I would not recommend this company, they were supposed to provide 3 movers and only sent 2. The move ended up taking 9 hours for a one bedroom apartment. The manager agreed to adjust the rate because of their error. I was then charged the full amount for 3 movers for 9 hours. I have since tried to resolve this with multiple employees and they either won't respond or don't follow through with promises to resolve the issue. Save yourself the stress and go with another company.

Unfortunately our moving experience with Atlanta Peach Movers was terrible. This company was recommended by several friends who had just recently moved. So many things went wrong with our move, but it started with the estimate of time/manpower the move would take. We were quoted for 2 trucks, 6 workers and a full day. We needed 3 trucks at least 2 more workers and the full day was 13+ hours.
The crew was obviously exhausted (no telling what kind of day they had the day before, but they said they had another all day job with 7 workers the next day and they weren't getting home from our job until after midnight). Things were broken, dropped, walls were dented and the worst part was the $5600+ of floor damage that was done to the new floors in the new house.
I understand that things get damaged during the move, but usually the movers communicate the damage when it happens. Not Atlanta Peach Movers. Nothing was put on the floors to protect them (especially the claimed "red carpet") which caused the extensive floor damage. We have to move back out of our house for 5 days for the floors to be repaired. I've filled out the damage claim form they require, spoken to Janice Brown who handles the damage claims sent 5 emails (including the email with the quote from the flooring company, photos of all the damage, etc.).
I've left 6 messages. On top of the terrible experience of the move, it has been almost a month and I have heard NOTHING back from the office about the damages. I don't expect any move to go perfectly, but I don't think it's too much to expect a response from a company when there is an issue. Do yourself a favor and find a moving company that doesn't just say they will do a good job, but will actually follow through on doing the job right. Maybe the one with "tree" in the name.

I hired this company on recommendation of a friend. A representative came to my apartment to give me an estimate and was attentive to my questions, concerns and requests. He estimated 2 hours to pack up the entire contents of my apartment, but encouraged me to pack what I could to save money. Once I signed contracts he gave me the name and contact info for the person at their company who would serve as my personal move coordinator, who, aside from one text introducing herself, I never heard from until after the move.
I did pack up probably 80-85% of my belongings before the day the packers/movers arrived. It still took at least 5 hours for them to pack the rest of my things and load the truck, but in fairness, I thought the packers/movers did an excellent job. Two of the movers drove my belongings from Atlanta to Virginia the next day and unloaded the truck the following day. Unpacking, I discovered that (at least) one box had not made it to my new home.
I emailed my move coordinator at Peach Movers (6 weeks ago) to let her know that a box had turned up missing and that I would, as best I could, make a list of the contents of the box and let her know. I did not get a response. I composed a list of missing items and emailed that to her. Still no response. I had cc'ed the representative who gave me the initial estimate and sold me this service to my emails to this coordinator.
No response from him, either. I called him on his mobile phone and let him know what was happening. He blamed the claims person in the office, who I had never heard of or from. He asked me to text him the list of missing items, which I did, but never got a response from him about it. I have texted him asking for an update, and emailed again letting them both know I want a status update.
They are completely ignoring me. The only contact I ever had with my move coordinator was a few days after the move asking for the final payment. (I had not unpacked everything at that time and did not realize that items were missing.) I paid her over the phone and asked that a PDF of the receipt be mailed to me so I could pass it on to my new employer for reimbursement.
I never got it, nor did I ever hear from her again. Once you have been moved and paid your bill, do not expect anyone in this office to follow up with you on any level. I haven't gotten so much as an apology for losing some of my belongings. Disappointing and unacceptable.

