Had the best service ever from Monica! Rented a unit over the phone with someone else and needed a drive up access unit. Completed the paperwork online a few weeks before I was ready to move in and thought I was set. It was until I called the day of notifying I was on my way to move my things into the unit and it seems there was a mix up as the unit I already paid for was not a drive up access unit.

In less than an hour notice, Monica was able to get me the correct unit I needed and completely saved my day. I hired a moving company and she allowed us to get settled with the moving company first and then settle the new paperwork as they were moving my things in. She was extremely friendly and understanding of my situation. Definitely turned the whole mix up situation around and resolved it in such short notice. Could not have asked for a better experience!

My property got stolen from this storage building 7, the facility does not want provide me with the video, and the insurance does not want to pay. Honestly, I am very fustrated all I am asking is to be fare, and I feel the thiefs are protected by the facility and by the insurance. Very disatified, and angry.

So grateful for this place and the staff! This is a rare find! Thank you for every bit of your help. Staff listens to your questions and concerns, is knowledgeable, and his out of their way to do their best for you! This is an honest review.

Monica was a delight to work with. Honest and very professional. Place is clean and well kept from what I saw. Looks pretty secure as well. There are security cameras around.

If you want to pay a monthly of $75 for a small unit to get rat infested I would definitely suggest this place. My mom had a storage unit at this location for about a year, the first time she had a unit closer to the back and it got rat infested. All of her clothes & other belongings were destroyed. They moved her to another unit closer to the office and for the first three months it was okay then next thing you know my mom found trails of rat poop again! Ridiculous! Don't waste your money here, don't bring your valuables here unless you want to end up losing them!

I went to One Stop Storage after searching for a different storage facility that would give better service than the other storage company I had used recently and decided on One Stop mainly because of their flexibility about being able to enter the storage facility after hours. Once I was there, I was helped by Luis who explained everything to me, from A to Z which made me feel like I was definitely making the right decision to rent with them.

If I had to compare my experience at One Stop Storage to the other local storage facility that I had recently rented from I would say that One Stop Storage made me feel like they really appreciated my business whereas the other place made me feel like they were doing me a favor by allowing me to rent from them. BIG, HUGE IMPORTANT DIFFERENCE. ONE STOP STORAGE ALL THE WAY!

I had some local business / office stuff to store. Tried the big guys but all they do is offer cheap to move in then send you a huge increase weeks after you move in knowing you won't move because of the hassle. These guys guaranteed the rate for a year and were very friendly and professional. The manager Andrea was friendly, showed me the space and worked with me on a 2 month deal. Answered all my questions and the place was clean! I use storage in several places for work and personal. These guys are great to deal with. I would recommend them over the big guys any day.
