Excellent customer service. They took us to each storage unit to see sizes and explained prices and specials. They do offer military discounts and teacher discounts depending on specials being offered. Thank you EZ mini. We moved in our items same day.

I cannot get to the website keep getting "This Website can't be reached check if there is a spelling error" been like this since yesterday. Makes it hard to do buisness in the year 2021 without a working Website especially right now with Pandemic still rampant. Unfortunately lastnight or this morning being 08:55AM we are unable to see ANY information on your facilities we are going to be moving down the road to Mainland. Unfortunately we were recommended here but I can not start off buisness like this, Might want to get Corp to look into your IT issues. Thank You have a safe one.

I have been a customer here for years. I would say the small staff they have is not enough. I was billed 2 times on 1 day without so much as a phone call or email. I was told "that is what I decided to do" by the manager. I know the times are hard with the closures, but to change payment plans and charge at different times is not acceptable without approval or even a notice. I would steer clear of this storage unit. THere are so many others around, you could find one with better communication processes and customer service.

I love this place always super clean and well maintained. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. I've been with them a little over 3 yrs. Never ever had any problems. One of the few places that has outstanding customer service.

Just an fyi you have to call every month to pay your bill which is not a problem. It's a problem when they claim you did not call and want to charge late fees. I've had to send them phone records to help keep them organized. I do not recommend them at all.

Rented a unit for about 3 months. No issues, everything was very simple. The people were nice and informative at the desk and on the phone. I would use them again if I needed too.

Bring your own measuring tape! This has got to be some of THE WORST customer service I've received from ANY type of business! Crystal charged my husband and I for a 10x15 unit but really leased us a 10x7 1/2. When I called, left a message and finally got a call back the next day the Manager said that it was our fault for accepting to lease the unit because the units are approximately sized as stated on the contract. That's NOT approximation that called being a scam artist. I only gave 1 star because of the cute dog that lives in the office.

Very poor customer service. Edie is the manager and will act very nice until you sign the contract. She is constantly trying to argue. She does not return calls when I leave voice mails. I have to keep calling and calling. When I told her I had been trying to contact them, she was very quick to state the exact dates that I had called. She obviously knew I was trying to get a hold of them and could not care less. I was trying to make my payment, so now I have late fees. She would not reverse them. DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE!
