They took more than 2 hours for only two men it winded up being five and a half hours. Then to see the amount of how much, that was uncalled for and only for one bedroom. They worked very slow don't get me wrong they were very nice me.

All Pro moved my 84 year old parents. They packed cherished goods wonderfully well, they were extremely patient with them, and they never complained about re-moving already placed furniture. You can tell they've worked with elderly before. I highly recommend them! BIG SHOUT OUT TO: Robert, the owner, Roger, Luis & Shon!

One of the Movers smashed the hell out of my corner wall which is very visible at eye view in my main entry way. He said he was going to take a picture to show Robert but never did. Tried calling and texting Robert Salinas, left a VM and still hasn't returned my calls. They are quick to take your money but when a issue needs to be resolved they won't talk your calls or call you back.

They even rounded up a "3 % CC fee" from $19.50 to $20 even. Shady. This is a brand new home that I now need to repair out of my own pocket. Try another moving company that stands by their word and doesn't destroy your house in the process. I expected more professionalism especially when I helped out a lot on my own to cut the time as much as possible and tipped them well.

They started ok but started to slow up a bit and we're on a budget.(3hrs max) We asked if you get the big pieces, we would worry about the boxes. Well maybe I wasn't clear because they weren't doing what we asked. Then they had a couple guys come over and I thought OK they're going to really roll now. They walked through the apartment drinking there beer and didn't help at all; just held the other guys up talking.

They charged us more than what they did because we still have to move a lot of stuff. We used them because we used them before and those guys were good! We even referred them to someone and they didn't even show up but sent someone else who also didn't show up, so of course we were embarrassed. Had a friend to call and speak with them and we were referred to as" you people" and hung up! One of the persons was the owner so I expected more.

The 2 movers were very helpful and worked with me to get all my stuff out of my u-boxes. They were also very friendly and professional I would definitely recommend them again.

These guys are awesome and extremely honest! They take care of your furniture as their own. Greg was the team lead and he explained me the whole process, they are extremely fast. But what impressed me the most is their honesty, some jewelry fell from my wife's drawer and they picked it up and returned it to us. They did my 3 bedroom house in about 3 hours. I was impressed how fast they did it! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

First impression, extremely professional from the very first contact call. It was my first time using professional movers so I wasn't really sure what to expect. I received a call to confirm the following days appointment, the crew themselves called when they were on their way and introduced themselves on arrival. They explained the process from start to finish, worked extremely hard and were very very careful with our furniture.

I'm sure all their crew is great but if you can do yourself a favor and ask for Greg and Jason by name. I went from skeptical about using movers to never considering any other service but All Pro. These guys couldn't have been more polite and professional and are very good at what they do.

I had an appointment from 12-1. They never showed. I called several times, nobody answered and the voicemail box was full. I then sent a few text messages, those too were ignored. Luckily enough I found another moving company to handle the situation.

I have no complaints at all. The two gentlemen handle my last-minute chaotic move done very quickly. Very professional and punctual. Will definitely recommend

I have used All Pro Moving three times within the past five years. Each time I experienced the same fantastic service. This last time I had, Greg, Luis, and Roger. Those young men are so strong! They move quickly and don't mess around. None of my belongings were scratched or broken. Each fella was polite and professional. The owner, Robert, is super communicative and always returns phone calls. I love these guys!

These guys are INCREDIBLE! The communication was perfect & it made my move so much easier. The guys handled all of my belongings with the utmost of care. I have some delicate, old family heirlooms & I'm not so sure that they didn't restore & refurbish some of them otw. These are the only guys to use when it comes to moving. I had no qualms in leaving a 3digit gratuity for each of them.& it was still hundreds less than the next closest bid for doing such. All my moves go through All Pro Movers.no questions in that area. Out of a hundred I rate them each @199.

