My household items have been in storage with this company for more than a year. I have been trying to contact them for the past few weeks and received no response. Upon checking with the Better Business Bureau I learned that they are out of business and I am unable to determine where or what happened to my items. Now I have to seek legal assistance.

I recently worked with Sprinter Lines and had a terrible experience. My Chanel handbag was stolen by Sprinter Van Lines! Everything arrived, besides that expensive product. Please be aware of the dishonest service before booking. I hired American Van Lines, and then I was told that Springer Van Lines will be in charge of my move a week before the proposed pickup date.
I had packing and unpacking service with them. During the packing service, I left my apartment and let two movers pack after they told me it would be easier for them to move around if I wasn't home. They quoted me about 2 weeks to move cross country, gave multiple incorrect arrival dates, and eventually took 4 entire weeks. After I unpacked everything in my new home in Cali, I realized that a dust bag that was holding the Chanel bag was open and empty. apparently the handbag was gone.
I eventually contacted American van lines, they informed me the mover described I made them aware of an expansive bag and he advised me to take the bag with me. But that conversation DID NOT happen. it was a very disappointing and frustrating moving experience with both American Van lines and Sprinter Van lines. At the end both companies took a very little accountabilities. I would suggest not to spend your money on such a sketchy service.

Please don't use this company. They have no regard for your belongings, they are not treated with any care or any consideration. Sure it's great and comforting to get a prompt call back and an on time pick up and delivery (hence the one star but then again I cannot give zero stars) but none of that really matters when everything you own arrives in your new place in shambles.
The success of a move relies on your items being collected, wrapped, carried, stored and returned in the condition they were prior to their collection. Sprint is totally unable to deliver in this task. We moved a basic one bedroom apartment and while everything was new nothing was fancy, no artwork, no piano. It didn't matter, every item Sprint packed - the dresser, night table, couch, kitchen table, tv - arrived damaged in some way, most in multiple ways.
They were chipped, torn, scratched and stained and in the case of the tv just plain broken and now garbage. I think the white bedroom set was left wrapped in blankets outside in the rain which is why it ended up stained. Not only was the dresser top stained but there was a hole the size of a basketball in the back and the drawers were jammed shut.
While everything was only a year old we were not encouraged to purchase additional insurance. It is almost 4 months since we wrapped up working with CSI claims to secure the lousy 60 cents per pound per article, a pathetic total of $206.52. Sprint has not paid nor have they returned our countless calls, texts or emails. Nickel and diming is one thing, moving companies as a whole are notorious for it, no matter how closely you work with someone (in this case Rachel) on the details of the total job.
At the end of the day it all comes down to delivery, does everything look the same as before the move. In Sprint's case this is a resounding no. Take care of my possessions the way you would your own or don't call yourself a moving company.

I used Sprint Van Lines for a move and I must say they did an awful job. They totally destroyed a desk they were moving, managed to damage the front door of the old house, damaged a refrigerator that was only 10 months old, broke the leg off of a refrigerator and the company is not doing anything about it. Complete zero in my book! I forgot to mention all the parts missing from bookshelves.

This company was a disappointment from beginning to end. The quote they gave us for an out of state move was over a grand off. They charged according to # of boxes; no matter the size! Had we known that we would have packed mostly large boxes, but I have a feeling their quoting system would have changed the day of the move regardless. Expensive showpieces were destroyed despite my thorough bubble wrapping.
What was the point? One box was missing completely. After informing the company of the missing box and tons of destroyed planters and show pieces, we received no type of compensation or even explanation as to why a box that was labeled and numbered (I even used a label maker) did not arrive. Company lacks basic ethics and decency. Untrustworthy. It blows my mind how you can pay nearly $5K for a move and be treated this way.

This was our first move we organized ourselves outside of the military and I was extremely nervous, making sure I picked the right company. My first contact was Julie and I can honestly say she kept me sane during these stressful weeks. Julie is just plain awesome! Great mentality and always available when you need her. Since I had experienced a couple moves before where things got stolen and severely damaged I was anxious it would happen again. Julie assured me it wouldn't and she was right.
We had slight damage but nothing major and nothing was stolen or lost. Angie - the coordinator- and the whole packing crew where on time and packed mostly everything really carefully. The crew on the other end- unloading and assembling furniture was on time and very nice as well. Overall a great experience! Thanks Sprint Van Lines. BUT especially Julie - you rock

I have moved several times In The last few years so I know the games movers play. Sprint van lines did not pull any of those tricks. I spoke with Jenny and she was very upfront about how everything worked and was so very patient and accommodating. I had the movers pack my items and they were amazing. Everything was packed so carefully and got here In 1 piece.
It only took them a few days from pickup to get my delivery and communication was amazing. Anytime I had questions Jenny was always available or always called me right back. The movers themselves were so professional, and patient with explaining everything I forgot to ask about! I was glad to know I was covered with the basic insurance, even though In The end I didn't need it. If I ever have the need to use a mover again, sprint van lines will be my first call, and I will recommend Jenny to anyone asking about a mover.

