Wow. I'm shocked by how one of the owners, Nathan, treats his customers. We spent 8500 to have our garage redone. While I can say it did turn out nice I can also say I would never use them again. Unfortunately they installed the epoxy floor wrong the first time - they fixed this so that wouldn't even be my biggest complaint. My biggest concern is that this garage makeover was gifted to us by one of our parents and when I just spoke to Nathan over some confusion on a credit I had he very rudely said to me "you're different cause your mom is paying for this".

He hasn't treated me with good customer service because I am not the paying client. That's crazy. I would treat anyone with kindness and respect no matter where the funds are coming from. I am the one who hired them and signed the contract so our parent was not even involved other than writing a check. One of our neighbors used them and had a better experience but his wife told me she thinks Nathan doesn't communicate well with women so if you do use them than just be advised of that.

Had garage makeover do my garage floor and it just came out awesome they were on time they were professional, they were courteous, they cleaned their mess up they tell me it's a lifetime warranty and I am very happy with them. George came out to my house he was fantastic he kept in contact with me the whole time making sure everything was fine and I just can't say enough about this place. You wouldn't make a mistake by using them that's for sure.

Garage Makeovers resurfaced our painted concrete garage floor. We selected a color that coordinated perfectly with our newly installed paver driveway. Their price was fair. Follow through was impeccable. The end result perfection. The salesman was personable and had all the answers to every question. The office team maintained great communication throughout.

And the installers were on time, respectful of our property and diligent and meticulous in their work. We could not be happier. A side note: There was an error made in submitting our banking information for final payment which resulted in a $20 bank charge. I reported this to Garage Makeovers and they sent a $20 check to me in replacement. That is true professionalism. Thank you Garage Makeovers. Great job!

The owner Nathan Forreat is rude and verbally abusive his company did my garage floor and promised me a dark color when they came said only had a light grey but he aasured me it would be maintence free and stay clean as they put a coating on it 2 days after it was done i began trying to get him back as dirtybrown spots started appearing 3 months later he sent his partner who got on his hands and kneeswith a scrub brish said all you gotta do is a srub on your hands and knees with bleexh cleaner which i tried and is not only hard to do as im older and have back issiesbut this was to be maintainnece free i sent him an email asking for hom to re docoating or top with a darker color as i was orginally promised or refund 2/3 of my money this was his answer As stated in your contract, Wear and tear in NOT covered under any warranty.

These pictures and your description describe wear and tear from using the floor. If your floor needs cleaning, clean it. We are not responsible for it nor will we redo anything. We have fulfilled our contract and we have zero obligation to you. We had researched different companies to do our garage floors and cabinets. Nathan's crews did both. Very professional, competent, clean. They came when they said on time and did exactly as we planned. The "makeover" made my house look brand new! What a difference! It is so fun now to go in the garage and know exactly where everything is! Highly recommend Garage Makeovers!

I wanted to do epoxy on my garage as a gift to my husband. Nathan was great! He came to do the estimate, explained how the process works and guys came on time the day of my appointment. As an ex employee nathan is a piece of shit. Lied on job posting saying he pays more then he actually does. Then offers you less and says its only during training. I asked for more money and was let go. To this day still never got a solid answer why i was let go but i know its because they dont have the money for an smart articulate respectable face to work there.

He rather keep his current crew who he pays nothing while they all sell drugs on the side. During training all his other employees are ex convicts smoking weed and doing drugs on the job. The other employees were extremely unprofessional and just rush through the job trying to get the jobs finished by lunch time. Alot of the jobs were repair jobs from the job not being finished properly the first time.

Closed on a new house and wanted to get the epoxy done on the garage before moving in. Did not have much time and needed it done quickly. Nathan responded right away and came to give me an estimate the very next day. The day after the estimate the crew was at the house bright and early. They did a phenomenal job and were done by mid day. Professional quality job using professional equipment. Nathan explained everything in detail and made me feel really comfortable with the whole process. Would recommend to anyone!

First of all, you are making a huge mistake if you use ANYONE else to do your epoxy chip garage floor. My Tuxedo floor is exceptional, and James has been doing them for years so the chances of a problem are as low as can be reasonably expected. The floor is unbelievable, absolutely the best i have ever seen. Wow! Nathan came out to my home, and had no difficulties ascertaining the exact layout for my garage that would maximize storage space.

As is customary, he left to design and bid out the cost and emailed the proposal to me. This takes a few days. You will receive a very well prepared and illustrated proposal, very clear on what they will be doing so there is no problems. All that matters with any company that we, the consumer, cares about is the quality of work, fair pricing and that the company insures your satisfaction in the end.

