Self-storage may seem like a commodity service and maybe it is. After all, you drop off your things and you might not ever go back until you need them 6 months or a year later. You hope that everything is the way you left it or maybe you don't even remember. Either way, you don't really give it a second thought. But there are times when that one touch point makes you realize that you made the right decision.

Maybe it was a pleasant voice over the phone. A smile. Or, maybe it was just gratitude and great conversation. Well, today we made the right choice when we signed up with Cochrane Road Self Storage. We called for availability, toured the facility, signed the contract, and unloaded all of our things, all within just a few hours. Katy and Jeremy were great.

Katy was friendly, polite, and very helpful! Great prices for a clean place not dirty at all. Bathroom makes you feel like you're at a nice suburban neighborhood regular bathroom. Snacks and Starbucks coffee in the office. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

I have recently just moved to the area and this is my first time having a storage unit. I was called in less than an hour when I reserved a unit online. They're facilities are clean and the management is very friendly. They have great rates and they offer free coffee, water, and other items in the lobby.

Diffently recommend! Was hesitant on knowing if I was going to be able to find a stroge on the spot walking into the office, gladly i was able to do so at Cochrane road storage. Ernesto is super nice and friendly and explained everything clearly. The premises also looks very clean and presentable.

I checked out quite a few storage facilities in this area but Cochrane Road Self Storage was easily the best. They were well staffed, knowledgeable and friendly, and the units were clean and well maintained at very reasonable pricing.

Very nice and clean units! I went on a very helpful tour with the staff. They showed me multiple units which was helpful. I went with the 10x10 drive up unit. Looks very clean, spacious and secure. They also have a lip at the bottom of the unit to protect from water/rain. Very pleased with my experience.

Awesome customer service. Super clean facility. Helpful courteous staff. The office is always open according to the hours posted and they are very helpful if you need them. Security is great and the flowers in front are lovely.

This is my first time getting a storage unit and this location made it a simple and easy experience. Their pricing is great, compared to other storage locations I was comparing too. I have been to this storage a couple of times. Once to help a friend move out of her storage unit. I was very impressed the storage unit and hallways were very clean. Cameras everywhere. You feel very secure. The bathroom was very clean. They had soap and hand towels to wash up. Today I drove up to buy a lock and the windows are festive for the FALL time. Very inviting. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.

My husband and I just opened a storage unit at Cochrane Self Storage to move out of our 2bed/2ba home. After calling around Morgan Hill for a storage unit, (and discouraged with some of the people I spoke with and rates I was quoted) my husband and decided to choose Cochrane Road Self Storage and we are so pleased we did. The unit is clean, well lit and alarmed so we feel confident our belongings are safe. The staff Katy & Ernesto were so friendly and helpful. We are happy we did our research cause this was a great choice.

Great people helped us out when we had no choice after our aunts house didn't close escrow in time they had a unit open after we called all over 3 towns. hands down great people and would recommend them to anyone needing storage

I've been here for years and have loved the location, the access hours, the staff and the cleanliness. They are so friendly and smiley and I enjoy the full experience! I've been to other storage facilities and this is by far overall the best!

Needed more room and can't afford a bigger house. I looked at a few public storage units in Morgan Hill and Cochrane Road Public Storage was recommended by another facility as a place that could satisfy my specific requirements. Check in was simple and fast. My kids didn't even start complaining that they were bored. So far so good.

This place has some of the best rates around! Also you can tell the difference once you step in the lounge/waiting area. They have free coffee, keychains, and other other stuff for customers. Ernesto was very friendly and helpful.