Robert and his entire team were awesome! We've used a lot of professional movers over the years and All Pro was the BEST experience we've ever had plus they were very affordable! They were very professional and worked tirelessly to ensure every detail of our move (packing, wrapping furniture and unloading) was taken care of. I highly recommend them for all of your moving needs!

So, I've used this company a couple times before. The first crew was fantastic. The second crew was not as good but did well enough that I wasn't going to change my rating. Well, that has all changed. I scheduled a move, which was quite smooth and the 2 man crew showed up on time. That was the last positive thing that occurred on Saturday. Didn't properly protect or secure my furniture, damaging multiple pieces. Had an inexperienced crew member that while he worked hard, caused some damage (minor) in the house. Also, stopped for a break with all my items loaded in the truck (wouldn't have been a big deal if they'd told me they were going to stop) and left me wondering where they were with all my furniture. Overall, a very discouraging experience and I may have to use someone else the next time I move.

All Pro Movers assisted me with two in-house moves around August 8, 2018. The technicians were very good, mannerable and they knew what they were doing. I highly recommend All Pro Movers.

These guys (Mike, Mike, and Mark) did an awesome job moving a large 3 bedroom home for my family and I. They were very friendly, quick and did everything without any damage or issues of any kind. Couldn't be happier with the job they did.

These guys (Mark, Roger& Juan) did an amazing job moving us from a 3rd fl apt to a home! Efficient and oh so helpful and friendly! The cost was exactly what we were quoted, highly recommend.

Jason and Keenan did an excellent job when they moved just one piece of furniture for me. The important thing to know is that it was my great-grandmother's antique armoire and they did an excellent job making sure it was in perfect condition during and after the move. I'm so appreciative and will totally use All Pro Moving in the future and will refer friends and family to use them as well.

I moved with All-Pro just yesterday. Despite a bump in the Road, Robert (manager) actually came to my apartment to go over the situation and complete my move with movers Juan/Gavin. They did an exceptional job and I appreciated their understerstanding of the previous situation. They were attentive, fast and courteous. I also appreciated Robert coming out to check on the situation himself. I will definitely be keeping this company in my contact list for future moves, and will give reference to them with friends and family.

These wonderful people (Adam and Marcus) helped us out when another company "didn't have us on the schedule" they came as soon as we called and had a wonderful attitude the whole time! I will definitely be using this company for any future moves and I will recommend them to everyone! And the price was very very reasonable. Again thank you so much for being there for our family and our needs. All pro movers are truly there for their customers! Oh and I got a veteran discount!

My fiance and I have used all pro twice for our moving needs. I'm an Attorney and I'm taking the time to write a glowing review for this business because I was absolutely blown away by the incredible service that All Pro Moving and its team provided. The first time I moved, I was in a pinch and was calling movers all over San Antonio for quotes and hoping I could get movers on the same day I called.

All Pro Moving was by far the best price and Robert, the owner, was able to get men out to me that day. Other moving companies would not even consider helping me move into my third floor apartment but Robert was not bothered by the task. He sent over two incredibly hard workers. I wish I owned a business just so that I could hire his mover Vincent because he is such a diligent worker!

I even asked the movers to take breaks because it was so hot outside but they would not because they were so determined to get the job done. The second time I moved, the job didn't go according to plan BUT this was when I saw what an incredible moving company All Pro is. The movers showed up not only on time but early, awesome! One of the movers was a newer employee that wasn't moving as much as I had come to expect from All Pro standards.

My favorite mover, Vincent, was obviously having to do most of the work. Before I could even call Robert, the owner, to complain he had let the employee go AND had voided the charge to our credit card for the move. I was blown away that the problem was reported so quickly and taken care of so professionally. Not only that, Robert made an additional phone call to my fiance to apologize and get feed back to improve any future moves.

Since there are so many horror stories about movers out there, I wanted to post this so everyone knew how INCREDIBLE this company is and the service they provide. I would rest easily knowing that All Pro was handling my next move because even when things aren't going exactly to plan, it was handled kindly, professionally, and quickly.
