This facility was ok until it came time to terminate the lease. I emptied my storage in November prior to Thanksgiving. They called me at the end of December wanting December payment and January 2 months after the termination. Not going to happen. I agreed to pay December's even in light of there error and a cleaning fee which there was a few empty boxes and I believe a garden hose which could go in there dumpster in 5 minutes. Andrew threatened to charge me for January if payment wasn't made at 7 pm eastern standard tome here in Ga.
I told him it would have to be the next day as I would go and get a prepaid debit card from Walmart as I don't give any of my credit card information on line EVER. this wasn't expectable even know the payment was to be completed on the 31 of December. I created an account online today and then was blocked from making the payment with the prepaid card.
If they attempt to process this onto my credit they will be sued. Trying to squeeze every penny there not owed. MILITARY AND VETERANS BEWARE I AM S DISABLED WAR VETERAN ON A LIMITED INCOME AS I WAS INJURED IN COMBAT.

The access times keep changing so I guess I'm super late late leaving here. They told me one more time leaving late and I'm evicted. So I'm here at the gate waiting like a dog for someone to let me out. Hopefully without being scolded and without receiving my walkin papers. Please wish me luck. if they have mercy on my ignorance of the time change I will make it 5 stars

We have used their storage before, maybe 7-8 years ago. Back then they were nice & helpful. We are in between moving now & went back to them. Their prices are competitive. The facilities back them & now are clean. I've never seen any trash blowing around or anything. It's very secure & I feel safe there by myself. Nick & Sandra ( his wife & I think that's her name.
Sorry if it's not) are both friendly & helpful. I wasn't sure which size storage to get & he helped me figure it out. You never feel rushed with them or that they don't care. Besides all of this, it's a great, central location. Highly recommend!

So after posting my review, I received these messages from the manager. After telling me he couldn't refund me, he bribed me that he would refund me if I removed the bad Yelp review. I will admit that I considered it but then realized I couldn't do it. It's the principal.this business is shady. I'm considering contacting the BBB.

DONT EVER STORE YOUR STUFF HERE! I finally got around to writing a review about this terrible facility. this place is a joke to say the least from the management to the facility to the quality of the units. Its cheaper price is what attracts most people and it sure did me as well. On NOV. 4th my unit was broken into at this facility. The way the thieves got in was by pulling down a wall not by cars or some type of vehicle to pull the wall down but by hand (showing how the grounds are not kept up to standard) when the police came to do their write up they informed me that there was only once camera of the gate filming at the time of the incident. when they advertise they have 24hr surveillance of the grounds at all time (lie #1).
They also advertise and the old manager john said they had individual door alarms when in fact there is no such device on any of the units (lie #2). And lastly the manager and his wife live on the grounds of this facility and the night that my unit was broken into they heard absolutely nothing even those the thieves had to pound, bash, and cut away at my uncutable locks till the rivets in the actual door gave away first. Needless to say don't store your stuff here I don't want anyone to go through the same pain and frustration I did. This place is a joke and just not worth the time. As the saying goes you get what you pay for and it really shows here

What can I say about this place. There is a crazy lady that works here, Leila. If you are late she hounds you. She does save me money and when I am late its great to get a call before I get a late charge. I always get a wave and hello. I want to say the other guy is Hector, great guy and willing to help. For personal service or info around town they are always willing to give up the 411.
Although I just moved out they greeted me warmly when I had to move my business, to a smaller place, and was in need, way back in 2012. Thanks for the fun, the memories and the lock.

We just rented a storage unit here and the owner John is very nice. Clean facility. Did not that long to register and the monthly rates are great. The bast part is the owner lives on the property which makes me feel that my stuff is that much more secure. I would recommend this facility to anyone of my friends or family members. Give them a shot.
