Family Movers Express

I had another local company cancel on me last minute and family movers express was able to come through the same day and literally had 2 movers at my house ready to work within 4 hours! The movers were quick, kind, respectful, and careful with my belongings. They unloaded a packed (to the rim) 16ft pod In 2 hours assembled multiple beds and my sectional. Highly recommend them. Other companies wanted to charge me a same day fee and they did not.

I had to move after 12 years in my apartment and was stressed about almost everything. The best part of this was my contacting Family Movers Express. Best experience ever with a moving company! The rates were not gouging and my emails met with timely responses. Day of the move called and advised the two man team on the way AT the time promised. Ralph and Zerk were awesome. Professional, diligent in their job yet friendly and and caring about my possessions. I will recommend this company to any and all who need this service. A big thank you for making this transition much easier for me.

This is our second time using Family Movers Express. A friend recommended them the first time and they were great. Fast, reliable, and transparent about everything. The movers that came to our place both times were friendly as well. I'd recommend these guys for any moves in Vegas

I needed movers at the last minute and chose family movers express because they were transparent with their pricing. I called on a Saturday afternoon and they fit me in on Sunday morning. Although I only requested 2 hours I ended up needing almost 4 and the crew that came had no problem with that. They were early and quick. Not to mention super friendly and tolerant of my kids and dogs who kept bugging them. They went above and beyond and took such care in safely packing and moving our things. I'd definitely use them again.

Family Movers Express are the best movers I've ever had, that includes myself (lol). From the onset of the quote to the unloading of our household items, it has been nothing but purely professional, friendly, and efficient. Aaron the owner was the start of this blessed event for our family. Then with Jason and Joshua the heavy lifters, the wonderful demeanor of these men was wonderful. Words cannot express the joy it was for me and my family to have them move us from Nevada to Arizona.

Marcus and Raymond were incredible! They moved my 1bd apartment furniture/boxes from across town in less than two hours. I was very pleased with their punctuality, efficiency and quickness as I had to go to work that morning. They even took apart and reassembled my television, which I wouldn't have been able to do on my own. Moving is a nightmare, but I am very happy that I chose Family Movers Express.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! My initial contact with the company was answered promptly and professionally. The movers were on time, polite, helpful and efficient. They handled our furniture with care and stacked it neatly at our storage site. I would recommend them a hundred times over.

I hired Family Movers Express at the recommendation of the facility manager at my high rise. The 3 man crew led by Marcus was outstanding. They showed up on time. We're polite, courteous and professional. These 3 young men worked non-stop with a fantastic attitude. They paid attention to detail and wrapped everything. I only lost one lamp in the move and it was ME that dropped it! I was beyond satisfied and would use them again. Thank you to the whole FME team. They took the stress out of a very stressful time!

We moved from Vegas to Phoenix. This business was very responsive and gave us a good quote. They showed up on time and worked hard to get the truck loaded in about 3 1/2 hours. The next day they were right on time again and worked hard to get everything unloaded. They were very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this company

I have nothing but great things to say about Marcus, Ray and Bill. First of all, they arrived on time! They helped us move our 5 bedroom home to our new home. They paid very close attention to details, making sure our stuff were moved to the correct rooms and our furniture were assembled back to its condition. They even tightened some of our loose furniture that I've been meaning to do myself (again, thank you for that!).

They were very gentle when going up and down the stairs, making sure they don't ding our stair rails and walls. They're very friendly, trustworthy and easy to work with. They had zero complaints about moving my very large and heavy treadmill. So very grateful! Thank you for doing such an amazing job and making our move easy! I would definitely use them again in the future and refer them to family, friends and clients.

Family Movers have moved 2 very large storage units filled to the top, to my new home. I cannot congratulate these movers for a big job well done more than that. The guys were fabulous, friendly, efficient, kind, helpful and worked very hard until the job was done. Marcus and Ray were fabulous, very good, and careful workers! They even fixed a problem from the last movers I had.

I waited a month before writing this review (we unpacked slowly and wanted to make sure that we found our items since boxes were not put where they were directed to go). There isn't a nice way of saying this, but these guys were a bunch of thieves. Boxes of items are missing family photos, winter coats. They just stole the boxes unaware of what was inside. Boxes were also clearly marked.but boxes (once that were stolen) were put in the wrong rooms.

I still paid and tipped them. The owner will probably say something like you should have contacted us sooner or that day. The truth is that even if I had contacted them on that day, the wouldn't have done a darn thing. You are forced to sign paperwork stating that you are satisfied with their work.

I hired Family Movers Express a week ago on a referral from a friend. Great decision. They were courteous, fast, efficient and best of all reasonable and fair. Bill, Jason and Marcus were professional, worked fast and carefully. I highly recommend them.

