I'm located a little over an hour away from this location in Pompano Fl. On Saturday, due to the long drive I called ahead to confirm they were open and had the 3 tanks I need in stock. They confirmed they were open till 5:00 pm and had the tanks I needed in stock. I arrived at 3:30 pm and to my disappointment they were locked up and gone. Wast of time and fuel!

Prices have gone up significantly since the first of the year, about 20% higher than the competition, even showed them the same tank from multiple stores but they wouldn't honor the price even though they say they have price match. the poor office staff has no clue what they are doing, after I loaded the tanks, I sat in the office for almost an hour watching them try to figure out how to sell me the tanks.
I'm not a huge fish, but I have spent about 10k in tanks over the last 5 years there and they couldn't find me in the system. That will be the last dollar I spend there. Good luck new owners

The first order I made was for risers. I was told they came with caps when I made the initial order. When they arrived they had no caps. This delayed the install several weeks. I contacted customer service and waited for them to contact supplier I eventually was told I would have to pay for the caps. I did that and received caps. Was confusing process.
Before I placed the first order I inquired about the caps, 3 different people told me they were included and I still ended up paying for them NOT INcluded and the biggest issue was the time delay while your staff figured this out.

Purchased through Plastic-Mart.com My tank came damaged and the shipping is non refundable. They wanted me to wait until they scheduled the return before getting the replacement. Took them 3 weeks to come and I still have not received a refund, plus I am out over $200 for shipping. You should back what you sell, shipping should not be my responsibility for faulty products.

I initially had some problems with their customer service. I was trying to purchase a replacement filter screen/basket for a heavy-duty rain barrel that originally cost me $514 with shipping. I was flatly told they were not available, and the atmosphere of the conversation was that the service rep could not be bothered to help: the basket screen was not available, period.
Since then, I have been contacted by phone, apologized to and assured the person responsible for my poor customer service experience would be retrained, and promised two replacement screens. I haven't received the replacements yet, so maybe I'm jumping the gun a bit, and I can't pretend I wasn't offended by the first experience with their customer chat line - in my opinion it should not have gone down the way it did - but it was obvious that management was anxious to make amends and keep their customers happy. So I am revising my rating from 1 star to 4.

I found a 2,500 gallon tank on their website and called to order it. They helped me find one that was made closer to me (which reduced the shipping charges). It did take a few weeks to get the tank because the company had to make it. But they told me that up front, and the tank arrived exactly when they said it would. Overall, a great experience.
