Valley Storage

We had an emergency and needed a place to store belongings quickly, due to flooding. I called and had a unit the same day. Everything was done quickly and conveniently. I am very happy about my experience and would absolutely use Valley Storage again.

I just started renting a unit today. It's a clean facility and looks secure. The receptionist was very nice and helpful.

Thus far, I have been treated like I was the only client on Cindy's list for the day we chatted. Being a realtor, I know how important it is to give clients/customers that kind of service. Thank you for making my move a lot easier.

Me & my daughter came & the ease of getting the space we needed was not only fun & fluid I was greeted very nice by Cindy Weatherspoon & her assistant on getting what I need, she explained everything I needed to know & what other help I would need I so much appreciated that.

I was very thankful it was one available at the last minute I didn't know how much furniture I had to pick up I called around and it was it was a blessing to have cost was a little steep for me but you know I still did it great units I love the size of it not sure which one I had but it worked what I needed to do

UPDATE: I emailed at the address that was provided below for a resolution last week. I have not received an email or phone call. Assuming the response was just for show and they do not want to have a resolution. Very disappointed! Clean units. There was water in the unit which they said they fixed before I moved in. I rented for about 5 months. When getting my items, there was water again in the unit which damaged my curio cabinets that were my grandmothers.

When I told the office, they said sorry, you didn't get the insurance. I had renter's insurance through my insurance company with a $500 deductible, so it's not worth filing. Highly disappointed that they said the water issue was fixed and it obviously wasn't. BEWARE.I was not the only renter with water issues. If you want to rent, you might want to check on your unit often and purchase their insurance.

From the moment I called in about availability to the second I filled my space, every step of the way was excellent and smooth. I really appreciated Tim taking the time to show me the unit and make sure it was what i needed! 10/10 100/100 would definitely recommend!

Tim was very helpful and quick to make sure I had everything right and set up when I reserved our unit online. He emailed and called to verify my details and I appreciated his response to assure we had the unit we needed. Thank you!

Great management and support! Working with Alan initially then briefly with Tom and most recently Tim assisting my transfer to another more suitable unit - every interaction was Positive, solution driven and very courteous/professional! Nice Valley has remained a "people" interactive business when so many have gone to ridiculous automation - nothing but problems for tenants.

I wanted to take a minute to recognize Tim Debos at the North Canton location. My mother passed away in November and we didn't realize she had a storage unit or that it was behind on rent. He knew something was wrong as she always paid on time. He found her obituary and saw my name as her daughter, and where she had passed. He contacted the hospice center and was able to obtain my phone number, to which I was beyond grateful that he went above and beyond to find me and let me know the situation.

He was extremely professional, kind, and compassionate. He let me know the options for acquiring her belongings and kept in contact with me regularly. After I had decided it was in my best interest to allow it to go to auction, he was good-hearted enough to let the winners of the auction know that there may be family photos in the unit. They later dropped off the photos.

Our family is so grateful for having them, as that would not have happened without him. He quite literally helped me through an arduous time, and I am so happy to know there are still extraordinary, caring, competent people representing a business in today's world. I will highly recommend Valley Storage to anyone in the future. Tim is an incredible face for your company. Thank you

Used Valley Storage over a two-year period and found them to be a safe, adequate storage facility. They have various size units, but the prices begin to really rise on the larger ones. Patti Heuer, the general manager runs a tight ship. Signed up with auto pay and my credit card was charged monthly without any hassle.