I recently called around for upcoming move and am glad I found family movers. Their rates are better than most companies and their office people are professional and friendly. On the day of the move I received a call telling me my 3 man crew were on the way. When Marcus Jason and Raymond arrived they introduced themselves and got straight to work.

I anticipated 7 hours for the move but these guys got it done in 4.5 hours. Not 1 scratch or ding to any wall or furniture. They kept me relaxed and comfortable the whole move which is a blessing since we all know how stressful moving can be. I would give more stars if possible as someone who has used moving companies in the past this is by far the smoothest move ever. So if your moving make sure you call Family movers express, you will not be disappointed. Thanks again to everyone involved.

They surprised me big time and I was so happy with the completed expert workmanship of (2) moves within 2 weeks, and part of it was loading a U Haul container I would ship to Texa. Arrived on time so professional, neat, communication skills were excellent and all (3) gentlemen from Jason, Ray, then Ray and his brother were experts and fast and accurate.

That crate arrived here with no items crushed or broke, and that made me very happy. Management Aaron was super and also did terrific job to co-ordinate my logistics of the two moves. I recommend the and would truly use them again!

This is a year late but the guys from FME moved me a few days before New Years in 2020. The guys came masked and ready. Moved everything thing out very fast, got to the delivery location and moved that just as fast. Friendly, courteous, clean, fast, careful. Good job guys!

The two guys that moved my few items were nice. My problem with them is they don't think smarter to keep from working harder. So therefore, I'm dissatisfied with their work. I needed to have a portable wardrobe closet moved to the guest room. It is apprx 47 W x 20Dx 71H. Movers bought it through my front door and down the hallway. In order to get it into my guest room they would have had to make a slight turn into it.

They were unable to do this for a few reasons. First they had the closet laying the long way instead of standing it straight up. Second they should have bought it through my garage instead of my front door because my guest room is directly across from the garage entry. So because they were incapable of figuring this out, they put my closet in my garage.

I was very upset because I knew there was a way to get it in my guest room. So a few weeks later I shared what happened to a family member. He and another family member came over and put the closet in the guest room 5min after they arrived with no problems. So I called family express and explained to Brian what happened. Just for an FYI only. So hopefully he would tell his guys to work smarter.

But Brian got angry, raised his voice and was sarcastic. I even told him that there was no reason for him to get upset with me because I wasn't asking for a refund or anything. Just FYI so he could tell his employees to try a little harder when there out on a job. And try not to disappoint the customers. Brian has a smart mouth and no customer service skills. I did not call them to criticize. But if you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen.

They put holes in my walls and left in the middle of the job saying they would be right back and never returned. I seriously could write a novel about their unprofessionalism, how they sent two kids that looked to be 16 years old and how they ignored my calls when I called to ask if they were planning on coming back. Do yourself a favor- go with ANY OTHER COMPANY!

Zo and Alex were the best movers we have ever used! They were very nice, and efficient. I would highly recommend using them for any move you need assistance with for your family or business.

Excellent company. Excellent experience. Their office was in contact with me confirming the job. Their movers showed up on time and ready to work. They had plenty of dollies, blankets and straps. They only took one hour to the job I though would take 2-3 hours to do. I will definitely hire them again.

Donna had to ask our name four times, made the call seem like an inconvenience or bother, and would not allow us to speak with Aaron who quoted and booked the move to try and solve what we were thinking was a misunderstanding. However not wanting to communicate is unprofessional. Pick another reliable, communicative mover. Don't waste your time.

The guys seemed like really hard workers. They were friendly and definitely not lazy, but they were moving stuff into storage unit and we weren't micromanaging them, trusting that they would put things in carefully. They did not. :( Heartbreaking to move into a new home only to find that your stuff had been carelessly thrown into storage. Broken bed, smashed up shelves, expensive Rainbow vacuum plastic busted into pieces (which is CRAZY, because it's so thick and well made). We paid them $612 and my husband tipped each guy $40. If we had known that THOUSANDS of dollars of our stuff would be ruined, we would have definitely gone somewhere else.

I called Family Movers Express a week before we moved, and they were very accommodating with our time frame! Although it cost a bit more than we were anticipating, the men who helped us move were very polite. They worked hard, took very minimal breaks, and we had absolutely nothing broken in the move. We ended up paying about $700 for 3 guys to move our 3 bedroom house. Totally worth every penny for us, as trying to move with 2 littles is a nightmare. Would highly recommend this company!

My wife & I researched many moving companies and we chose Family Movers express as they had great reviews. When we inquired we got a response back almost immediately with their rates and what they offered. We were not disappointed one bit. Jamie & Devin were our movers. What exceptional young men through and through. They were kind, they listened to what needed to go, evaluated the situation and then started moving our belongings out like it was cake.