Giving this 1 star because it's required. This is a buyer beware -10 Review. Atlanta peach movers were the company my new husband and I selected to move us into our first ever home. We waited 13 months for it to be built and on the day we signed the papers they arrived to move us in. Little did I know this would be the start of a weeks long nightmare at the end of a 14 hour move.
I carefully itemized my belongings and counted every box. I identified the exact type of mattresses and asked for the proper supplies to cover a tv and two mattresses. Much my regret the crew that arrived to move our belongings took an insanely long time to load our items, did not have the proper covering for the tv and mattresses despite us paying for those items when we contracted with them.
Not even 24 hours after we signed for our home they did $12k in damages to our home and our property. I have a giant hole in my drywall. I have a banister post that is ruined that they offered to itch with plastic epoxy. They are still charging for the move and basically telling us to take what they will repair and get over it. I have never in my life been the recipient of such poor customer service and worked with a company who cares so little for people who entrust them with all your most precious items and with moving you into your dream home without making it a nightmare.
Buyer beware. This is the worst experience with mover in 46 years. I've moved 11 times and never ever seen this little concern or effort to make things right with a customer. They ruined my brand new home and do not seem to care. I can't even get the owner, Orlando to return a call. Guess we'll take it to the media and see them in court.

Refused to honor insurance they sold. We hired Atlanta Peach Movers for a move that took place on Feb 1, 2022. They sold us a Replacement Value insurance policy for $212.50; they destroyed an antique lamp during the move; they failed to respond to emails about our insurance claim for the lamp for months; and then they refused to pay the replacement value of the lamp.
We paid $842 for the lamp in 2014, so even if they had simply reimbursed our purchase price, less the $300 deductible, they should have paid us $542. But they sold us a replacement value insurance policy, at greater cost. With inflation it would likely cost over $1000 to replace the lamp today, so they should have paid us about $700. Instead, after ignoring emails about our claim for months (and I will post photos of the emails if they try to deny that) they sent us a check for $400 in May, more than three months after we filed the claim. (I am attaching photos as proof.) They provided no explanation for why they would not honor the Replacement Value insurance they sold us, they simply said "we will only offer $400, take it or leave it." I would never go to court, even small claims court, over such a small matter; sometimes in life you just get screwed and the ability to accept that and move on is a good thing.
But I do want to warn other people about doing business with Atlanta Peach Movers. I am willing to accept this loss and move on, but I would not want other people to be victimized.

