Jason is great, but with new owners and new upper managers they change prices without any notice! I've been a renter. For 8 years recommend someone they had problems not me! they are now holding it against me never had such problems they hold things against you that has nothing to do with you other renters! Would not recommend them to anyone! The gate doesn't work half the time problems with gate codes days at time they are not willing to work with you all and all horrible customer service from upper management!

Drove 2 vehicles from Chino valley to clear out unit on Sunday. Code box kept saying no access. Called the towing company to help. Was told their codes don't ever work. They suggested calling Mayer fire dept which we did. Their codes don't work. They said they had to jump the gate to fiddle with the code box inside to help people stuck that couldn't get out becuz their codes won't work. Called the office number with a message they'll get back with me but had to turn around and go back home to do this another day. Rats run rampant in these units. Their prices are constantly increasing. Can't wait to get out of there

This storage is good, nicely lit, ceiling is enclosed. Not at all like the prior storage place, I had problems with entry from units next to it, from open tops, and one of the three units that I rented for almost three years, Dar let me know that some drunk had wrecked into front corner of building, but all was ok, that she had some people that she knew, she had move my stuff into another space.
When asked if they were honest, she said "Oh yes" Poor Dar, somebody sure pulled the wool over her eyes. That was then and she has passed a long time ago. Rest in peace, my friend.

I was fortunate to be one of the first RVs in the Cordes Lake storage facility. Even met the owner and was excited to have my brand new coach in a convenient place, with high security (or at least I was told that). I picked up my 2021 coach last night for our first big trip only to discover the catalytic converter was stolen off of my RV. Got an estimate for replacing it of $3500. Called the office and left a message. No one has responded. So much for the high security.

So 8 years ago when my in laws moved to the small tiny town they had to find a place to store all the furniture and this was the place and tell they got to move into a place of their own. They have a lot of space big storage units and really good on the prices as well and you know everything is kept nice and clean and nothing to worry about as far as braikens or anything so really nice place I didn't know our small town had this but it's pretty cool
