They were great! I was a little hesitant at first since they operate old school with a phone call or email and voila you're booked; no additional paperwork needed. They were on time, on task, and great guys! While one box of vases sadly met its match with the concrete floor into my new building everything else arrived safe and sound. I appreciated their help and have already recommended them to a couple of friends who have booked them for their November moves.

My main concern for this move was the distance. Thank god for US Express Moving NJ being such a capable moving company who took very good care of my valuables. This move meant a new life and I wasn't going to leave my old life behind. All my valuables were neatly packed by the strong and efficient movers sent from the company. They were properly equipped and knew their job very well.

All my valuables arrived right on time and everything was in good condition. The storage facilities haven't done any damage to them. I am very pleased to be able to write this recommendation for them and I hope to hire them again if need be in the future:-

Aaron and team did a fantastic job with our move. We got ourselves into a bind with our move out date changing, during a really busy season and needed to find a new mover very last minute. Velocity was able to accommodate. I'll admit that I was a bit nervous rushing into it, but immediately Aaron and team put my worries at ease. Great move, very reasonable cost. Will book again when the time comes.

They were quick, efficient and just overall excellent! They were extremely careful and paid extra attention to detail with our things and I'm very impressed with their work. We even had furniture that they were able to disassemble and assemble at our new place with no extra fees! US Express Moving NJ is highly recommended! US Express Moving and his crew moved us on April 10, 2022. We had a lot of stuff and needed a 5 man crew, everybody was right on time. These guys were awesome, extremely friendly, polite, and careful with all of our stuff, we moved a 4 bedroom house and nothing at all was damaged either in our old house or new house. US Express Moving NJ was hired by my husband to move our valuables because they quoted so rationally. We weren't really expecting any frills. Their services were very good. The crew arrived on time equipped with the right tools, packed everything up and loaded them onto the vans. Our things were delivered on schedule. I suppose given how notorious these moving companies are any relocation without a glitch is all you can ask for. I think these guys really give you a good value for the money you pay.

I hold a great deal of respect for companies taking this type of action. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and was very happy with my choice. The front office employees were just as helpful & professional as the two movers.

Really cool moving service! Me and my husband had already packed the stuff and were informed in advance to know of the arrival time of the movers. We were moving from a condominium to a 3-bedroom duplex. It was a big move in term of the furniture and other living items involved. We had been shopping furniture and carpets and frames and whatnot, from 2 weeks and unfortunately couldn't have it delivered to the new house because of some disagreements with the landlord.

I work for a bank and I live with my grandmaa in NJ, and I decided to shift my house near to my work place. Next question was that how to shift the entire household items to the new house? There were many transportation companies working with in the city but I was looking for a Reliable and efficient transportation company. I contacted different companies and also visited a few.

Then I can across US Express movers. And my mind clicked yes that's what I was looking for. I contacted and booked a truck along with two helpers. On the selected day truck was at my door step in time. The helpers loaded all the boxes and other furniture's to the truck very carefully and efficiently. Soon after loading we left for our destination.

The driver was driving a bit faster but he had a strong grip over his driving skills. And all our time calculations and estimations went wrong as we reached the destination before our own estimated and calculated time. I am so impressed by the service I would be definitely booking US Expss Movers any time I need in future and will recommend it my friends family and colleagues

They were amazingly fast! They were very talented when it came to getting large items out of doors and around corners. They also had to manually hoist my mattress, wooden desk, and wooden file cabinet up to the second floor. The most important thing is that they didn't waste any time and reached the spot within the time slot. Their collaboration and dedication towards the services of customers were admirable. We hired US Express Moving for their reasonable quote without really knowing much about them. They really delivered on the promise. The movers were very punctual to arrive. They packed everything carefully. I was amazed to see how delicately they packed our breakables. Their system was very effective and the job was done very quickly. They delivered on time as well. That was an excellent experience with US Express Moving. I had used some moving companies for shipment but this time I enjoyed the working of US Express. I hired them to transfer some of the household (i.e sofa sets, sleeping bed, arm coach sets, musical chair, etc) to my sister as a birthday gift. I'm grateful to US Express Moving for making my first move so easy. They gave me an amazing quote and sent over four movers. While they didn't really understand much English, it wasn't really too hard to communicate with them. They were experienced enough to know what to do and how to do it. They very efficiently packed up all my belongings and then loaded them on to the truck.

I wasn't sure if all my belongings would fit into that one truck, but they quite easily managed to do it. Even the delivery was made on time and none of my valuables were broken or damaged. Their experience with moving really saved my day!

We to stored our stuff for 6 weeks with them which I was nervous about but all our stuff was accounted for and undamaged when we finally moved into our new hope. The US E xpress Movers was great to work with. They were detailed and honest. They arrived right on time and worked like a well-oiled machine. My wife was not sure that they could get all our stuff in the truck but no problem. Even room to spare. They handled everything with care and no damage. The unloading went quickly and without problems. These guys are pros, so efficient and careful.

