Make a reservation for your rental unit. Every single door has a monitored door alarm, allowing the office staff to know instantly a unit opens or closes. You items are secured with several monitors that are mounted in the office to monitor 48 digital surveillance cameras. Additionally, intercoms are connected to the office at the various keypads and locations throughout each floor.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. I rented my u-Haul from here online with 2 additional dollys, a week in advance, only to show up for my u-Haul to find out they didn't have one of the dollys - on the morning of my move. I didn't receive a courtesy call letting me know this and their response to solve the situation was "you can pick it up from somewhere else".
Move days are not exactly FLEXIBLE and there is limited time and when I reserve something in advance and something isn't there, you'd think you'd get an error or a phone call from someone saying "hey, before you waste your time, maybe reserve your u-Haul somewhere else because we don't have what you're looking for". For anyone who is a small petite woman like me, I desperately needed that furniture dolly and it was BEYOND INCONVENIENT to show up for them to tell me that they didn't have it.
I asked if they would give me the larger utility dolly then for the same price as the smaller one since they didn't have the furniture dolly that I had reserved and they said no, they'd have to charge me more if I wanted the larger dolly. Customer service 101. Then they didn't even have my truck ready on time. They guy working the desk didn't close out the truck properly last time so I had to wait there while he re-did it, then when he went to "load the dolly on the truck", he simply left it out front of the truck and didn't even put it on the truck for me.
Between him and the unhelpful female working there at the time of my pick up, it's safe to say I will never be giving them my business for any service and telling everyone to do the same. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Never even got a call from their manager regarding this poor experience and also never heard back from u-Haul after submitting a complaint. Move days are already stressful as they can be so you set up everything in advance to avoid more stress. This place made my move day so much harder than it already was.

This place is a nightmare my contract is not over it ends till the 2nd of this coming month but the guy tony said he was not going to renew and that he did not wanted me there no more and he even parked a car on my space when I got there to park the car was there and he came out 1/2 hour later to tell me that, not profesional i just found another place the lady is very nice I will sure recommend this other place this new place is heaven, thank god this happen cause I got to meet this lady
