Easy to get issues resolved, property is well maintained. Just wish that they were opened a little later so I could access my unit after work.

Nice place with great security. Cameras and key pad for your code, keep it limited to only who needs to be there. I also pulled a 20' (plus the tongue) trailer through there and made it fine. A couple close points at some of the drainages, but I never bottomed out or had to stop and back to make a turn, so access is good as well. Security cameras and access code gates are nice security to make it extra secure. Definitely will use any time I need storage. Highly recommended!

This place is nice, has good security, lots of units and the owner is friendly. Big downside is that they don't have an autopsy system or take credit cards. I've end up with a late fee almost every month because I always forget to go pay, cash or check only.

Best value in the Verde Valley! They helped me find the right sized unit. They were very friendly and helpful. Big selection of sizes available. I was happy that all of their units you can drive right up to. A clean and secure property. I highly recommend Aspen Mini Storage.

It's really a great place, always clean and awesome staff. I do have a concern regarding both times it snowed. I had 2-3 cars both times nearly slide into my car because the the snow turned to ice on the shady side of the buildings. 1/2 melted and the other stayed for more then a week. I know it's no falt of the owners because of the way it's designed however, maybe you could possible put some salt out next time. That would be great! Thank you so much Stacey

Aspen Mini Storage is truly an all around great facility. Found it while looking for the best prices in the area and was very pleasantly surprised when upon arrival I was met with their friendly and helpful manager. Great service, well marked units, secure and clean. So not only do they have the lowest prices but all the rest of the amenities too. This is one case where you don't get what you pay for, you get much more. Can't recommend it enough!

I'm very dissatisfied with the management at the Cottonwood facility. When I first started renting the customer service was great, but it has exponentially declined. I was notified over the phone the rent had been raised without any written notification and requested a copy of the notification be in writing and sent to me. A month later I was sent a notification that I was being locked out and charged late fees lock-out fees etc even though I'd paid my rent minus the $5 until I received the written notice.

The manager was rude when I called to remind him I still hadn't received any written notification. I am sorely disappointed in this kind of customer service. I'm sure I will not give this place any recommendation to anyone at this time! A very happy resolution from the owner. He took immediate action and once again I'm a happy customer. I'm very impressed with such quick resolution! I would like to change my rating to 5 stars

Between moves, my husband and I rented a storage unit at Aspen Storage. I am not a fan of storage facilities so was very pleasantly surprised to find this particular one safe, clean and well run. I was also totally comfortable working on my own sorting items in our unit.

Best experience renting a storage unit ever! Office staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. They helped my wife and I choose the most appropriate sized unit to suit our needs and seemed to truly care about us not getting a storage unit that was unnecessarily big. The facility and grounds themselves are very clean, secure, and well maintained. We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed doing business with Aspen Mini Storage!
