Been here for years. It's great and the new manager is awesome. The whole team is awesome. Especially cathy. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Ever

I was with them for a couple years. On auto pay and had no problems with them. It's not climate controlled at all! But I had nothing I was concerned about. Recently discovered evidence of rats in the unit. I kinda blew it off because we had mostly plastic bins and a few boxes. However I did recommend Allsafe to family and friends who found evidence of rats as well.

They went to the on-site manager and was told it was too expensive to call in an Exterminator and they were given rat poison packets to spread around in the stall. These rats must be crack head rats because they carried the packets off to enjoy later. If the poison works who wants to dig around your personal belongings to find the dead bodies? I was cool. but my wife wasn't.

So we moved out. And other Tenants will as well because people talk. If you can deal with the rats and zero climate control Allsafe will work out for your storage needs. You may even be lucky enough to have a musician in the building that will play from their stall while you are there at your space. like we did! I should add that I could hear little tiny feet running around in the ceiling as I was sweeping up the rat poop and empty Poison packets in my now empty stall. they were alive and partying as I left the building!

The location is perfect for my wife and I since we are just around the corner from our house. This is my 8th time moving since I was in the Army, so I know a thing or two about moving storage companies. This is the first storage company that has flat push carts for renters to use to transfer their home goods in and out with ease. I am very happy with Allsafe Self Storage.

After a battle, the landlord compromised since there was no lease and it was month to month.

It was all about how much my son can save? We checked other storage around Fremont, San Jose, and Milpitas, with several of them offering $1 a month rent or even 1 month free, but it seemed to me that there was a catch. Here we are now at Allsafe! These folks pricing is very competitive with no hidden charges as many other storage places are. Do not be fooled by the slogan "First Month Free". Allsafe Storage in Fremont is conveniently located, they will help you in everyway they can to cut your cost. It is awesome to see someone who cares specially during this craziness. Thank you, I promised them that I will tell the whole world.

This place is terrible these people don't care about this covid19 thing happening I already told management there is no way of making payments on this unit. They have charged me huge amount of money non stop now it is almost 2,000 in a short period of time. It started 2/2020 it is the 5/2020 and they just keep charging more and more so i have a negative mark on my credit.

Read your paperwork carefully, they will not explain anything to you. Rules of storage facilities is as follows. A storage facility lien sale may occur when a renter of a storage facility fails to pay the owner rent. In addition to any rental agreement between the storage facility owner and renter, the California Self-Service Storage Facility Act, found in the California Business and Professions Code, regulates lien sales.

If the proper procedures are followed, a lien sale may take place within two months of a missed payment. Once a storage unit is sold, a good faith purchaser has no obligation to the renter/old owner of the property within the unit. So it is unlikely that any personal property will be recovered and the only recourse will be to pursue to the storage facility owner for compensation.

The procedures a storage facility owner legally must follow are very specific. The owner cannot do anything until a payment is at least 14 consecutive days late. Then, a "Preliminary Lien Notice" may be sent, which should notify the renter that her right to use and enter the storage facility will cease on a specific date ("termination date"), which is no less than 14 days from the Preliminary Lien Notice.

After the termination date, the owner must send a Notice of Lien Sale indicating a date after which the storage facility will be sold or auctioned. This date must be no less than 14 days after the Notice of Lien Sale. To avoid a lien sale at this stage, a renter may pay the lien amount, or send a declaration in opposition to the lien sale to the owner via certified mail. This declaration must meet specific requirements and may lead to a court case.

Very bad and rude experience with John who manages the Fremont ALLSAFE storage facility. My vehicle was parked adjacent to Allsafe Storage building and on one weekend all my Auto tools were stolen from my vehicle. I called and spoke to John of which he confirmed and witnessed that my vehicle seemed to be vandalized/stolen. I assured him that it was not stolen but my belongings were stolen.

I also asked him if the facility have cameras and may have caught the incident. He said the cameras that are around the building does not capture everything. This makes me question if I would ever want to use their service for storage purposes. I also asked him if I can have a written statement of what he witnessed and told me over the phone. He exclaimed that he wants no part of it.

I was not asking him to put his name on the statement but a general statement that is evidence that my vehicle was tampered with and I can show my property management. I then asked to speak with his supervisor of which he rebuked, scolded and hung-up the phone on me. Managing a company does not only rely on the company itself but also looking out and contributing to your community by extending a helping hand if possible. Note: Just heard back from my property manager who contacted the Storage facility about camera footages. John has told them without a court order he will not release footages. John is definitely not someone who cares!

We had our storage here for 5 years amd finally are able to move all our stuff out. It's been a good storage except for the mice problem awhile back! But it's well kept and in a good location!

Normally We are not big on reviews however, the All Safe Storage facility where we store things is worthy of recognition. For the time we have had Dustin & Mercedes as Managers it has not only been a Safe place to store but also a pleasurable experience when we go to the site. These Managers definitely know their jobs & handle some of the challenges that arise every now & then in a professional, dignified kind fashion from Repairs to Riff Raff in the years we have stored with them we feel among other attributes the competence level is outstanding at this facility.

There are others around but do not compare. Safety is always a concern & here we do feel safe. This couple are true assets, we feel they are one of the top reasons why we store with All Safe & will continue to do so. We recommend All Safe.

Avoid this place. RAT infestation! Also, it is hard to make payment especially if you have a split payment and have a promotion. I tried to make payment today and pat (patricia?) was clueless of doing the split payments and applied a promotion. At the end i did not get what i paid through statement until another employee print the statement. Unpleasant experience especially when you tried to be nice offering extra effort to make cash payment, instead i got their stubborness of their incompetency applying payments.

Lourdes and justin are the managers and are pretty mellow. Real quiet facilities. Seems to be problem-free for tenants, like me. Not dirty or tight for parking. I recommend.

This place is clean and safe with reasonable rates and helpful staff. Their location is convenient and offer a few perks too.