Top 10 most STRESSFUL day in our lives. 2 Bedroom Apt: 12 HOUR move, items DAMAGED, and movers FIGHTING. I would have saved the money and moved myself if I knew. If you are shopping for movers, take a minute to read the below (ESPECIALLY if you have a designated time in which you need to move your belongings). STRIKE 1 - 4 HOURS LATE. We had a scheduled elevator time for our new apartment and we did not make it.
Would have been nice for a call. But no, barely any communication. They were also supposed to call when they were 30 mins away. Never happened. STRIKE 2 - BED TOSSED OVER BALCONY. A mover literally dropped our mattress from the second story balcony onto the ground. thankfully it was covered in a mattress bag. (Now this did anger another mover and scolded him). STRIKE 3 - INTERNAL FIGHTING.
Internal fighting starts when we get to the storage unit. We hired three movers but a fourth arrived with the crew. She seemed to be the girlfriend of one of the movers but also a supervisor (at least that's what she told me). It was clear that there was a division among the four, 2 vs 2. As a customer, I don't want to hear about how one can't stand working with another in a middle of a job, this is a stressful time and hearing that makes its worst. STRIKE 4 - MOVER LEAVES EARLY. An hour at the storage unit when the Mover and Girlfriend/Supervisor get into their car and leave.
I figured they ran low on supplies and went to get more. After an hour of them being gone, I knew that was not the case. The rest had to be packed up by the two movers. I noticed they were exhausted. Being down one mover, it took the two over 1.5 hours to finish loading the truck. It's now 7:30 PM, our contract had them being done at 5 PM. STRIKE 5 - OVER AN 1 HOUR TO DRIVE 9 MILES.
I arrive at the new apartment and to my surprise I see Mover and Girlfriend/Supervisor waiting there. They said they've been waiting an hour and asked where the truck was! After a 30 mins, the mover asked if I could call the truck. Apparently he didn't have their number. How!? How can they have no form of communication between one another!? We call the only number that was provided to us and surprise, it's Girlfriend/Supervisor's number, who's standing right next to us.
I asked if she got ahold of the truck and she tells me that she doesn't have their contacts. Another 30 mins passes and the truck finally arrives. STRIKE 6 - BOTH SIDES TELL US TO REPORT THE OTHER. Both pull me aside to reaffirm they were doing things right and the other was wrong. STRIKE 7 - MOVER AND GIRLFRIEND/SUPERVISOR LEAVY EARLY AGAIN. The whole crew is exhausted and frustrated between each other.
They didn't have a system and were slow. It's after 11 PM when Girlfriend/Supervisor says that she and Mover have to go because she has kids at the babysitters. STRIKE 8 - MOVER LEAVES ENTIRE ELEVATOR FULL. After the two leave, we discover that the elevator was overloaded with our stuff. The mover filled it and left it, The other mover and I were shocked.
He shook his head in disgust and started unloading. I started helping to get the nightmare over sooner. STRIKE 9 - COPS ARE CALLED. The two movers exhausted and get sloppy. I saw moving bins broken and boxes crushed. I didn't realize the extend until we started unpacking the following days. It's 12 AM and a cop shows up while they are leaving for a loud noise complaint.
I'm mortified, but he's understanding and they all leave. STRIKE 10 - COMMUNICATION WITH THE OFFICE IS HARD AND VERY SLOW. After we regroup we call the office a few days later. We expected a professional courtesy of some sort of compensation. Nope, we got an apology and told they were all suspended for 3 days. We never wanted that, that doesn't help us and they were all nice people individually.
As we continue to discover more and more damage we are telling our friends, families, and loved ones our horror story. I have more to say but I've reached the character limit. I hope this story helps others to avoid this company and find a better one.

I had some large pieces that needed to go into storage while in between homes. The crew of 3 showed up on time as promised, all were extremely professional and really hustled. Once we got to storage the space was a lot smaller than I remembered, and was afraid it just would not fit. The crew told me "that is why you hired Atlanta Peach Movers, we'll handle it" and after disassembling a few items, they managed to get everything safely wrapped and packed into the storage space. Truly amazing feat. At every obstacle they never hesitated and continually assured me "don't worry, we got this"

We have moved more than 20 times (internationally and domestically) and this was one of the very best moves ever. From the booking to the last box, Johanna and her amazing team took such good care of us. She even helped me with furniture placement (success!). We have a few very irreplaceable family antiques and I was nervous. They recognized my concern, explained how they would handle the wrap and the pieces were unblemished. The communication was excellent. They respected our home (lining the stairwell with carefully placed cardboard - not a single mark). I recommend them 100%!

Previous mover from Craigslist never showed up, so I thought I'd try Atlanta Peach Movers since I see their trucks and ads all over town. They gave me the cheapest hourly quote of the 3 movers I contacted. Sharon and her team were exceedingly pleasant, courteous, and professional. The movers showed up bright and early as promised (despite wintry conditions that morning) and moved everything out and into my new home with efficiency and care, all within 2 hours. No wonder they are the official movers for the World Series Champion Braves! A winning team!

Everyone in the team was professional, thoughtful & courteous. My furniture was moved in and boxes placed. The team leader, Joanna, was also the team leader when my furniture was packed up. She took great care of everything & managed the team so well that everything was moved in & placed quickly & with care. I highly recommend this company!

