Fantastic customer service! Stephanie, Christine and Jimmy were all profesional and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The facility is clean and well maintained.

Christine is AMAZING. she could not be any more helpful or kind. my husband was going on a long deployment and waited until pretty much the last minute for a unit. we are so lucky and grateful to have been able to get a spacious unit for him (and three buddies) here. on top of being reasonably priced, they are EXTREMELY SECURE. I let some friends go into my storage unit to drop some things off for me and Christine immediately called me to confirm they were allowed to be there. I've never had a storage facility that is so passionate about security and integrity. I cannot recommend this place enough.

If you need a storage unit, this is the place! Christine is professional, awesome, and very helpful. Establishment is clean, easy business to work with, helpful team, and secure! I was in need of a storage unit for a small amount of time and man am I happy to went with San Clemente Self Storage. My family moved to another state from San Clemente and I needed a place I could store my things for about eight months. I called several places and I landed on San Clemente Self Storage. Not only are the facilities great, but the employees and manager are very kind and helpful. I feel safe leaving my precious belongings here on this lot.

I never in a million years thought I would be writing a passionate review about a storage unit but here I am, ready to rave about this place! We are almost one month in to our four month rental of a large unit to essentially store the contents of our entire home as we are in between moves.

Some words that come to mind when I think about our experience using this storage facility thus far are: professionalism, immaculately clean, friendly service, exceptional security, accommodating staff, ease of use, beautiful campus, welcoming and clean front office, super clean restrooms. I could go on and on! I was very nervous about having to put our whole life in storage since I'd never used a storage unit before and was so overwhelmed.

Everyone here made the transition so seamless and easy and I feel so comfortable coming and going, knowing our belongings are in loving hands and I will always be safe (and clean!) when I visit. THANK YOU!

I had a storage unit here for two years, got a great move in price and the customer service was outstanding. When I moved out my stuff was clean and so was the unit, I didn't even have to sweep! It's the cleanest storage facility I've ever seen. The people there are super nice and the whole experience was very positive! I would highly recommend this facility!

If you are looking for a clean, quality storage facility, that also has quality staff, this is the place. I had long term storage here and just moved out yesterday. The staff went out of their way to assist me in preparing for my move as I needed to do a "live load" of a shipping container. When I ran into a little problem with the shipping company, the staff of San Clemente Self Storage was there to save the day. If any of my friends need a place to store their things they know this is the place. Highly recommend!

Amazing staff! Love this place due to them! We do Not have a truck and they saved our butts! Ran out of room in the first unit. They saved our butts and figured out something that was easy and affordable! All the ladies know how to run the office as a one women team!

Three years of perfect service. VERY clean, well maintained site and service with a smile. The location is great -- inland just enough to be dry yet not hot. San Clemente Self Storage is perfectly located for preserving your stored goods. (Other storage units closer to the ocean can get the moisture that can make moldy clothes after years of storage.) San Clemente Self Storage is easy access, family run, perfectly maintained, timely billing, with a staff that makes you smile.

I mean, heck -- the cost of a single business suit (with shirt, shoes, and tie) paid for an entire year of storage. The staff are very friendly, and the storage rooms and the surrounding is well maintained. If you are looking for a safe, clean place to store your belongings, I would highly recommend San Clemente Self Storage.

This place is awesome! We kept our things here for about 6 months and never had a problem. The management is always friendly and will do whatever they can to help you. On top of that, they have the best prices in town. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

San Clemente Self Storage is a high quality establishment and very well priced. They conveniently have a moving truck that you can use to move all of your stuff into the storage unit. Second, they have outstanding customer service and will work with you to help your specific situation. Third, it's in a good location with good security so you don't have to worry about your storage unit being broken into. I highly recommend San Clemente Self Storage.

We just signed up for a short term rental to store non-essentials while we list our house. Clean facility with friendly staff. The location in San Clemente couldn't be more convenient for us. While there reading through the one page contract I heard Steve assist a few customers. One signing up and two others finishing their lease. Steve was very helpful offering referrals for movers and jumper cables for a stored car that needed a jump.

One departing customer was very appreciative of SCSS and their service. The contract was straight forward and disclosed all of the fees up front. Most of which didn't apply unless I went into default. A truck was offered to assist in moving items into the unit. I don't know if I will use it but it is nice to know it's there. I was also told they can extend access hours should I need one night and call ahead. Again, I'm not sure I'll use it but it's nice to know it there. It's only just started but I'll say I'm glad I chose SCSS.

I've used many self storage companies for my business and personal use and San Clemente Self Storage is the best. I have been with them for over 5 years and they have always been very accommodating to my needs. Their prices are very reasonable and have a state of the art facility which is kept clean at all times. Can't say enough good things about this operation. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The use of the truck and driver was very useful to.

San Clemente Self Storage is one of the greatest businesses I have dealt with in the forty years I have lived in San Clemente. The facilities are clean and well maintained. I moved after 36 years in my house and dreaded getting a storage unit but as soon as I worked with Stephanie Thom (who works in their front office) I knew it would be a seamless and actually pleasant experience.

Their prices are very reasonable and you can even leave a key in their office in case you lose yours! Stephanie helped me decide which size unit I needed and assisted with every step of the way including agreeing to meet the truck/driver that was moving my items so I would not have to be there when they delivered. You really can't beat that kind of service. Their website gives excellent tips on packing, moving and storing items as well. I look forward to doing business with them and telling everyone I know!