We can not thank Jamie & Devin enough for how hard they worked, how efficient they were, quick & cautious. They went above and beyond our expectations as well as the company being reliable & responsive. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Awesome service! The guys showed up right on time and both of them were so nice despite working in the Vegas summer heat. They were incredibly efficient and took great care of my things. Even the woman who I spoke to over the phone to book the move was so pleasant. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a moving service!

Zo, Steven, and Sili were our movers and they were efficient, professional, and followed full COVID-19 protocols. They called approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled moving time to let us know their ETA, and while en route to our new home, they checked in with the ETA while en route. Moving can be stressful, but they definitely made the process more streamlined. We will definitely keep recommending FME to our family and friends, because they offer top-notch service. Super late review but didn't wanna not give credit to such an awesome company! They helped us move all of our stuff from our old house to our new house within about 4 hours total. So what would have taken us probably 2-3 whole days to do, got done by a 2 man crew in just a fraction of time. No damages, items placed where we needed them so no need to worry about heavy lifting up the stairs and they were very nice and on time! Will definitely use them again in the future!

I loved working with Family Movers Express. I called multiple times before the move and Brian was patient with all of my questions. I didn't get my movers names but they were friendly, quick, and professional. They moved my furniture from storage to their truck and from truck to moving pods in 3 hours. Their service was amazing. Highly recommended!

I just moved into a "loft" style home a few days ago, and Family Mover's Express was a life-saver! They were able to bring some heavy furniture upstairs with no issues. They both wore their masks for safety. We appreciated that very much. We had to make multiple stops to pick up furniture, but they still managed to get the whole job done in about 2 hours. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

UPDATE: Response to the owner: 1) I didn't complain about the travel fee. I complained that we were charged 3 hours + $75.00 travel fee and then paid the half an hour rate for 11 minutes when 15 mins out of 3 hours and 11 minutes were travel. So basically you charged me for travel TWICE! I want a refund of the second charge! 2) every business on the planet gets charged by credit cards and then writes off their expenses at the end of the tax year. So no matter what you say, only petty businesses charge customers for their merchant fees

Mark and Atilla made my move easy and personal. I was first concern about my steep stairs, but those guys know what they are doing, and they do it with ease. No scratch, break, or dents anywhere. To make the day brighter, a hummingbird flew in my home during the move, a sign of luck. When everything was complete, Atilla calmly caught the hummingbird and gently carried it outside. So awesome! It's a good feeling to know you have your personal home items taken care of.

This was the second time we used Family Movers. They are friendly and all the things you expect from a professional moving service. But that isn't what astonished me. Unfortunately some of our things got messed up on our move. They went above and beyond to make it right. I have never done business with a more honest company. They could have easily denied responsibility and pushed the losses onto us but they didn't. They are honorable in the way every business should strive to be!

I recently helped my brother move to a new house. I called around to a bunch of local movers but there were a number of things that made me choose Family Movers Express. Most of the movers I called all had fair prices and they were all +/- $15 per hour from each other, so price was not going to be a major factor. I used to work for a moving company so I wanted to find a mover that sounded like they knew what they were doing.

Family Movers Express had the most affordable rate AND was the most professional on the phone. -They said they could move small safes but that their might be an extra $50 charge at the movers discretion. On the day, they moved the safe with no extra charge. -They discussed all possible additional charges upfront. -We did a walk-through right before they started and I explained (to the best of my abilities) what they would be moving.

They did not complain when we ended up adding a dozen last minute boxes and a few large items that had not been previously discussed. -I was happy to see that the movers refrained from using casual profanity in front of my nephew. (something I doubt that I would have been able to manage if I was working as hard as they were.) -The team communicated well with us and with each other. -They provided FREE wardrobe boxes to be used on the day of the move.

This was clutch because we ended up using about 7 for the master bedroom! At the end of the day, there were a few scuffs on the doors and door frames but really nothing negative worth mentioning. I was expecting the move to be far more stressful. It all worked out very well.

Marcos and Mathew were AMAZING. They hustled through the move with great care for my furniture and time. I will for sure recommend. PS: Give them young men a pat on the back for a job well done and a nice Christmas bonus this year too. They deserve it. Service: Local removals

After comparing multiple local movers, Family Movers Express was the most reasonably priced. There's no extra fee for a truck! 2 movers came in on time (after giving me 30 min notice) and were very quick to wrap everything up (they had blankets and plastic wrap for all of my furniture) and I didn't feel worried about scratches/breaks. Their boss came up toward the end of the move to check on the progress and was very professional.

My only complaint was finding they hadn't put back the legs on the middle support bar of my bed until after a couple of days of unpacking. Good thing I don't weight 200 lbs! Otherwise happy with my move!
