EZ storage is by far the most reliable and safe storage. They got friendly staff too. They always assist me with a smile, special mention to Ana. Very honest in giving options and giving her inputs. I wouln't mind the facility closing early, they just wanna make sure that the facility is safe. Keep up the good work guys.

I believe that if you are a Paying customer that you should be treated with respect and professionalism at all times. The employees at this place think they can treat you however they want. They are rude and disrespectful to the point that one of the employees closed the door on me to the point that she smashed my finger.

This location does not contract with uhaul anymore, but uhaul still lists them as a pick up location. uhaul will message you later and say they moved your pick up location. EZ is not to blame but i think they should clear this up with uhaul to prevent last minute moving stress. EZ does not even have a phone number, only an intercom at the storage facility gate, to add more stress to your move.

I don't understand the low reviews I stored my stuff here for six months they let me pay cash even under the door thru cash through the pandemic Raquetta it is super professional &awesome. only thing is the floor splintered from dragging boxes but I would recommend I wish they had dolleys available during pandemic when I moved out but again they were always super great

Total assholes, went and ordered a u box to put all my sons stuff in and ship to Pennsylvania for him. Got there and they said no carts do to covid, , excuse me, wtf, now how do I get all the stuff from the 3rd. floor and all the way at the end? They said I should have brought a cart or dolly. And then they wouldn't let me talk to a manager, and to make things worse I called corporate and they hung up on me twice. F this place and the a holes that work there, or pretend to work.

Avoid at all costs! My auto payment didn't go through a few months ago. There is a very simple solution to this--just charge my card again a few days later. That's what I asked them to do when they called, but for some reason they can not do this very simple thing. I have to fill out another form to authorize this. They won't take my authorization over the phone. Also, they don't have a system to do this online.
They have to email you the form and then you have to print it out, scan it, take pictures of your credit card, and ID, etc. etc. If you don't feel comfortable doing all this, and/or don't have a printer, too bad. I have to go there even though the office is only open during the hours I'm at work, and now I can't go there at all due to covid, which isn't their fault, but they still won't charge my current card they have on file.
On top of this, every month I am racking up exorbitant late fees, like double what my monthly payment is. Terrible! I just want to get my stuff out and never go back, but it's being held hostage until I pay a huge ransom that there doesn't seem to be anyway to pay since they won't just charge my card

Correction, after three months of being a tenant, I realize they are the most dishonest, scum bag customer service in the business. After they hired security their whole operations changed, where security would attempt to kick out patrons one hour before closing time so they could get out early, I had an altercation with one who said the storage is closed at 6:30pm and I would have to leave when the contract clearly states gate's lock at 6:30 but the office closes at 7 and since I had some undocumented workers assisting me they threatened to call the police. What racists security personnel they employ

BEWARE! Do NOT do business with these people! They are horrible at customer service and have extremely high prices. If you have a concern or an issue you have to write to "corporate" who doesn't receive or make any calls to you personally. They will give you the run around and have the storage staff answer on their behalf. This facility is one of the least helpful business I have come across. There are plenty of other storage unit places that are better than them. Don't waste your time or money by giving these people your business.

I have been a customer of theirs for 10 years but a recent change in management has made this a terrible facility. Do not store here. They refuse to provide accounting information and they return checks so the you will incur late fees and then when you pay what their voice says - more late fees. They have the time to make harassing phone calls constantly over $9 late fee but not the time to manage their facility.
I wonder if they subcontracted to an overzealous collection agency because there's no way they can call this many times over a late fee they generated either by intent or incompetence. Thoroughly, absolutely, utterly fed up. Oh - and they also raise the prices. My monthly unit cost has DOUBLED since I started storing there. If I had the time I'd move my items to ANY other facility.

The price has gone up steadily per month. Making it not really a good deal if they charge what Public Storage charges. Also the elevator has a very annoying glitch. The door closes half way, then will open. And you need to press the floor button you pressed earlier again! Makes you realize how cheap the owner really is. The problem has festered over a few years now! Consider Public Storage first before this dump!

My review is strictly for the staff and customer service of the marina location EZ storage. I just want to say that through a stressful move all the employees of EZ storage were so friendly and helpful. They were so kind and explained everything to us and made our experience a pleasant one. Thank you all the staff there for all your work-it makes a huge difference!

The storage itself sucks & they charge entirely too much. The ONLY good thing about that storage place is Ricardo. He is amazing! I've never had such wonderful customer service ANYWHERE. He absolutely is the only reason we still have our stuff there. We are trying to find a cheaper place with better hours, & if & when we do, we'll miss Ricardo, because it's extremely RARE to find employees like him.
People just aren't courteous anymore, & if you're in a customer service position for God's sake act like you give a damn. P.S. The women that work there need to take some tips from Ricardo & get an attitude adjustment.

My friend just called me in tears as her storage unit was broken into. She lost all of her valuables-- he daughters basic necessities, her luxury items that she worked so hard for and her husbands entertainment items. How is this possible? From reading previous comments I can see that this is the culture of EZ storage. And from reading someone's else's post -- there are no cameras (only from outside), this has happened to others, and the personnel are shady and probably an inside job. People do not go to EZ storage this place is unethical.

AVOID! They complained to yelp because i posted about what they did to our family and many others. If they take this down i'm off yelp as it means it's all BS. They gave us four days to empty our storage and the place was a MADHOUSE. We had no notice and people were crying and driving in from all over the country to get their things and move them here.
I had used them at another location for five years and then six years at this location. If that is how they run the business for long time customers, i urge you to keep looking. They will close a branch and give you days notice and you are screwed. They are a horrible business. They didn't offer us the same rate we had been paying for years either.

They seem nice, prices are OK. Move in deals are good. Wasn't even there a year before they had a $10/mo price increase. Limited access hours, lighting unreliable. Don't buy anything you don't absolutely need. No refunds on packing supplies. Not even within 2 minutes of purchase. Found a place cheaper, closer, open 24/7 with easy access and nice helpful staff.