The absolute best service we could have asked for. There were two exceptional movers on a team of four. They were obviously more "seasoned" (the oldest) I will say and they went above & beyond to get our move complete. So much of our furniture is really, really heavy but they managed to get everything moved with no damage to anything. This post is several months late, however, the lasting effect of their top notch service is right on time. The Browns

Moving has to be one of worst things people have to do. As a senior citizen it is a hard job no matter how prepared you are. Peach state Movers made everything run like clockwork. They were polite, clean, hardworking men. They were accommodating to everything we ask. Our furniture is in store for 5 weeks at which time i will report back as to how that goes. A perfect 10

If you don't want to risk over paying and moving your furniture yourself, go with someone else! Had to agree to more than double the average cost to get movers off property. It somehow became a nine hour move even though we were moving a 2 BR apt that was pre-packed and only 20 min travel time. Only two men showed even though we were supposed to be given 3.
Then the second mover was found sitting on our couch on his phone and intentionally taking the long way to unload. My partner and I moved boxes to and from the loading truck for majority of move. We tried negotiating to get our money back but they stopped returning emails and phone calls. Apparently, at least two service members on their team were terminated after the service received from our move and yet we are having to pay full price.
We have in writing and on their recorded lines that they agreed to cover a portion of the costs. Yet, we're 3 months after the move with no compensation or response. Avoid! 1/11 update: upon seeing our review, the company contacted us about a settlement and the issue is now resolved.

Unbelievably professional, thorough meticulous kind goes out of their way to help you! They will do anything you ask to help your move be less stressful! Joanna and her husband and her crew were unbelievable we spent three days with them and I cannot say enough about the Peach Movers team! Orlando the owner was so professional and so honest with pricing and everything again I cannot say anymore we would give them 10,000 stars if that was an option! Absolutely the best experience, and nice to see in this day and time that they are fully staffed and eager to work! Cheers to the team at Peach Movers.

Atlanta Peach Movers did a great job with moving our home. The crew was on time and everything was placed in the correct rooms with no damage to walls or items. When a concern was raised over my estimate compared to the actual time, Atlanta Peach Movers was prompt in addressing the issue to my satisfaction. I would definitely use them again - although I'm hoping no more moves anytime soon :

This company sent out two 18 year olds and a man to move me 10 minutes down the road. The team they sent couldn't hold heavy furniture and severely damaged the 2 story entry Sheetrock, both of my pedestals on my washer and dryers, my dresser, the hardwoods to my new home, misplaced and completely lost the hardware for my sleigh bed in my spare bedroom.
All of which took me 4 months to claim and get paid a mere $270 for all the damages. On top of the fact that I over paid them 3 hours which I shouldn't have needed, but they sent boys to do a man's job. DO NOT USE THEM! To top it all off, I had to call them weekly to even get the claim handled and paid. This took 4 months and my time is worth more than the money they finally paid me. Oh, and it took a month to get a check in the mail. High turnover in the office as well, I dealt with multiple people who would never call you back, even when they promised they would over and over again.

We only use Atlanta Peach Movers because we have 'never' been disappointed with our previous moves! We just used them again last week. James and his hard-working crew did a fantastic job ensuring every piece of furniture was wrapped.and padded. All of our items were handled with great care. The crew arrived on time and never stopped moving until the move was complete! Thank you for another perfect move!

INCREDIBLE SERVICE! I had another mover (not Atlanta Peach) cancel on me day of. Frantically I called Atl Peach movers, they were EXTREMELY helpful and responsive and coordinated movers to show up to my house within 2 hours! I Highly recommend that these guys be your first and only call. I will only use them moving forward. Thank you Atlanta Peach!

This was the worst move I have ever had. They sent three workers; one was experienced the other two were just new hires; clueless to moving and mostly stood around waiting for directions. They damaged my walls on the move out and my refrigerator and washer and dryer. Due to the extensive time it took them I had to pay a lot more money than quoted. Worst movers ever!