First I want to say how happy I am for going with my gut feeling and choosing Sprint Van Lines for helping with my local move! After requesting a estimated cost through the Yelp app, (which is a very convenient way to directly speak with a company of interest and ask questions) Angie the office manager replied back with in a few minutes giving me a quote based off what I put on my list when given by yelp for the quote. (again provided conveniently through the yelp app) Angie explained important information clearly to me that I never would have known to ask and the little things that most businesses make it a point to not mention when discussing a estimate.
So they can charge you with hidden fees that are are on the contract and you are stuck paying. No other moving company I had received estimates from were as informative and helpful then Sprint, that is why I knew Sprint Van Lines was the right choice for my move. I moved on Friday the 19th locally within Baltimore MD I had mostly heavy and expensive items that was my main concern and why I needed professional help.
The movers showed up on time and ready to work. They Brought blankets and material for protecting the items, The foreman explained the contract and went over all necessary information and made sure I understood what it said before signing it. The estimate was very close to the final cost and there was not any surprises at all. All my stuff was in the same condition once unloaded and unwrapped at the new place.
I was worried and very stressed out with everything leading up to the day of move I am very happy to say Sprint Van lines was helpful and great at making me feel comfortable. I will recommend Sprint Van lines to anyone I know personally or just over hear a conversation about moving! Julie, Julie, Julie. she will definitely remember my wife Tanya and I. Tanya and I made sure to do our research and shop around for the best and most affordable moving company. Well, Julie made sure to tell me how much better her company was in comparison to the rest. Now as we all know moving is a high anxiety point in time and the emotional attachment to our items can put us all on edge.
With that being said, Julie promised to have our items delivered within 21 days and we received our items as expected. Although we never got an exact date since this is not in her control she was attentive and responsive when we called for updates. Yes, moving sucks. And yes, dealing with moving companies isn't what I would consider a "fun" time.
But Julie did her best and that is all we could have asked for. Not to mention all of our items came back in one piece and we were not missing anything. So overall, we had a 5 star experience. Thank you Julie. (Tatyana and Jacob)

We are a small company on the east coast moving to the west coast. Our home was also in Virginia. We were moving both home and Office. Thanks to Julie of Sprint Van Lines, our transport and moving was efficient, professional and caring. Julie works around the clock. She even answers emails on her only day off (Friday). She is kind, caring and highly efficient.
She is an asset of her company and any company having such a good employee is the best guarantee to success. We wish we can "move" Julie with us! Of course, the moving team and dispatch team are also very helpful. They handle everything with good care. Wholehearted thanks to all of you.

This company was great for my move from Maryland to Florida. They packed up all my furniture professionally in moving blankets and handled all my boxes easily. Angie was very professional and patient as I changed my inventory many times. The moving estimates were very reasonable. I contacted them way before I was ready to move and when I finally made up my mind they had a truck ready to pick up my stuff in a few days.
I was able to pay ahead of time in full on my credit card, which was a big help. And there were no 'additional' charges upon delivery. I would highly recommend this company.

Update: After speaking with Angie, the office manager, my issues were resolved. She was very responsive to the feedback I had. Thank you for your help! Initially, I was very disappointed with the service from Sprint Van Lines. While the sales representative and dispatcher made it easy to schedule my move and were upfront about fees, the actual moving day did not go as smoothly.
I hired 2 movers for a local move from Arlington to Vienna, VA. The movers showed up late despite confirming the arrival window the day before. I have a small 1 bedroom apartment and it took them much longer than expected to move my stuff. The movers were friendly, but seemed a little less experienced than others I used in the past. I would consider using them again if I had more reliable movers given the accommodating office staff.

I had contacted Sprint Van Lines on Yelp to receive an estimate along with a few others. I got great responses but I decided to go with Sprint Van Lines based on how many years they've been in business. Spoke with Matthew he was very helpful and full of information. Movers showed up as scheduled everything was delivered in one-piece nothing damaged.
Which really surprises me I've moved 4 times in the past and each time something's been damaged even if it's a small as a lamp. I was really impressed with this company and I would recommend them to everybody!

I moved from Annandale, VA to Los Angeles: the services is super dooper and that is why I give 5 star: when I searched movers in the internet, this company called me right away in less than 5 minutes and very nice and friendly and very helpful and fast! Fast? Yes! Projected delivery was between 7-14 days but my stuffs came in 4 days and the movers are very very nice and took care very well of my stuffs. I will highly recommend this company!
