a loss of additional $800 bc I have to pay to get washer removed and purchase another appliance. This is the worse company ever and I have used other companies and never experienced a problem.

If you value your belongings "DO NOT USE this company because you will end up losing a lot more thinking your saving a few dollars. Jelly will call excessively to get your business but once her workers damage your property she will not respond. She called her worker to ask what happened but never followed up with customer. So read thes reviews the people are accurate.

I learned from judge that I should have written " carrier liable for fair market value replacement of any damaged property that isn't repairable".DO NOT Be A VICTIM of this Horrible COMPANY be for warned.

Best moving company you can ask for. Fast, on time, and extra careful. Did exactly what needed to be done. These people are still human working in over 100 degree weather and should still be treated with care cause I don't know how they do it. Derrick and Jeremiah are great and fast and if he Derrick can avoid the dolly, he does. Very satisfied!

My move was only 3 miles down the road from my current location. Movers (Eduardo and Carl) showed up on time and were very nice and Eduardo seemed to be very attentive to protecting my furniture and it's value. Carl was nice too but a little less careful. The move was going fine and I had good rapport with both of them. Instead of filling the truck completely they wanted to go to the new location when the truck was about 2/3 full and unpack it, then go back to my apartment for the rest.

They said it would be faster than trying to pack the whole truck. I didn't like that idea but trusted that they new best. After the unload Eduardo asked me for a lighter. I assumed it was to smoke a cigarette. Well NOPE, Eduardo smoked some marijuana! At that point the move went downhill fast. Carl was the only one working and Eduardo claimed he was strapping down things in the truck.

This went on for a couple hours where Eduardo wasn't really able to do anything because he was clearly baked! My move had some big furniture but since I just moved to San Antonio from Seattle everything was still disassembled and I had gotten the smaller stuff put into a storage unit prior to them arriving. I even took out all the drawers out of the dressers and moved them myself in my car to save on the stress on their backs as it would make the items lighter.

What Kelly quoted me a 600-1000 dollar move price ran well over that due to Eduardo's pace after he was stoned! There was another matter where they took a break and didn't communicate that with me and I waited 45 minutes for them. I spoke with Kelly during this 45 minute period where I couldn't get a hold of them and she said at the end of the job she would compensate me something.

She compensated me 15 minutes. She was also extremely rude and unsympathetic. I never heard from her again. Clearly her story about "compensation" was just "lip service". I am really disapointed and have a completely broken item as well as several minorly damaged pieces. I don't have experience with a lot of move companies but pot smoking on my dime is not okay!

This job should not have taken 12 plus hours! No boxes, no cushions on sofas, no drawers in dressers, just the furniture. I think they are running some kind of scam and I am the one who paid the price.

Great company, very easy to work with. Fast, reliable and handled my stuff with care.

They destroyed my bedroom set, broke the washer, and lost all my cookbooks! There was more damage than that! Would not recommend!