I needed an upright piano that had been in the family for years moved from Atlanta to Dallas, Texas. We called several movers and none of them were willing to move just the piano. Atlanta Peach Movers to the rescue. They had a shipment going to Dallas and would be happy to add the piano and drop it off the following week. On the day of the move. 3 workers showed up on time and in nice uniforms.
They wrapped the piano in blankets and then put shrink wrap around the blankets so that the piano would not become damaged along the way - very professional. They said the piano would arrive at my cousin's house sometime on Saturday. Well they called back and said they were able to deliver it Friday if someone was available to receive it. That was excellent news since the piano would arrive early!
The piano arrived without a scratch! Many thanks to Atlanta Peach Movers for a professional job delivered early with outstanding service. Highly recommend and will definityly use them again! #GreatService #Professional

FIND ANYONE ELSE! So I thought I was having a great experience, quickly found out that was not the case. Movers showed up on time and were nice. I helped them move some items. I explained that the water had been shut off prematurely for our move and not to use the restrooms. Everything was moved safely and promptly. I had left about 20 mins. before they did to receive the new fridge at my new house, and they said they would would meet me at the new house and they did.
That next week I go to use my pressure washer and its no where to be found. Nozzle, hoses and even the bucket it was in were all gone. I went back to the old house to check and was not pleased. Come to find out that every.

Do not hire or use this company! We had the worst moving experience of our lives last weekend because of this company and their horrendous customer service. Edmond Ruiz came out to give us an estimate a month and seemed legitimate, he was very helpful, answered all of our questions and assured us we would be getting the best service. When the. packers arrived two days before our move, we felt great.
They were so friendly and did such a wonderful, and fast job packing our home for a local move. We were feeling really great about the whole thing. Saturday morning, instead of seeing Atlanta Peach trucks show up, two U-Hauls pulled into our driveway, one was already half full of someone else'.

The project coordination team was great to deal with. They sent several follow ups via text which was extremely helpful to communicate while having a lot going on. The installation team was even better!! They were professional, made sure everything was handled properly, asked questions to verify things were correct and very hard working. Using Atlanta Peach Movers ease about the only thing that went right and on time during my move.

I needed to move my baby grand from my townhome to my single family home. It's precious to me and I was nervous about the move. Both locations had 16-17 steps each! I called all the piano moving companies and other moving companies and none of them wanted the job or they gave me very high quotes or they just didn't respond. The crew was awesome, and hard working. I was a nervous wreck but the team was lead by a terrific leader and everything turned out great. 2hrs of work. They have a 3hr min.

Liars. The sales guy tells you you'll have a smooth, professional move. Sounds great, right? The morning of our move, they don't show up as scheduled between 8 and 9. I call the office - "we'll get back to you." Finally at 10:30, I get a call from ANOTHER move company, saying we've been dumped on them and they'll arrive before noon - but won't have a full crew.
So we got subbed out to a company we never heard of. Peach basically said "Too bad, we have the right to sub you out. We have no responsibility now." The subbed company move went so late that the moving truck backed into our gate in the dark, creating $500 of damage. They started so late that they had to come back the next day, at an additional cost of $1500 plus the cost of a hotel stay for us the night of the move. So the whole thing cost us a lot of extra money, hassle and headaches. DON'T TRUST THEM.

The guys moving my mom into her assisted living facility were great. That's where the good ends. Due to a "failed GPS" my mom was charged an extra almost 90 minutes at $190/hour. Six weeks, four emails and contesting the charge with my credit card company twice to simply obtain a receipt. When questioned on the overcharge, I was offered half the fraudulent charge back as goodwill.
To get half of the bogus charge back, I'd need to take an hour of my time and get the claim letter notarized. When I asked the VP of Customer Experience how they determined I'm only entitled to half of the money taken and what's my compensation for the hour to get the form notarized, I receive the short reply of "It's a final offer." Well at least now I see where the poor service starts if that's a leader's attitude.
She also claims to have left multiple voicemails, odd since my phone hasn't rang. I'll continue to contest the charge and file a consumer complaint with the state AG's office. Running up the bill on a 75 year old woman and then nearly 2 months dodging responsibility. The guys moving were great.

