Jerry and his staff in the office were the most professional moving company I have ever hired. We had to move our son's furniture after attending Embry Riddle for 4 years. We're from San Diego, so a city as large as ours is easier to find movers than in Prescott. Prescott is a whole different story. Before I found McWhites, it was a huge challenge to find a reliable company to move our son's furniture across the country to his new job in Utah. McWhites was the only company I felt comfortable hiring after searching for a month.

The 4 movers who handled the actual furniture were careful with each piece and box. They had to carry everything by hand down three stories. Even then they were cheerful and very hard working, nothing was too hard for them to handle with a great attitude! They inventoried and labeled every piece and box. Our 1st time using a moving company and we moved from AZ to ID. We had a lot of delays on our ID home & had multiple changes In our plans. Jerry, krista &Liz could not have been more helpful and reassuring during this stressful time. We felt prices were very reasonable and fair. We ended up having to store for 1 month. The movers on both ends were careful, respectful & thorough.

Nothing was broken or missing. The driver was excellent and went above and beyond to make our timeline work. And this all happened during a pandemic & Christmas. Highly recommend

McWhites did a recent pack and store of my entire household goods. They were polite, efficient and competent. I have experienced 14 full house moves (retired USAF) with several crossing the Atlantic Ocean. McWhites was my best experience so far. I'm sure when they deliver my 23,000lbs to the new house I'm building the experience will be the same. The owner even showed up on the day they moved my household goods to storage to make sure everything was going ok. PS. Ask for Sean to be the team leader.

As sad as this move was for me and the children, I couldn't have done it without the professional and kind spirit of everyone involved. From the initial consult, to move out day, 4 months of storage, and across the country all our belongings arrived home again. I didn't buy the extra storage, but only a bike tire popped off the rim and an old dresser drawer needed some new glue.

I would hire this company and team of movers in Prescott Valley, AZ over and over again. Jerry, Liz, Krista, moving guys in AZ and IL, so grateful for your support and incredible business. Forever a blessing.

After getting initial quote and setting up delivery details we had to adjust our delivery plans. McWhites was very helpful in arranging to store our furniture until we were ready for transport and delivery. On loading day, the crew was very professional and careful. The same held true when the furniture was delivered. Nothing was missing and everything was in good shape.

The crew was careful and courteous and didn't get upset when we changed our mind about placement of furniture. We were dreading the move, but everything went so much more smoothly than we expected. Great company.

Thanks to Jerry, Krista, and Liz for helping make this transition to Williams, Arizona, a successful one. Travis and Jacob arrived promptly and set right to work to get us all settled. At the front of this experience when we moved into storage Doug and his partner (so sorry I for got his name) were equally friendly and efficient. I'll be glad to recommend McWhite's anytime!

From my first meeting when I was given an estimate and thru out the entire process all of my questions and concerns were promptly answered. On my moving day the workers and truck showed up at the proper. time. The workers introduced themselves and reviewed everything that they were doing, very professional also said if I had any questions during the process to ask.

The whole process went very smoothly and the price was the agreed upon amount no surprises. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and would certainly use them if I ever needed to move again. Their customer service is the best.

Everything went better than we hoped. The local pros were outstanding--especially Krista, the coordinator. The driver called us in advance to let us know when to expect him, and he was very aware of a previous bad experience we had with a "national" van line. He took every care with us and our belongs--ditto the packers from North American, and the local crew who loaded up the van.

On the delivery end, the team was just as professional and careful. We had many large, heavy power tools and hand-crafted pieces of high value furniture, and there wasn't a scratch. We recommend McWhite's HIGHLY and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Definitely a 5-star experience.

McWhite's North American were good to work with. The packed, stored, and moved our entire household goods. Everyone was courteous, competent, and attentive to the special items in our home (Steinway Grand Piano, etc.) Only problem was that the packed us over a three-day period with different packers each day. All were careful, but when we received our goods - all cared for very well - it was obviously an uncoordinated packing. Storage was excellent, cross country transport was excellent, and the guys who unloaded the van were the best! Yes, I'd use them again!
