They are locally owned & operated, which means they can design leases and make changes to suit personal requirements. They are competitively priced with other storage facilities. Given the opportunity, they will beat any competitor's prices. Opening in October of 1994, they now have 328 mini storage units and 36 RV and Boat parking spaces, with approximately 134 new climate control units being designed for the near future.

Edit: I am changing my review to a 5 star based on the response from management. I was not aware one could schedule a appointment after hours : This is overall a pretty good storage facility in my experience. They are cheap in comparison to their competitors as I was able to get a unit for only about $39 a month. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that the grounds aren't available to storage tenants after about 7 p.m. which can be tough sometimes if you work late.

This is a very nice storage facility that also offers office spaces as well with a storage unit attached. We had our office here for quite sometime and really loved the location and the facilities. The family that runs it are great people and extremely friendly. Definitely the place you should consider for your storage needs.