We have made five long distance moves in the past 15 years. Three moves were cross-country. And while moving is never fun, all of the moving companies did a great job with one huge exception. Our cross-country move by Atlanta Peach (There is no tree in our name.) Movers was horrible. I can not recommend them to anyone. In fact, I can not strongly enough encourage everyone to avoid them.
Broad strokes: 1. Representatives were constantly dishonest 2. Did no home visit or FaceTime walkthrough to properly assess cost and required time for packing up 3. Cars were promised to be shipped and arrive with our furniture. Not true. They subcontracted this out to a 3rd party who refused to deliver the cars to the new house. They said they would leave them in some remote town I had never heard of and we would be billed a storage fee for each day I did not pick them up.
The cars were not delivered to the house for 3 weeks! 3. Lost, damaged (ruined), and utterly destroyed over $10,000 worth of our property 4. Did not honor the replacement value insurance we purchased - only paying a fraction of it 5. Are self-insured and said they had cash flow problems and would have to pay the insurance claim in 4 checks over 4 months - They did not 6. Became evasive and difficult to reach when they stopped making the insurance payments until I told them I was seeking a legal remedy to their failure to pay.
Suddenly the remaining checks were "cleared for payment" and arrived a little over a week later Bottom Line In my personal estimation, Atlanta Peach (There is no tree in our name.) Movers is not a reputable business. Maybe some people have had successful moves with them. We certainly did not. If you value honesty and your possessions, I would strongly encourage you to use a different moving company. We have used Atlanta Peach movers twice in the past 12 months. They did a great job both times. Our first move was a big, local move with 2 trucks and 2 crews and just recently we hired them to move a family member from their hi-rise apartment. Always were on time and communicated well. Crews were friendly and hard workers. No issues at all. We highly recommend them.

DO NOT USE this company. This was the WORST move I've ever experienced. The movers showed up over 4 HOURS LATE. The operations team double-booked the crew and failed to tell us. I called numerous times throughout the day asking for updates. The fact that nobody contacted us one time to inform us is completely unacceptable. Our move was scheduled for 2pm, they arrived at 6:15pm.
The crew was physically exhausted resulting in broken furniture and extra time spent. The move should have taken 5 hours max, it took over 9 hours and wrapped at 3am. The worst part is to "make it right" the company said they would credit me back a few hours worth of time, but couldn't do more than that because it would come out of the crew's pay, which is completely wrong.
It wasn't their fault, it was management's fault. I'm still waiting on my credit which doesn't even cover half. I have yet to receive an email or a phone call from anyone in management to inquire about the issue. Literally the WORST customer experience. They clearly don't value your business so please choose an alternative. I will be sure and share my experience with as many people in my professional network and save them the headache.

They were on time, got the work done quickly and with care, at a price that was within 15 dollars of the original estimate. They guys were polite and friendly. They took time to put extra wrapping around several pieces of furniture which I really appreciate. Good people that did exactly what they said they would do. Would definitely recommend. Thanks-

A lot of my items were spilled from their containers, a bookshelf was broke. Boxes, which were clearly labelled, were not taken up to the second floor, leaving a dining room that I am still slowly unpacking on my own. There were a lot of concerns about the truck not being big enough, much of my stuff fell over and out of the truck. They were unable to move my art, even though I stated in the email art would have to be transported.
The reason the bookshelf broke was because one of the young men tipped it on two legs, by himself, against the advice of his colleague. The manager of the move took full responsibility for the damage - it seems they will not take full financial responsibility. This is shocking, as they have a training facility and brag about how carefully they'll handle furniture.
The shelf was around $350ish, they sent me $80ish to settle. I tipped each mover $50, catered their lunch, and treated them with dignity and respect despite damaging my bookshelf. I am deeply disappointed and will not recommend Atlanta Peach Movers to friends or colleagues.

