I rented a place with them at the peak of the pandemic. I had no idea when I would move out my belongings so I gave a deposit of $53 on top of the rent of $53 every single month. I was told I had to give a 10 day notice of when I wanted to move out otherwise I would get charged for the next month which I did do! Upon vacating the place and asking for my deposit back, they charged me with inaccurate fees which were applied due to loopholes they found in the contract.

I specifically double checked before I vacated the place but they still found a creative and manipulative way to charge me for no reason. When I tried to reason with the manager, they acted rude and cold when they previously had been extremely polite. After days of wasting my time, I finally got partial amount of my deposit back. After reading some other reviews, this seems to be a common thing they do to a select customers.

I wouldn't recommend renting from them and no family or friends of mine are ever going to rent from this place. Hope this helps atleast 1 person from getting scammed and save their money.

I was there to pick up some items for some friends. I noticed that the gate will close even if something is in the way. My only fault with this place.

Haven't had a bad experience. I don't get the hate folks have. The owner states clearly what is expected of you, the lead time on leaving, cleaning when you leave etc when you sign your unit agreement. I've rented here multiple times and never had an issue. I guess people just don't know how to read, or. ask questions? (I know. new concept huh?)

Nice facility and great staff. Everyone i've talked to has been super nice and very up front about fees, etc.

This is a great company. they are friendly, convenient and helpful. Units are clean, accessible and prorated if you check out before the 15th. I received my prorated check shortly after I moved out. If I need a Storage unit again, I would definitely use Easy Storage.

Beware! Awful Experience! I rented a space for one month, at a rate of $97, and left a $97 deposit. Upon vacating the space, I was charged several "service fees, " which were applied via a very creative interpretation of my rental contract. I tried to reason with the owner of the business, and was spoken to more rudely than I had thought possible.

I finally realized that, having no recourse, I would simply have to accept being gouged for several absurd fees. I gave the owner my address, and he promised to send my deposit check, minus his fees. Several weeks passed, and no deposit check arrived. I called the manager, who told me that the matter was "out of his hands!" He told me that I would have to provide proof that the check had not arrived, and could then submit a request for a replacement check, which I would receive in three months if my request was approved.

I asked the owner why he would throw away repeat business, and risk bad reviews just to pocket a few bucks, and his response was to tell me to "stop spouting off." The owner of this business is an aggressive and rude swindler, whose goal is clearly to gouge customers for every possible dime. Shame on you, Easy Self Storage!