US Express Moving was great to work with as we planned to move my mother. US Express Moving mover met with at her home to discuss the move, accommodating her schedule. He then boxed up her old home in about 4 hours on one day and a few days later moved all her items into his truck (per her schedule). They worked non-stop for 6 hours to unpack the truck and every item in every box. The fee was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend US Express Moving for a high quality move.

It was a very cold day and I was enjoying in my friend's house winter vacations so it came to know that he is shifted his office in PEQUANNOCK and he was searching for a moving company to transfer some of his office staff and he wanted two new aluminum widows which he already bought for new office including Ceiling Fans, 2 no's Chairs 6 no's, Tables 2 nos, Aluminium windows 2 nos, PCs 4 nos, Aquarium 1 no and some of other essential and daily use utensils like cable, electric cattle, typewriter, Extension, etc.

He tried to search no of companies from the yelp page and at last, He found US Express Moving. He contacted them he picked up the call at once after formal discussion the phone operator. He gave him the exact location of dropping he noted down, on the selected day Mr parker with his team reached in the front of our house and then Parker was directed by my friend and they started to load the item the impressive thing is they separately raped the items and then load one by one.

Their way of working their coordination and communication was good they didn't create any mess during working after loading they reached the new office and unloaded all the stuff and place all the items at appropriate places their working was good highly recommended for all my friends because their charges were fair. So I moved out from Eastampton Township to Burlington Township pretty recently and decided to go with US Express - The process of getting a quotation and also cataloging the move was super simple. Their prices were fair and reviews were positive, so I was confident in using them. I was pretty blown away with their excellent service. We hired us express moving to move from paramus nj to manahawkin nj. Our belongings were in storage for about a month. We finally got our closing dates and arranged delivery. The moving crew was so amazing and professional! They arrived 15 minutes early and got right to unloading! We had 2 moving trucks full of stuff! Not one thing was broken. Very professional and courteous!

The owner came himself to check up on everything and personally ask if we were happy and satisfied! If we move again we will defiantly be using this company again! I will be referring them to everyone I know! Best company ever!

I've used this company now three times in the past year and a half with no issues. They have moved me from one apartment into a new apartment, my stuff into storage then out of storage and into another new apartment. I've had good communication with both the office staff and the movers each time. They have always shown up at our scheduled time, never damaged any of my items and promptly provided a certificate of insurance as requested by apartments I've moved into. They've worked quickly even when dissembling and reassembling my larger pieces of furniture like my bed frame. The price was fair and what was quoted. I'll continue to use for my future moving needs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I hired them for a small move from one building to another in Fort Lee, NJ. The movers damaged the garage door to the building I moved into. Even though I confirmed with US Express that they were insured and they provided a certificate of insurance, they refused to pay for the damage they caused. I am responsible to the building for the damage caused by the movers I hired.

I took them to small claims court and they did not appear. I am now trying to collect a default judgement. This has been going on since February 2017. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are dishonest and will not take responsibility for what they have done. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could have given them less than one star, I would have. Hire anybody else. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Be sure to also read the reviews under US Express Moving System - reviews are awful, because the company is awful.

My sister referred me to this company.she's also referred a few friends as well and told me they were great. I emailed them and requested a moving quote. I provided my current address IN WRITING via email a. few days before the quote scheduled for Saturday, December 9, 2017. On Friday, December 8th, I even called to confirm and was told my appointment was still on for 12 pm. Today, 10 minutes before my appointment, I received a call from Ivan who asked me for my address, even though 1) I provided this via email and 2) this could have been confirmed yesterday when I called the company.

I then tell him my address, and he proceeds to tell me I'm "too far". I wasted an entire week I could have been calling other companies who want the business. This company is based in the Hackensack area and all of a sudden the day of, Paterson is "too far". If you want to deal with asinine unprofessional people, then go ahead and request a quote.

My wife & I moved our family into a new house on Friday in torrential downpour. These guys were very friendly, fast & professional & we highly recommend them! Not one scratch or dent on any of our furniture, . walls, or doorways. What amazed me the most was how not 1 of them complained about the weather or being completely soaked! My wife and I are very happy with US Express Moving NJ. They were 15 minutes early for our 8am appointment and then were able to pack up the truck, drive 4 blocks, unload and deliver to our fourth floor unit in just over 2 hours. We had a total of 24 boxes, a queen bed, two couches, a dining room table, several lamps, and a few odd items. They were. careful with everything they moved and were in the zone the whole time.

They offered to move our items to any room and put them a certain way so there was minimal moving of actual boxes and items once we started to unpack and settle in. I love efficiency and these guys know how to get it done. They didn't make a mess, nothing appears to be broken, and not one item is missing from our load. Thank you all so much for being accommodating last minute on a holiday weekend! You did what two other companies told us would take 4 so you definitely earned our future business. Excellent moving company, I was very stressed out trying to find the right moving company for me. After a little research I came across Us Express Moving, and I wasn't disappointed. The staff was extremely friendly and whatever questions I had were answered with no problem.