They truly suck. The staff that works there clearly does not work in tandem because what you're told varies by who you're talking to at any given moment. I labeled four or so boxes as fragile and made it a point to show the movers each one so they'd take extra care with those. Believe it or not, of all the boxes, only the ones marked fragile turned up with damage.
After one staff member told me id be reimbursed for the damage I received another email a couple of days later saying they do not accept fault and I was on my own. Ha! Just when I thought it couldn't get worse they're now trying to charge me more than what I've already paid claiming the person who took payment didn't charge me the full balance. what kind of business is this?
A couple of the movers were lingering by the freight elevator taking a smoke break when they could've all been upstairs working faster but they were trying to milk the clock. I paid for three men but in actuality only two were working at any one time. If they all worked at the same time then they could've finished well within my time frame.
Aside from all of that, the attitude problems each staff member has when dealing with customers on the phone should be a cause for concern. Foolish mistake of mine to trust a company of movers that doesn't even speak decently to customers BEFORE any moving has even started!

After asking for a certificate of insurance, I was given the run around for a week. That should have been enough of a red flag for me to know to look elsewhere. Come move day, they say they're sending the certificate to my building. Turns out, they didn't send it. They go completely silent until I call them, after the move-out time window has passed. I'm told that their insurance wasn't good enough for the building, and they're not doing the move. Apparently that didn't merit a call. I ask why they didn't send the insurance last week--I'm immediately hung up on. Buyer beware.

I hired Atlanta Peach Movers for my long distance move. I used them in the past, the customer service is consistent. The crew arrived 30 minutes early the day of my move. They handled all of my furniture and items with care. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the communication throughout the moving process. Also, the movers showed up with mask on!

Do not book this company, they will scam you! My team showed up an hour late yet they charged me for it. I was fatigued and tired by the end of the day and didn't do the right math. I did challenge the cost but the supervisor assured me it was right so I signed and paid to be done. It wasn't until the next day that I realized I got scammed.
Especially after my sister used ATL Peach Movers as well the next day, took the same amount of time to move, yet her cost well much less than mine. If you ignore me and still decide to book, be sure and text your account manager when the team arrives and when the team leaves to ensure you have proof of the time. She said the truck has a GPS, they could have sat for 30 mins extra bc they were not at my house. Be careful is choose still choose to book this company. I would recommend someone else.

Absolutely perfect move. The customer service rep was very helpful in getting my move coordinated. The moving crew arrived exactly when they said they would. I was charged the exact hourly rate that I was quoted. My furniture was handled with love and care. The crew offered to arrange the furniture exactly how/where I wanted it, but I don't even know where I want it yet. I can't think of one thing that went wrong, I am very pleased with my move.

Le Sigh. So we were SOLD on this company to move us from one house to another. A+ for the sales guy, Dave. He bamboozled us and made us believe we were in great hands and I will say this -- the crews that moved us out & then moved us back in were great. Super hardworking & personable. But let's just say our move experience was eventful. They were on time and got to work.
They finished and there was a little accident between a truck and my neighbor's car. Accidents happen - I stayed out of it. Fast forward about 45 minutes one of my movers was getting cuffed & arrested across the street from my house. Background checks? While I am smart enough to know he could have passed the check then later got in trouble it still makes you wonder but what?!?
Fast forward one week later -- unpacking a box to put stuff away & I can't put it away because somehow in the move they broke my bedside table & the drawer won't open. Fantastic. I noticed some scuffed up furniture legs as well when they were moving us in as well, but honestly that is part of moving. Nothing is going to move and stay 100% in the same condition.
But drawers no longer open? How does that happen? Here's hoping my expensive Flywheel bike didn't get jacked up. I haven't had the chance to ride it yet since we have been busy, but heaven help Atlanta if it doesn't work. After all I had to ask them to wrap my $2700 bike since it was just plopped in the middle of the truck