All of these concerns are five star with Garage Makeover, as i learned when a simple miscommunication on cabinet door color was rectified by Nathan. I am very confident that you will be very happy with the results of your job, but be prepared to wait for cabinets to be delivered. However, it is worth it, these are not Home Depot junk, but extremely well built and solid cabinets that are of excellent quality.

Perfectly installed too. These guys are skilled installers. Overall, this is a must use company, just knowing that they will do everything to insure your satisfaction is all you need to know. The guys work hard too, it is a good group of professionals. A must use company.

Just want to say how pleased we are with our new Garage Floor Makeover. James and his helper were here on time and in no time at all our floor was done. They came back two days later to help replace a heavy item we couldn't move ourselves and were extremely careful not to damage the floor. I recommend them in a heartbeat and I suggest you ask for James to do the job.

Our entire experience was enjoyable and we worked with true professionals who arrived on time, and accommodated our busy schedules. They even moved their arrival time one day to allow me to finish a work call. The garage floor is smooth now, even with the textured look. After much research called this company was greeted professionally and given their secrets of their success! Several days later and many other calls went to others. Decided upon meeting contracter and to go with David who was more than capable of answering all my requests and calls. The team came out assisted me with removing most of the "heavy stuff", and after relatively smooth application made all necessary accomodations. Kudos and best to the " G " Team.

Garage Makeover did a beautiful job installing epoxy flooring in my garage. The technician, James, was very skilled in the process and Nathan brought me several sample choices of the different styles to choose from prior to the installation. The contact person, Marta was very friendly and helpful in scheduling the job and answered all of my questions. Also, the job was done only days after I inquired about the service. I would recommend Garage Makeover for anyone who wants a professional and timely job completed. The service is A+ in all areas of the job process!

The quality of work was amazing. This is my fourth home and I've had the flooring done with other companies in the past. This is easily better than any other floor I've had so far, and so much better than the handyman installation we did on the first home. The difference is night and day. They weren't the cheapest quote we got, but they were the most professional and did a better job than any other installer I've seen so far.

My next door neighbor went with a franchise company for their garage and it doesnt look anywhere near as good as this one. Plus these guys are a family business so i'm glad to support a local family. Thanks Garage Makeovers!

JUST ANOTHER CONTRACTOR THAT WONT SHOW UP! they came to give me estimate and was told that I would get a call back with a confirmation of everything. NEVER DID! I have called and texted several times with no response back! If they were not interested or too busy they could have just said that so I could move on! with so much competition out there I just don't understand why they risk the bad review. Not to mention that I wasn't impressed by their products either. If they treat their possible clients this way I would hate to see the actual client treatment.

I'm not one to write a negative review about a contractor/vendor but I believe it is important to share our negative experience with Garage Makeover and their work with the epoxy Garage Floor. Nathan and his company came recommended to us from other Neighbors. When we hired them (December) the start time was between 8-9 am. They didn't show until close to noon because of some sort of scheduling mishap.

They took a lunch break They finished the job (2 car Garage) about 6:00. Right away we noticed some dull spots and divots and the workers said that would even out when dried. We didn't use the garage for 5 days (told only needed to wait 3). The Floor does not look clean or even. Nathan came to look a couple of months ago and said to just clean it with water.

As this is our vacation home we aren't here that often. This visit we used a scrub brush and are still unable to clean the floor. It is rough, dirty, uneven and has dull spots. Again we had Nathan here. He blames the air, the gardeners, my sneakers as well as "I don't know what you bring in here!" He took some water, got on his hands and knees and scrubbed and said see?

I said the spots are still there. With that, he said "well I've done this for 12 years and 1500 of your neighbors like my work and I've done all I can" and he left. I'm sure that many people that used Garage Makeover are still satisfied with the work. I'm also aware that good companies can occasionally do a bad job. My issue is that Nathan will not address the issue or take responsibility (rushed job) or rectify the inferior work. Buyer beware!

Don't bother, Nathan the owner doesn't even call you back, very unprofessional. And I was going to give them a 3500 job Oh well

The epoxy flooring looks great as well as cabinet. Unfortunately, had some issues with the guys painting the apron in front of my garage. Had some small spills on my pavers and the paint will not wash out. Also, one of the guys cleaned their equipment on the side of my house and left chunks of plaster in my yard. Final product good but workers a little messy.

Contracted them to epoxy my garage floor in Delray Beach. It came out unbelievable! Excellent customer service from management. The finished epoxy garage floor look amazing, and I have a new car showroom finish in my garage. Thanks, guys!

We used this company to help us get our garage organized and looking good. Prices were better than the big name competition and the installation team was on-time, on-schedule and professional.
