Van Lines inc was the ONLY company who wanted to do a virtual walkthrough so they could see everything and give me set price door to door. I was quoted extremely low prices by some other movers, and I knew it was not realistic for a large cross-country move, The packers did an outstanding job of being incredibly careful with every item, diligently wrapping and handling with care. Our driver also did an outstanding job of keeping in communication with us. Highly recommend.

We hired Van Lines inc to move from Boston MA to Delrey Beach FL. The whole experience was excellent. The price they quoted did not change Unlike other movers that we used before. They offer a price based on the size of the move and will take care of you from the beginning to the end. excellent job coordinating our relocation. Those movers are very experienced, every piece of furniture was covered and protective disassembled and assembled our furniture in a professional way. THE BEST OF THE BEST!

I highly recommend Van Lines Inc. Movers. They were very responsive from start to finish. Very easy to book and schedule. All fees were transparent and the quality of work was excellent. The movers: Max, Vladimir and Paul were very professional, was careful with all my items and the walls and stairwell. They worked very hard, carrying down many heavy furniture from 3rd floor narrow stairs and back upstairs to 3rd floor of the new place.

All valuable furniture was wrapped carefully with plastic, blankets so everything arrived in great condition. They also worked fast and did not upsell and stayed with the hour that I had budgeted for. Overall, excellent work and would use them again if needed. Thanks Max, Vladimir, and Paul!

This moving company is amazing. The Communication from start to finish was perfect. They say moving is one of the most stressful things that a person can experience in their lives, but Van Lines inc made everything so stress free for me. All our furniture and boxes were moved with care, they had a positive attitude and were friendly and polite, they worked quickly and safely. I wish I had known about them for our prior move! highly recommend this company.

Sasha and Vova are absolutely incredible. Professional, friendly, respectful, honest, energetic. Their work was diligent with great attention to detail - wrapping every piece of furniture gently in blankets and plastic wraps. They also worked very fast and were transparent about pricing. Just the two of them managed to move huge and heavy pieces of furniture up the stairs on the third floor, which was impressive! This has been a fantastic experience and I highly recommend Van Lines Inc. to anyone moving in the Bay Area.

Denis, Gary and team were awesome to work with. Our furniture and both the old and new homes were left in great shape. We especially appreciated the proactive offer to put felt on the furniture as they assembled it since we were moving from a carpet to hardwood floor home. At the end they offered to move things around and checked if we needed anything else. We were very happy with the experience and will use them again for our next move.

The movers were extremely late, however once they arrived, the movers were great and the customer service I received from the company was great. Once the movers arrived, Phillip and Levan were quick but thorough and careful. They were able to move out all of my items from a second floor. They wrapped and taped up corners and valuable items. They were able to also disassemble my bed frame and reassemble it at my new place. The customer service I received made up for the very late arrival.

This was the first time that we hired movers and it was an AWESOME experience. They worked really hard and were VERY fast! Max, Andrey, and Timo wore masks the entire time, we're very careful with my furniture, boxes, and the hardwood floors. They always asked questions to make sure we got what we wanted, were courteous, polite, and exceptionally professional. We felt taken care of and hope to hire them again! I was so impressed with the team from Van Lines. They were bang on time, and really friendly to deal with. Everything was wrapped and packed safely, and they did a great job disassembling then reassembling our large sofa and king-size bed. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they placed every box and item where we asked. Our vendors were actually two hours late leaving our new property, but the team was happy to wait. The three of them were brilliant and made what could have been a stressful day so much easier - almost enjoyable. Thank you Van Lines!

I just moved from Miami, Fl to Boston. Jack helped me with the entire process. The movers assisted me in moving my furniture and boxes with excellent efficiency, and they were cautious with my belongings. These guys are incredible; overall fantastic service from a hardworking company. I hope I don't have to move again anytime soon, but I'd definitely use them again if I do.

It took longer than i thought but the guys did as fast as possible, well done. Packing and moving was good, No damages at all. Thank you

DO NOT use this company! I booked an appointment with them and not only did they NEVER SHOW UP TO MOVE MY APARTMENT, no one called to cancel! I had a 9AM appointment, by 2pm I was finally able to get a hold of someone. (They had never even called me to tell me they were "running late" or anything) They said they would get to my apartment by 4:30pm, no one showed up.

So I called back and they said someone was on the way, they gave me the phone number of a mover who was supposedly coming to my apartment. They said he would be there at 5:30, by 6:30pm it was clear no one was coming. It's kind of crazy to pack your apartment and sit around all day wondering if they will show up, calling but no one ever calls back. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! THEY ARE TERRIBLE Such a terrible experience.

I guess you get what you pay for. I had bought a coupon from Amazon for discount on moving services. Luckily Amazon gave me a refund. I ended up having to book a man with a van because all the other moving companies were booked for the weekend I needed to move. They totally screwed me over

Rude customer service and they never told me there was a 3 hr minimum! so when they showed up for reserved 2 hours of labor and refused to leave until i paid them for 3 hours I got nervous. very sketchy.