I feel like these guys are SCAMMERS! They charged me twice for my $300 deposit (maybe hoping I wouldn't notice?), and then they charged me for an amount higher than what I was told on move-in day as the residual balance. I did not authorize this amount ($525), the receipt said I owe $320 as the balance and that is what I signed/authorized on the final bill.
It is not legal to charge someone's credit card for an amount different than what was agreed upon and signed for. I have been going back and forth with their claims department and it is not being addressed. I never write reviews but this is unacceptable and illegal. This is not an honest business, I don't appreciate the double charges and the unauthorized charge.
I feel compelled to write because I want other customers to know and hopefully choose another moving company and stay away from this business. Also, attached are some pics of the damages from the move. The corner of my dining table is now scratched up; this is a piece that is central to my home and now I have to hide it. There're scratches on other pieces of the furniture, maybe minor but either way, this would not happen if the movers were more careful and diligent with big items (was not impressed with the movers either).

First! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVER YOUR VALUABLES! Here is why; I spent days, hours with two representatives 1) Jonelle Green 2) Adrienne Smith I should have spent the time to vet this company out and I would have discovered that their HORRIBLE reputation is the only consistent thing about this company. The right hand does not talk to the left. I'm sure I'm not the the only one who's had both bad service and damaged items on their more.
I kidd you not when I state that my move could have been this easiest Move, EVER! I had very minimal items that were pre packed. All the movers had to do was bring two agreed items; 1) A create to transport my 55" Brand New OLED TV AND 2) boxes for my hanging clothes. Both did not make it!. I should have stopped there and made them go grab it but beyond my better judgement, the lead mover assured me that he personally would handle it with care. Well, that didn't happen.
And here's what my tv now looks like. So THANK YOU Atlanta Peach Movers for breaking my OLED 55" worth $2,400, we will definitely see you in court. Hello Mr Orlando, first it's funny to me that you'll reply her but not to our legal teams emails. Also, let's get the truth out, the document that you're referring to, was marked by your lead mover not myself.
In fact he encouraged me to sign it because he claimed there wasn't any major valued item but, I refused until I check my TV, considering your movers failed to bring the required crate. But you can hear it for yourself through security footage in the unit. See you in court. You definitely aren't dealing with a person who will let this settle, simply out of principle.
If I ran my businesses like you and your company does, I definitely wouldn't have any of my businesses left. See you in court unless you'd like to change your mind and settle this out of court. Have a great week! ANYONE ELSE THAT WOULD LIKE TO JOIN A GROUP OF US WITH A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS PATHETIC COMPANY, PLEASE MESSAGE ME AND I WILL GLADY GET YOU IN CONTACT WITH OUR LEGAL TEAM WHO ARE EAGER TO TAKE THIS COMPANY DOWN! WE ALSO HAVE REPORTERS READY TO TALK ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE.

Wow, your guys moved my sister yesterday and I cannot say enough about the experience. All the guys ( and girl ) were so hard working and were very careful with the floors, walls and furniture. It was not an easy job and they did it with great attitudes. Great company that I would totally recommend!

Great company with amazing staff. From the first phone call to the last box they moved they were friendly, helpful and FAST! The first appointment was a walk thru of my home the estimate what was needed and then a proposal was sent the next day. Jonathan and his crew were right on time at 9 am and moved two truckloads. 7 hour day! Everything was wrapped, stored well and they even put the beds together for us. The crew believes in their work and company and they work with a smile on their face. We were more than happy to choose them and will be glad to recommend to anyone.

We used Atlanta Peach Movers to move us about 10 miles within Atlanta. We truly can’t say enough great things about our experience! The crew of 5 arrived on time and were incredibly professional and efficient. We had zero issues and were so pleased with the level of service we received. We highly recommend Atlanta Peach Movers!!

I have used Atlanta Peach Movers numerous times and with each one of them have been completely satisfied. Working with Stephanie, who is extremely professional, has made the difference in my opinion. She has gone above and beyond to help me. The various crews that have been assigned to my moves have also been terrific. I've never seen such momentum - they came to move and by golly, they did. It was like watching a choreographed routine. They were careful yet speedy and worked well to remove, load and then unload our belongings. Two thumbs up!
