Designer's Touch travels weekly across the state of Florida, delivering and installing single orders, room & group sets and entire truckloads of furniture, artwork, statues and antiques.

Our business was created 15 years ago by Scott Spaulding with the idea we could make a difference in the furniture delivery business in South Florida. From our original location in Boca Raton to our current facility in Pompano Beach, we have been successful in growing this idea into a service not just in Florida, but the entire East Coast.

I am an Interior Designer and hired Scott to install my clients condo furniture. I verbally authorized him to charge $500 to my credit card for the balance of my job (which we agreed upon over the phone) - he then charged my card $2,000 and refuses to send any outlined invoice or refund his error. Frankly he stole $1500 from me. If you decide to hire this company, you must get everything in writing and DO NOT pay before the job is complete.
Don't make the costly mistake I did. I should have insisted on an outlined invoice prior to payment or job completion. You could also write a check - but do not give this man your CC digits! I only gave 1 star because i had to give at least 1 start to post my experience-

My recent experience with Chris and Scott at Designers Touch was amazing. I needed a receiver to take in furniture from my vendor, Four Hands. They assembled both dresser and nightstands flawlessly. My client was present when they delivered and set up. They discarded all packaging and were very polite. Two thumbs up. Will use again. Mai T.

We came across this company through another retailer (1stopbedrooms). 1stopbedrooms sent the couch that we ordered on their site over to them for local delivery. I was told that the couch would be delivered to Designer's Touch on the week of January 23rd. By the next week after I had heard nothing from them, we called to see what the status of our couch was.
They told us that it would be delivered that Monday. By Monday, the couch had not arrived and we called them again. They said they were booked on Tuesday and Wednesday and would call us when they had a delivery estimate. They never called. Finally we called them again and they said Friday at 6pm. Well, it's now past 7 pm. Friday night and no sign of a couch.
I spent my Friday night at home waiting for a couch that would never arrive, with no call to tell me that it wasn't coming. I first placed this order on December 30th and as of today, February 10th, we have no couch.
