Movers showed up right on time and got right to work moving boxes. Loved how fast they worked and their attitude.

Mark, Larry and Dominic were professional, friendly, fast and fabulous. Called the owner on a Thursday and movers moved me on Sunday. I've used this company multiple times for commercial moves and for my own residential moves. This weekend these men saved me by getting me in so fast to move me to my new rental house. This company took over the original moving company that I had which they shut down. I was thankful for their prompt responses. They kept my items longer than we had agreed upon. They damaged my marble table, which over 6 months later I am still fighting to get my money back. We had a few missing boxes and other small damaged items which was expected.

We also received a box that wasn't ours and wouldn't contact me back so I could return the items to their owner. They kept directing me to the claims department but they wouldn't help me either. I took this matter into Better Business Bureau and hopefully they will help me. They also nickled and dimed me and charged me an additional $500 than the original contract and I even packed less items!

Trust me, you're better off getting a UHAUL and hiring movers through there, it is much cheaper. I will never go through a moving company again. The movers didn't speak much english which was fine, until they were rude to me when I tried to help them with an easier route to the truck.

The actual movers were ok guys but a couple things they did mess up by not being careful. They pretty much broke one of our bookshelves. Also they lost the pegs for our media center so now we have to replace them which in the process of unpacking is a very big inconvenience. Our previous movers were not as fast but we did not have any issues with things being broken so we know it was them being careless.

The two guys that's showed up were on time, and started off great. Once an hour passed, one of the movers was constantly on the phone, and the other one literally ran the clock. He continued to repack and readjust the items we had even after we asked him not to. Once we got to the unload- took 4 hours to load a small 900 sf apartment, they again had to readjust the truck multiple times, and overall weren't really interested in moving, when we called the owner to complain - the one mover started to yell at us - super embarrassing in our new neighborhood and then they began to just throw boxes to the ground. I have broken chairs and glassware. I would stay away from ABC movers.

They were a bit late but they went straight to work. They moved my boxes pretty quickly and didn't waste any time. Dom was very professional!

Great moving experience, both movers helped me out tremendously by going the extra mile and working long hours with multiple trips. All my furniture was wrapped and padded very well and I had no issues and they enjoyed the tip since my bill was a much better than expected. I have used them three times with the same great experience on every move!

The movers did a great job loading up our truck. They took the time to reload what we had previously packed up to make sure it would all fit securely and took care with all of our belongings down 3 flights of stairs. They also gave us some tips on packing and tying secure knots. They were friendly and did not waste anytime. The only negatives are: despite what the office said they clearly wanted cash (which would have been fine if the office told me that ahead of time) and I originally scheduled for 8 am, the day before they pushed it back to 9am, and ended up coming at 10am.

I would suggest being clear about the move (stairs, large items) and following up (they didn't call to tell us that they'd change our time--we only found out because we called them). But I was very impressed with the movers themselves and would recommend this company.

I've used them a few times and they've showed up late and complained about stairs. It wasn't the most pleasant experience. There are other options out there. Explore them.

Great service and professionalism. The two men that moved me were professional courteous, friendly and thoughtful. I can't say enough nice things about them. I definitely recommend this company. I hate moving and these guys made it very pleasant!

Unfortunately were not on time but I was thankful that both guys attempted being careful with all furniture and boxes. I did have to keep an eye on the clock, as I know sometimes movers will go overtime without consent but they were honest on the time and let me know that if I felt they needed to stay, there were here to help. Overall it was a good experience.

I highly recommend these movers. Everyone that I spoke to no the phone or online was very friendly and helpful. The price was great and the movers were also. This was my first time hiring movers to do anything and I am very pleased. My only complaint was that they showed up 40 minutes past the arrival window but they had issues prior to arriving at my place, which I know is sometimes out of their control. I would use them again!

Nope! don't do it. They will leave you hanging and waiting all day for them.

The worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. Told me they would deliver between 9 and 9:30 - they didn't show up or call. Did not pick up my call. Then the owner emailed that they would deliver the next day, but they did not and did not call. Owner was extremely rude on the phone, accused me of being hard to deal with when I'm the one waiting for them to show up or at least call.

Next the owner charged an extra "delivery fee" that was not quoted in advance. Finally the owner told me they needed it all in cash, after originally telling me that a check was OK.

We have used these guys for 3 moves, local and now long distance. Price was fair, but overall the customer service and awesome movers are what kept us coming back to these guys. They worked hard and long until the job was done. Definitely deserved the tip! I would recommend this company to anyone needing movers, save yourself the headache!

ABC Movers are not worth the R.I.S.K! From management or the intake person (Don), to the movers themselves the experience was absolute horrific! However, I must and will give credit to one of the two movers that was sent, Jessie did the lions share of the work while his colleague talked on the phone and passed out cards for his personal handyman business.

I only used ABC Movers because one of may friends recommended them and actually said her move went great. However, my move was completely opposite of great to the point that the movers were unaware that I was moving to an apartment that was located on the third floor and I KNOW that I made that clear to Don when I reserved the move! Furthermore, I assisted Jessie with bringing quite a few items up to the apartment as his assistant seemed to have lifting limitations and when I mention this to Don during one of the numerous calls that I made during the move, he literally shut me down and made it appear as if I were the one with the problem.

I asked to speak with the owner of the company and of cours he or she was not available. I also called back a couple days later to speak to the company owner about the move, the nonexistent mover, and how I had to assist to get the move completed with no provisions made on my behalf. Of course, I have yet to hear from anyone, and thus my comments. Folks, I can go on and on about this move and ABC Movers, but my words to you are look elsewhere as the stress of ABC Movers on top of a move is not worth it!

Words of caution; get your estimate in writing to avoid disputes later down the road (pun intended). Dealt with Don on my recent move from San Antonio to Austin area and was quoted $150/hr for a three man crew, $275 equipment/truck/gas, and a two hour flat rate ($300) for three hours of drive time (1.5 hours each way). The movers themselves were decent; three 20-somethings with good attitudes, who were considerate of my floors and walls. Overall, a moderately good experience except for last minute dispute over negotiated rate on drive.

The worst movers I have ever used, and I have used a lot of them. The broke stuff, lost stuff, and I have yet to see any reimbursement. I've called them numerous times and just get a run-around.

The movers were friendly and nice, but not very time efficient. They scratched up my leather couch, which had not been wrapped for protection, and left brown leather marks on the walls. Other pieces of furniture were also scratched up, there is even a streak of paint from the wall on the side of my recliner. In the process of getting my couch in the door, a porch light was broken as well.

After a few dropped comments about their low pay rates, they graciously accepted my tip which i felt they did not fully earn. I appreciated the friendliness but as they were leaving, one mover left me his phone number and hit on me. I thought I had hired a professional service and was very disappointed in the quality, as well as the scratches and marks on my brand new leather couch.

Awesome! They showed up at the last minute due to a fiasco with Half Price Movers, and sent two great strong men who worked hard and moved us with smiles on their faces. No extra charge for the last minute call either. The guys were wonderful! ABC Movers delivered what they promised. Thankfully we will not be moving anytime soon. When we do move, we will be calling ABC Movers again! The only negative - no credit cards or personal checks
