This company came and really met our need. They were fast, quick, courteous and trustworthy. Yes, they are discounted in price; but not "discounted" in carrying out their business. They emptied out the big stuff and the boxes that were in the apartment in about two hours. I was impressed. We will call them again to get the stuff out of storage. A big THANK YOU! Chica Fresa

Chris accommodated our last minute move with availability the very next day. The initial quoting process was simple, no hidden fees or extensive questions. Chris & his team member arrived on time and went straight to work. They had a 625 sq ft office packed up & ready to go within an hour! Very professional and I would definitely recommend them.

If I had to recommend anyone, I would definitely recommend our team. We had Chris, Martin and Loren. They were phenomenal and very efficient. They had all our massive items and boxes move and into the truck within a hour and we were moving from a 3 bed house. This was also a same day move. Our other company had cancelled on us and when I reached out to Chris, he was very responsive and had team ready for us.
They were right on time and did a walk through. Then they immediately got to work. We have a lot of fragile items and everything was transported perfectly. I have never seen more hard working people then them. They were very upfront about everything and very professional. So if you need a group of movers I highly recommend them!

Was hoping getting movers to get the job done faster. I was wrong this guy really just wants a hand out. I was even moving things myself beyond upset that he takes advantage and works slow to charge more. Shady and Crooked stay away from getting this company with your move. Claimed we didn't let him know we were on the 3rd floor plz that is a giving question most movers ask. Wow your response said everything about how professional you are.
You didn't even have a legit trailer I was better off getting a uhaul. Your helper even asked us for tape and a bed sheet. and learn how to count there were only four dogs can believe movers are complaining about moving that is comical. I don't even know how your still in business With your crooked Tactics. And slandering my name is even more unprofessional I hope people read your response and know to stay away from you.
You obviously needed the money more then me or Marilynn not Maryland since I'm pretty sure you pay your staff poorly. Lesson learned I should of denied your service the moment you complain about all the things you had to Move

Late scheduled for 2:30 didn't show till 3:40ish had to pick up my new apartment keys at 4. And No they weren't behind because they called 2 hours earlier due to cancellations and asked if they can do job early and we had to decline due to my apartment not being ready till 4. Was told 3 men would be doing the job only 2 show up. Movers left before me to property address.
I show up to my new address and notice movers are not there. After making call I find out movers were somehow provided wrong address 6851 but on document it clearly showed as 6831 which led to movers not finding correct property for an hour and minutes after and got charged for that hour somehow but hey the owner took off 15 minutes and that wasn't for the time that the movers spent looking for my address.
After that spoke to one of the movers and he told me that he was going to be working the job on his own and he got lucky his other partner answered the call that he was called very last minute for this job even though this job was booked a couple days before. It was a very stressful move I thought having movers would make it easier than doing the move on my own with a buddy but I guess not. Anyways movers got the job done they were really great for the 3 hours of service I got I say 3 because I got charged for 4 and that extra hour comes from the movers having incorrect information that was provided to them cause we offered to give address but they stated they had it with them and they were fine.
Even on the document I saw the address was correct so that's another way I know I provided correct address for the move a couple days before. Like I said movers were great I just believe the whole situation would've been different if they had been given the correct information and showed up for the time window i booked then I would've been okay with the transaction and business.
Payment was taken over the phone not an issue with me at all. I needed movers quick due to the passing of the owner of the movers i originally booked. If you really need movers ASAP I say book them they'll get the job done but if you have time in advance to book shop around.

Chris the owner of the company gave a reasonable price to move my couches from Bel Furniture (Sw 410)to my apartment off 37. We had an agree to also move my couches from my apartment to another apartment for 300. After a few hours passing I change the route to just picking up the couches and bringing em home. He really had the nerve to say that gas is a lot and 250 is what he is going to change me! Like how? Come on, now! I won't be calling back for your services, but thanks to the movers, y'all are great & Fast!
