How much Notice do I need to give to Move Out? We require written notice - 10 days prior to your anniversary due date, of intent to vacate. Do you prorate my Move Out? No. Rentals are month to month, no weekly or daily rates available. Billing is done on the anniversary of your move-in date. Rent is never prorated should you choose to vacate before your anniversary.
We at Kings Valley Storage, and its associated storage facilities in Conifer, Pine Junction and Bailey, believe in giving back to our communities with donations of time, materials, rental discounts and money.
